folded arms form embankment,

then light ridges ripple to atoll-abdomen forming

delta lines channelling tendons, bones

to final,

strong surge of legs. 

It is only when I slow-mo lift one dazed hand to twiddle

errant earring

that I notice        it is        gone.       Spell
