"Jack, can you come here please?" Brad yells at me from the kitchen.

"Coming!" I yell back. I sigh and slowly drag myself out to the kitchen. "How are you feeling?" He asks.

"I'm feeling fine. I was just talking to Mark, that's all." I reply.

"That's fun!" He replies. "Look I think I'm gonna go take a walk around town." I say. "Why?" He asks. "I just need some fresh air. I just got done recording and editing a video. I need outside time." I explain. "Well don't get lost like you usually do." Brad smirks.

I give him a glare and walk out the door. I take a deep breath before exiting the building. Brad had moved in with me in my apartment about a year ago.

-Time skip ~ Jack has been walking for an hour now-

It's been an hour long walk at this point. I was getting tired so I decided to sit down on the closest bench possible. I checked my phone; I went on Twitter.

To hide my pain, I always tweet happy things. Usually dumb things. So today I tweeted;
Isn't it weird how people say "Septiplier Confirmed" yet it will probably never be confirmed?
Of course, Septiplier shippers were upset with me. Only because I made a joke.

"Hey Jack!!" A familiar voice says beside me.

"Oh, hi Signe." I sigh looking up from my phone. "What's wrong?" She asks.

"Nothing's wrong..." I mumble. "Look Jack. I know something's wrong. Just tell me."

I sigh and say nothing, except stare at my hoodie sleeve. More specifically, my wrist.

"Don't tell me Jack... Please don't say you tried!" Signe says starting to get worried.

I stay silent again, and roll up my sleeve to reveal many bruises and cuts across my arm. "Oh please don't tell me you did this Jack!" Signe says starting to tear up.

I shake my head and bite my lip. A tear started to roll down my face. "No, I didn't."

"Then who did?!" She asks. "...Brad" was all I could say.

"Wait, Brad did this to you?" Signe says. I nod. "He abuses me..." I mumble. "Jack, why don't you talk to Mark about this stuff?" She asks, clearly worried.

I shake my head. "I want to keep it private."
