It was a bright,warm day in Texsas as Ema's granddad drove them along a dusty road to her knew home.

Ema never said a word since she got in the car or after her parent's funeral for that matter. She never knew what her parents did for a living but what ever it was someone had got the nerve to murder them and then disappear without a trace.

As they pulled up to her new home her grandmother came out to greet them.

"Oh Ema it's good to see you there some freash baked cookies on the table grandad will bring you things up to your knew room and buy things for you to decorate it with," she said.

Ema only noded and took her carryon bag with her into the house.

She walked up stairs to her room that was completely empty. Not far away,right next to her house was another house.

In the yard some boys were playing baseball and a boy named David Jhon was up to bat.

"1-2-3 and it's out of here!"he yelled as the ball sped through the sky and crashed into Ema's window.
