Naruto was sitting on Sasuke's bed,  while the raven was laying on his stomach, and playing a game on his smartphone.

They were talking about how they don't have any recollection about being playmates when Naruto got a call from Kiba, asking him if he wanted to hang out today, so he'd excused himself out the room to tell the brunette he couldn't today.

He usually would've been happy to be invited and immediately rushed to them so Kiba was teasing him, asking him who he's with, so he'd taken a while to convince him otherwise and end the call.

And when he came into the room, he found Sasuke engrossed in his mobile game and just sat on the bed next the raven who was laying down, seeing him enjoy the game.

After a while, Sasuke seemed to finally notice that the blonde was back and sitting next to him, so he smiled as he shot him a glance.

Naruto smiled back, "Which game is that?", he asked curiously.

Sasuke sat up telling him that it's a new RPG that was recently released and asked him if he wanted to try it.

Naruto was curious about it so he'd agreed but since he wasn't used to mobile games, he was really bad at it. He was definitely way better with a game console! Well, at least not as bad as this...

Sasuke chuckled watching him die so many times with his character, he had leveled up his character quite a bit and yet the blonde was dying so easily.

After noticing that the penalty of dying was lowering the level of the character, Naruto wouldn't stop apologizing.

Sasuke was finding it all too amusing, even though he said it was totally alright, the blonde still wouldn't stop apologizing.

Sasuke chuckled amusedly and gently patted his head.

"It's seriously alright so stop apologizing", he smiled.

Naruto blushed at this simple action that made his heart beat faster.

And suddenly noticed how close they were sitting.

He blushed even more.

Sasuke stared at the cute reactions that he was getting, finding it too adorable.

He smiled, his palm that still rested on the bright blonde hair, now getting tangled up with said hair as he slowly moved his fingers around, combing through his hair.

Naruto just sat there silently, not knowing what to do, but when the raven still seemed to be busy playing with his hair after a full minute, he asked hesitantly, with a dark blush covering his cheeks, "How long are you planning on doing that?"

"Until you feel better..? You seemed to be feeling too down about leveling down my game character", he smirked, lying through his teeth. Honestly, he just wanted to touch the blonde in some way cause he was being too cute.

"I'm totally fine now though", Naruto couldn't stop blushing.

"Are you sure?", Sasuke refused to stop playing with that blonde mope of a hair.

"Geezzz, stop it already!", Naruto whined, unable to take in the embarrassment.

Sasuke laughed and finally took his hand away from his hair.

Only to warp it around his shoulders instead, still chuckling.

Oh just kill me now..!

Naruto couldn't take it anymore, he was about to combust.

He put a hand over his face, groaning, "I didn't take you for the type to like skin ship", even though he said that, he knew that sasuke was definitely the type to be very very physically affectionate. After all, the older version in his dreams was way more touchy than this younger one.

But that doesn't mean Naruto was used to it! He totally wasn't used to it! Especially having this happen in real life had way more impact than a dream!

Sasuke was chuckling away, finding him cuter by the minute - second even.

"I usually do hate skin ship", he said with a wide smile, hand hanging over the blonde's shoulder and forehead resting on his temple.

All Naruto had to do was turn to face the raven to end up kissing him now. He tried really hard not to think about it.

"Are you sure you hate it? You seem to like it too much", Naruto said this while eyeing him, trying not to turn his face.

"Hn.. only with you, cause you're too cute", he smirked, being honest but saying it in a teasing way.

"liar!", Naruto denied it, looking away, but his heart wouldn't stop speeding up like a racing car.

He knew that they would eventually start dating because of his dreams, but isn't this moving way too fast?!

Wait.. Does he like me already..?

This thought made him blush like there was no tomorrow.

Sasuke was still chuckling away, thoroughly enjoying the blonde's reaction. And still hanging all over him.

When he finally stopped laughing and saw the blonde looking away, he slowly let go and scooted away a bit.

The blonde looked at him questioningly, just a bit dissapointed that he moved away, even though he was troubled when the raven was too touchy.

"Did you hate that maybe?", Sasuke didn't want to make him uncomfortable, so he was a little worried. He wondered if he was allowed to get closer.

"Eh..?!", Naruto was startled at the sudden serious question. But he wasn't sure how to answer it.

He blushed thinking he actually liked it, but was it alright to say it out loud? It probably was. But will he be able to say something so embarrassing out loud?! He honestly didn't want to.

But..

"Why are you asking something that's so difficult to answer, stupid~", he mumbled feeling too embarrassed. Sasuke figured he didn't hate it after all and felt relieved, he was about to laugh it off and tell him he just didn't want to make him uncomfortable, when the blonde suddenly continued, "..I.. Actually like it..", he whispered out, looking away, with a hand over his mouth.

Sasuke gaped, at the cute reaction he just got, but mainly at the realization that Naruto might be in love with him.

That would really explain all the reactions he's getting.

Well, setting aside whether or not the cute blonde likes him, the fact that Sasuke was so happy about the thought of Naruto liking him, only meant one thing.

I'm so in love right now, aren't I..?

Yup, he indeed is. Head over heels for the blonde's cuteness, or maybe because he'd fallen for the blonde hence he found him so cute.

Either way, he was very much in love.

Naruto nervously waited for an answer from the raven. Waiting for him to tell something, anything. But he got nothing. He slowly turned to look at the raven who was gaping with a dazed blank look in his eyes.

He seemed to notice the blonde look back at him and snapped out of it. Facepalming he stated, "Your cuteness will be the end of me"

Naruto was taken aback by that sudden serious reaction, and chuckled, "liar"

"You", Sasuke gave him a serious look, "you said that before too, do you not have a mirror at home? Want me to lend you mine?", he was dead serious.

Naruto laughed out loud, but the blush covering his cheeks said how embarrassed he was, "What are you even saying?"

"This", Sasuke placed a finger under his chin, making Naruto look up at him, "Your reactions are too cute.. And telling me you like it when I touch you, doesn't really help"

Naruto's heart skipped a beat and speed up when he heard this, "That.. I didn't mean it like that", he lied, looking away, too embarrassed to admit it when told out loud like that by the raven himself.

"Really? Do you not like it then?", Sasuke leaned in closer, placing his palm on Naruto's cheek and gently stroking it with his thumb.

"W-wait..", Naruto squeezed his eyes shut, wondering if he would finally get to kiss the raven.

But nothing happened.

He slowly opened his eyes, looking at Sasuke who was smiling at him lovingly.

Ah.. It's the same smile that I'm used to..

He didn't think Sasuke would end up falling for him in just a month after meeting him. They didn't even talk much and only had lunch together till today.

Naruto nervously licked his lips, he couldn't look away from the raven who was still staring at him with a loving smile on his face.

"Are you not gonna answer? Do you not like it?, he asked again, persistently. But the smile on his face made Naruto want to just lean in and steal a kiss.

"I- I do.. Like it..", he whispered out, his heart felt like it would pop out of his chest any moment now.

"You do?", Sasuke leaned even closer, making their noses touch, "In what way?"

"Uh.. Sasuke.. Too close", he was very troubled and embarrassed but he couldn't bring himself to move away, after all, he honestly wanted to move even closer and close that annoying gap. But he was just too embarrassed to do anything! And there was a part of him that was shouting that they were moving too fast.

Sasuke chuckled, moving away, "So? Do tell me, in what way?"

Too persistent!

Naruto blushed, shoving away the dissapointment of not getting a kiss, he mumbled, "It's a secret.."

Sasuke laughed at the cute answer he received, "Then, when will I be qualified to know this secret of yours?"

Naruto seriously contemplated it, "You're already qualified but I'm not ready yet, so I'll tell you when I'm ready", he said in all seriousness.

Sasuke felt his heart skip a beat at that. This meant that Naruto really does like him.

Ah.. What is this? I never knew I could be this happy..

He never expected to feel this happy about something, much less that he would fall so head over heels for someone.

"Your cuteness really will be the end of me..", he replied seriously, with a loving smile.

Naruto blushed red, "I was being serious you know?"

"I was too", he couldn't stop smiling.

"Geez.. You're eyes are clouded, you're not seeing right"

Clouded by love that is

Naruto blushed at his own thoughts.

"Maybe.. But you're the one who's clouding them"

By making me fall head over heels for you

Sasuke smiled fondly. Maybe because he just realized that he's in love, but he couldn't help feeling like he's falling more with each passing second.

"you're such an idiot", Naruto blushed, looking away.

"hn.. If you say so", Sasuke chuckled.

"Anyways! What's taking them so long?! I'm hungry!", he hurriedly changed the topic.

"it's already way past lunch time huh, I didn't even notice", Sasuke checked the time on the clock and thought that it was moving too fast.

If only the time would slow down when I'm with him

"do you think they'll come back soon?", Naruto questioned, snapping him out of his cheesy thoughts.

"don't think so", Sasuke got off the bed walking towards the door, "I'll go make us something, just wait here for a bit", he smiled.

"Eh?! No wait! I'll come too!", Naruto rushed over hurriedly.

Sasuke chuckled, "don't like to stay apart from me for even a minute?", he teased.

"Jerk! I just wanted to help you cook!", Naruto blushed, thinking what the raven had just said wasn't that far off from his true feelings made him feel very embarrassed - in fact it was right on the mark.

"I see, then I'll gladly except the help", he said still chuckling, teasing the blonde was just too much fun.

They were making curry for lunch, when their mothers returned.

They noticed the boys had gotten way closer than before in the short amount of time they were away.

They talked about how cute they look cooking together like that and teased them a lot about it.

Naruto blushing and denying it just fueled them more.

Halfway through Sasuke had joined them and it ended up with just Naruto getting teased.

All in all it was a disastrous lunch time.

But after finishing their lunch, they headed back home.

And honestly, Naruto was already missing him.

Sasuke thought back on all the time he'd spent with the blonde the past whole month and smiled to himself.

Today was definitely the best out of all the time he'd spent with him.
