I normally do not say this (with an exception of about one other book), but your first chapter is actually quite amazing!

From the very first sentence, the chapter promises that it will be interesting and full of life. I personally quite loved it! I also found it pretty adorable and sweet that you mentioned the books of some other authors for your readers to check out in your book. Wattpaders supporting one another is beautiful. 

As to suggestions, I have two. 

1) Make your paragraphs shorter. Tiny blocks of text always work better and are easier on the eyes. 

2) You have way too many characters in your first chapter that are introduced simultaneously, causing the readers to feel a bit confused as to who is the main character. Also, it is hard for them to focus on one particular person. Spread out the introductions of different characters so that they can be remembered, otherwise people might not want to read further. 

Aside from that, I would say you are an excellent writer. Keep it up!
