Boruto headed straight through the main place he needed to see first, the Hokage's office to see his friend , Sarada. 

Even though she would be surprised of what he was going to do, he knew it would be great cost for the Hidden Leaf Village and possibly for his family to be together again after so long. 

He finally got through the main hallway, he took a deep breath, as he knew he was into an earful and possibly a hit from his old teammate from not contacting her directly of coming back to the village so sooner than she expected him to be. 

He opens the door , as he said, "Um, Sarada? It's me." 

The Hokage looked up from doing her paperwork, to see her old friend. She seems surprised by his sudden appearance. 

"Boruto, is that really you?" She asks , as the young Shinobi nods sheepishly as she walks up to him as she exaimes the young adult to her, "You've grown a lot haven't you? " 

 He smiles, "I think so, I'm sorry about not contacting you directly that I was coming home . I thought you didn't want to see me." 

"Didn't want to see you? Boruto, you big idiot! Of course I wanted to see you! The entire village does and wait, why you wanted to see me now?" She asks, of wondering of why the young shinobi wanted to see her . 

The shinobi said in a serious voice, "Your dad and I saw each other last night, and he told me I have to back ." 

" My father wanted you to go back? Where?" She asks, as the shinobi said, "Not where. When. He meant that I have to go back in time." 

She was stunned by his sudden revelation, as she said in a surprised tone, "Going back through time?!? 

Boruto, that is totally crazy! You never time-travelled before!" 

He looks up as she realized of he wasn't afraid of doing it, as she puts her hands into her hips, "Wait, don't tell me you had done time-travelled before, haven't you?"

He nods as he said, "To be honest , yes. I had traveled through time, along with your dad. Nobody in the Village of the Hidden Leaf in the Past didn't realize who were were the entire time we were there. 

Although , the experience really changed me for the better, as to know my father better and our relationship was stronger than ever. 

Sarada, please of letting me do this. The reason I'm here is to tell you of my mission. You're the first person I've ever told you about my time -travel mission to . " 

The Hokage seems to see the determination in his eyes, as she remembers all the missions they had together when they were children and being teammates together in new Team 7. 

She sighs, as she knew that she couldn't stop him , even if she knew it was reckless and dangerous . 

"Are you sure about this , doing it alone? Perhaps I can go with you to help you out-" 

"Sarada. I know you what to, but the responsibility must be mine to bare. It's my decision to do this, and I want you to take care of the Hidden Leaf while I am on this mission. 

Besides, I have the Jougan . It will help me when I need it. " 

The hokage sighs as she said, "I hope you know what to do when you meet the Seventh Hokage , Boruto." 

The young Shinobi smiles , reassuring his old teammate, "I'll be fine, Sarada. Besides, I have this figured out." 

He went to the museum where the relics were and there was an relic that he needed to travel through time. 

It was a relic that looked like a turtle. 

He touched the turtle as he said, "Hey, it's been a while. Can you authorize the time dimension again?"

"Boruto Uzumaki. Authorize the time you want to go through in pure detail." The turtle said. 

He thought about it as he whispered the coordinates of the time he wished to go through. 

As to his total amazement, the portal opens up in the middle of the room, as he knew that once he come from the future, the people wouldn't know about his identity. 

"Here we go." He mumbles as he jumps through the portal in a hurry state, as the portal disappears from the room, as the young adult went through without anyone suspecting anything.

Naruto was in a tight state as he was battling against a villain he never faced before. "Dammit! Where this guy came from?"

Kurma scoffs, "Hmm, you seem to be distant since you been slacking off from training hard with Sasuke and Sakura. " 

The ninja seems to be sweating from the comment by the nine-tails fox, "C'mon, is that really necessary right now?" 

The fight was hard for the ninja to go on, but all of a sudden, a bright flash of golden lighting sped up towards him, as he thought it was his father, that helped him from the last Shinobi War. 

"Dad." He said, but to his utter amazement, the ninja who saved him didn't hesitant for a split second, as he seems to be pissed off of the person who was fighting him.

"You really have some nerve of attacking Naruto Uzmaki have you? Well, this ends now!" He stated as Naruto seems to be able to stand up to be curious of the sudden newcomer he never seen before. 

The young shinobi was able to finish the fight as he puts the sword he had into his right side as he seems to be sighing of what just happen. 

"I can't believe the first thing I did was to end a fight by getting here. I had enough fighting for one day." He mumbles. 

Neji looks at the young shinobi as he walks up to him. "We're grateful for your help back there. Naruto isn't at his full strength. " 

He nods at the situation as he said, "I can see that. I just glad I was able to make it . So, this is the Hidden Leaf Village, isn't?"

Neji nods , as he blinks of being surprised of his knowledge of their hometown. "Why, yes. It is. This is the Hidden Leaf Village. I'm Neji." 

He bit his lip, as the young adult seems to be hesitant of seeing Neji , as if it was something that he didn't suspect. 

Neji asks, "Is something the matter?" The young adult shook his head as he gracefully shakes the ninja's hand. 

"It's nothing. It's an honor to meet your acquaintance." The young adult said. Naruto still is superstition of who the mysterious young shinobi might be. 

Naruto walks alone to his home as he knew that he was tailgated by the mysterious ninja. 

"What you want from me?" He asks , not turning around as the shinobi chuckles at Naruto of his knowledge of not seeing him directly. 

"It's kind of hard to explain. My mission as a ninja is top secret, and it's not very cool of trying to be nosy." He said. 

"So, if you are a shinobi, then, why didn't tell me your name to me?" Naruto asks him, as he leap down from the tree where he followed him, as he puts his hand to his hips. 

"I can't tell you who I am . It's really important that my identity remains unknown." He said. 

Naruto takes a look into his light blue eyes for a long moment, as both of the ninja seems to be reicent of the akward situation. 

"All right. I think I can trust you." Naruto said, as the young shinobi sighs. 

When Naruto fast asleep , the young shinobi looks upon the stone faces that was carved up in the mountains. 

Boruto seems to be relief of this. 

"It's a good thing that Dad didn't catch on that I came from the future, and seeing Uncle Neji again, I felt kind of bad of lying to him, just like the last time I time-travelled. 

Although, this time is different. I have to make sure that Dad doesn't die in this era, and make sure that the future I had can change for the better." He thought . 

He thought he was alone, but then he felt a familiar presence. "So, it seems like that you knew I wasn't from this era, have you?"

The person that confront him was his father's old sensei, Master Jiraiya.
