I honestly don't know when Evan's birthday is. So like, I wanna try this and maybe? hehe lezgo

Also, Evan and Connor are both done with college, but still no work. They're both finding jobs as of now ( not mentioned in the story ) So hehe bare with me

"Connor Murphy! I am taking your allowance for now, until you learn how to act like a normal person and stop 'smoking drugs' ( sorry I love this xD )" Larry scolded his son. He didn't want him to deal with anymore drugs.

Connor groaned and whined. "Whatever" He muttered looking out the window as his father excited the room with all his money and pot. He laid on his bed and looking at the ceiling he was really bored. So he decided to text his boy friend. He grabbed his phone and placed started to think of something to start (the day) the conversation. 

You: Hey Ev! How's my sweet adorable smol bean?

He started, Evan loved being called that. When he heard his phone ring he looked at Connor's text. He blushed and smiled, he decided to reply sweetly as well.

Evan: Hi Love :) I just suddenly remembered my birthday's a week from now! Haha

Connor unlocked his phone to see his reply. He squealed at the sight of 'love' he was head over heels for Evan. He panicked to see that he never knew a week from now was Evan's birthday. "Wait..What the f*ck? Oh my! What will I give to him?" He looked for his wallet.

"OH WAIT, DAD TOOK- NO NO NO NO OH NO GAH!" He screamed and ran to Zoe's room. *Knock knock knock knock* "ZOE! I need help! please?" He tried not to scream since it's like in the middle of the night, he knew Zoe was still up at this time.

After a few minutes of waiting and knocking, Zoe opened the door slightly. "Yo! What do you want?" She asked, it sounded more of like 'waddaya want?' Since her voice sounded so lazy. Connor being himself, he opened the door and went inside Zoe's room trespassing.

"It's Evan's birthday next week! And I don't have money cuz dad took all of them. I don't know what to do." He was talking a little faster than usual. Zoe knew it was really an emergency for her brother. She knew how much he cared for his boyfriend.

"Ok, uhm I only have a dollar to spare. You can borrow it until you can pay me back, the problem is I don't know what you can buy a special gift for Evan for only a dollar." Zoe asked. Connor had an idea and hugged her sister. "I'll take the dollar, I have an idea!" He said smiling. Zoe grabbed her wallet and gave him the dollar.

"Thank you so much sis, I swear I'll pay you back." He said smiling. "You can pay me back by making sure Evan's happy and take care of him." She said sweetly smiling. They were both best friends, she cared about him a lot.

"I will." He replied smiling hugging his sister again and went back to his room. "Ok, I know this is going to be so hard for me. But it's for Evan and I love him." He said as he thought of his idea. He went out the next day and did his plans.

~A week later~

"Breakfast!" Cynthia called out to everyone in the house. She was preparing everyone's breakfast. Connor got up from his bed, excited and nervous at the same time. He was going to give Evan his gift, but he's not sure if he'll still like him on what he just did for him. 

"WHO ARE YOU?! WHERE'S MY SON!?" Cynthia screamed at her own son, she didn't recognize him. "M-mom! It's me Connor...I just did this, for someone. And I NEED and WANT to do this." He explained, as she sighed in relief.

"Oh good, sorry sweetie I thought you were another person. You actually look like a different person! I'm so proud of you." She smiled as Connor walked to his seat. "Thanks mom." He replied smiling as well. 

Larry checked to see what just happened and dropped his news paper sipping on his coffee then looking at Connor. He spits all the coffee he just drank seeing Connor's appearance. "CONNOR! OH MY GOD!" He screamed.

Connor got nervous at the sound of his dad. "Wh-what!?" He asked nervously. "Is that you?" He asked with an eye brow raised. He slowly nodded. Larry smiled and patted his son's back. "I'm proud of you, hope you keep this up." Connor went silent, he honestly doesn't want to keep whatever he did. 

But since Evan is really important to him, he would do anything. Zoe went down as well and laughed so hard seeing her brother, she couldn't stop laughing about it. 

After breakfast Connor went straight to Evan's house, well not that straight because he isn't...

 He quickly got to Evan's house. He knocked on the door slightly, and Heidi opened the door. "Hi...Uhm excuse me? Who are you?" Heidi asked, confused. She doesn't recognize the person in front of her. He sighed to himself and just tried to smile. 'It's me Connor...Sorry you know what I'll just put on my hoodie." He said as he placed his black hoodie. 

"Oh! Connor! Haha, of course! Come in sweetie, Evan will be here in a minute." She said as she opened the door widely for him. He walked inside and sat on the couch waiting for Evan. A few minuted of later, his prince charming went down the stairs.

"Hi Evan!" he said smiling at him. At the sight of Connor, he quickly ran over to him and gave him a tight hug. Connor happily hugged back. "So, I prepared a lot of things for the day. Along with Alana Jared and Zoe." He said holding Evan's hand.

"Let's go!" He said as he lead him out to his car. They drove to a cafe where Alana was waiting. "First, Alana." He said leading Evan to where Alana was. "Hey Evan, she said smiling to him and handing him a small box. "Happy Birthday! I know this is just a little something, but I hope you like it." She said as Evan opened it slowly. He got a tree necklace. He smiled and hugged Alana. "Thank you, it's beautiful." He said to him. 

The 3 talked for awhile and drank coffee, it was just to start the day. After a few hours, for time management, Connor and Evan had to leave and go to the next. Connor drove them to the park. He held Evan's hand and lead him to where Jared was. "Hey Con, Hey Ev!" He said smiling at them.

"Happy Birthday Evan." He said smiling and hugged his friend. "Thank you Jared." He replied.

"I got you this.." He said as he pulled out a gift wrapped thing. Evan opened it and saw a shirt with a tree design on it. He smiled and immediately placed it on, with his shirt still on as well. "It's nice! I like it." He said smiling and admiring the shirt. "I made the design myself, I just learned how to design a shirt. Glad you like it!" He said smiling.

Then they parted again to meet up with Zoe this time. They both got to the Murphy's house. Zoe's gift was Evan's lunch. She was cooking for them. "Thank you Zoe I enjoyed it a lot!" He said as he burped. "Whoops...hehe pardon me." "Are you Aaron Burr Sir?" Connor mumbled to himself. 

He also looked at how adorable Evan looked whenever he's full. "Anything for you Evan! Hope you enjoy the rest of your day." She said, she knew that they have to go for the last surprise. Evan smiled and hugged her as well. A few minutes later the couple left and drove.

"Ohhh where are we going next?" Evan asked excited. He knew this time it was Connor's turn. "It's a surprise." The whole time, Connor had his hoodie on so Evan didn't realize Connor's change in appearance. 

They parked in front of the orchard where everything happened. That was where they first kissed, told each other's feelings, first date, first friendly date. They both did everything in that memorable orchard.

"So...I did something you might really be mad at me that I did it." He said holding Evan's hand leading him to the tree where he hid his gift, no one ever comes there so it was safe to leave stuff. Evan got a little nervous, but he knew all to well that he will love Connor no matter what.

"Ok...So first, I got enough money to buy this...this...thing...Because I wanted you to have the best things. I know you might not like it because it's not your stuff, but check the storage first?" He said as he knelt down.

"Dear Evan Hansen, I love you so much that I can't live without you. I would rather die than being without you. You were there for me when I needed you. I can never be alone without you, you're always the one who made me feel loved when no one did." He felt a drop of tear start to roll down his cheeks, Evan doing the same.

"Will you be with me even if I'm like this? Like the most fu- weirdest person you ever met, and yet loved?" He asked smiling nervously. Evan was crying so hard at this point as Connor opened the golden ring with a diamond.

In a heartbeat Evan quickly nods and cried even more. "I love you so much!!!" He screamed as he grabbed Connor close to kiss him. They both kissed for a while, Connor then placed the ring on Evan's ring finger. 

After a few minutes, they were sitting under a tree telling stories. Evan couldn't help but look at the beautiful ring. "Uhm Con?" He asked. "Yeah Ev?" He replied holing his hand. "How'd you manage to buy this? Sorry, I just got curious." He said looking at Connor concerned.

"If I tell you the truth...Would you still love me even if I look different?" He asked looking down. Evan moved closer. "Con, I said I love you, not because I just want to say it. But because I mean it." He said kissing him quickly on the lips. Connor sighed and smiled.

"First, dad took away all my money and he's not giving me allowance. I struggled to get money, so I got a small job. But then, in the end I still didn't have enough money to buy  it so I did something that I was so afraid to do, but I did it for you." He said as he removed his hoodie slowly.

Evan sat there in shock, not that he didn't like it. He was just overwhelmed. "C-Con..." He said with mouth wide open. "I know I'm sorry I just had too.." He said looking down. Evan leaned over to kiss him again passionately. "Con! You look so hot. I'm liking this new look." He said running his hand through his not 'short' hair.

"What did you do though?" He asked concerned. "I sold some of my hair, the buyer was offering me so much because he loved it so much for some reason." He said chuckling. "I hope you still like me for me?" 

"Con...No matter what happens to you or what you would look like, that would never change how I feel about you. I love you for you and it's not only because what you look. But because you are very sweet,loving,caring and everything! You mean the world to me." He hugged him tightly. Connor blushed.

"And plus, you really look so hot." He whispered sweetly. This made both of them chuckle. "Thanks." Connor said smiling.

This was the best birthday ever.
