I sat on my front porch, sitting in a chair as I sipped from my cup. Mario walked out, looking at me as he was about to leave. "You gonna be okay?" I nodded, "the usual, you leave and I do my own thing." He sighed, "I don't like going and saving the princess. Trust me, If it was up to me, I would make her save herself." I just hummed, he left as I set my tea down on the table. I let out a heavy sigh, pulling my hat down over my eyes and sat back in my chair. All of a sudden, there was a loud crash, it shaking the ground. I quickly pulled my hat up, looking around and spotting the dust that emitted from the area. I slowly stood up and walked over to that area, looking down to see what had fallen. I was expecting to see a meteor or something from space. My eyes widened as I saw the person, it was a male who looked just like me, but he had black clothing. He slowly stood up, shaking off the dirt and mud. His head shot up at me, he had grey eyes under his hair that came out from under his hat. He walked up to me, he didn't look too friendly as I started to back away. "Where am I?" He shouted as I had a good distance between us, I didn't want to get close to him. "Earth," I told him and he rubbed his eyes with his thumb and index finger. "Oh, no way," He was being sarcastic as he looked around. "What village?!" His voice shouted as I started to shake, "Toad Village, right by Peach Castle." He smirked, "now we're getting somewhere." He ran up to me, putting his hands on his hips as he was in front of me. "The names Mr. L, how about you chicken?" I cocked a brow, "I'm not a chicken, and the names Luigi." His smirk dropped, "that's what my L stands for in my name," We were at a loss for words. "I don't understand how I got here, I was in my shop, working on my robot. All of a sudden, this giant turtle thing came up behind me, he had this star or whatever. He touched me with it and it shot me here, I just don't understand." He then shot his head around, looking desperately for something. "What's wrong, I can help you get home." His eyes started to glimmer from tears ready to fall, "my wife was left in that universe. She was inside reading when it happened, that turtle better not have touched her!" His hands balled into fists as he wiped away his tears with his sleeve. I opened my arms for a hug, "not for a long shot pipsqueak."

We walked to my house, I saw Y/n waiting outside for me. "Hey!" She shouted as I smiled, Mr. L didn't look too enthusiastic about being here. We all sat on the porch, Mr. L played with his wedding ring as I talked to Y/n. "There's something strange going on," I told her and she nodded, "I can tell." She looked over at Mr. L, "you're kinda cute," His eyes narrowed. "I'm married, don't even try."

We waited a good while, me and Y/n chatting while we waited. There was another crash, L shot up quickly and ran to it with me and Y/n hauling it behind him. Once we arrived at the site, a female was at the bottom, L quickly ran to her. She landed next to his crater, she also seemed really happy to see her. He got her up and they walked to us, her being shorter than him and not wearing a black mask around her eyes like he did. Her red eyes scanned me as she flattened her red and black dress. "Luigi, this is my wife," I looked at her, she was really pretty. Even though L seemed really happy now, he quickly walked with her back to the house. "So, are you a princess?" I asked, gesturing to the crown. "No, I'm a peasant," She spoke while rolling her eyes. She was like L in a way, the sarcasm was really high. "What are you the princess of?"
