Prologue
It was daybreak for Bourto as he jumps through the Hidden Leaf Village, as he seems to be distant lost in thought.
He never wanted to see his family again, or what's left of them. It was three years ago when he last remembered the last war on the Hidden Leaf Village.
The fight was harder than any Shinobi had fought, even with the all the previous Hokages from the other villages came to help out in the fight.
But it was such a long time ago, as the young adult came through the village as he still felt the pain in his heart of coming back home .
He took a deep breath before coming into his home, as he wasn't sure of what to expect when he come through the door.
"Big Bro Bourto! You're back all ready?!?" A voice called through the hallway , as he saw his younger sister, Himiwari.
Himawari is a young ninja now , about 15 years old, which makes no surprising appearance of his mother, Hinata.
She huffs in anger, "You should've told us you would be coming back! Geez, you're acting just like Sasuke."
The young adult sweats in total embarrassment , as he realizes of how common he was acting just like his sensei.
"Oh, really? I haven't really notice a thing. I'm sorry." He apologizes to his younger sister.
She waves at the situation, "Hey, it's totally fine, besides, it's nothing compare of how trouble Sarada is right now, considering of taking the role of Dad as the Hokage."
Even though it was hard for the shinobi to admit, it was hard for him to acknowledge his old teammate as the leader of the village.
He sighs as he went to the old office that used to belong to his father, looking at the old photographs of the family, and the old photograph of the New Team 7.
"Dad. I wished you should've been there to see Himawari all grown up. She's a lot stronger like you were, ya know?" He said.
But he felt like he was talking to a ghost instead of talking to him in person.
He felt a presence , something that he felt before, as it was his old mentor.
"Sasuke. What you doing here?" He asks his sensei.
"I was about to ask you the same thing. It has been a long time since last talk. Let's go to your father's old home."
The shinobi sighs as he leaps through the village , as it was his second nature. He arrived at his father's childhood home as he saw his mentor waiting for him.
"Boruto, there is a reason that your father died. It's something you need to discover yourself. Do you remember something we had done when you were just a geinn?"
The young adult thought hard of what his sensei meant, then it hit him in a speeding light.
"No way. " He said, as his mentor nodded at how quickly he understood what he meant to do.
"It is a total risk, Sasuke. I don't know if it is -" He began but his mentor smiled at how unsure his student might be.
"Have faith in yourself, Boruto. You will have to save your father from his death." He said, "Besides, he was a bigger loser than you were now. "
The shinobi was reicent at first, but then he couldn't help it but smiled at how much trust he had from his old mentor, and now it seems like it was a mission only he can do.
"It's for me to find out what happened to my father, the Seventh Hokage. Dad, wait for me." He thought.
