Hou Yi sits up on his bed with the aching pain in his chest. He looks at his chest wrapped in bandages. What the?

Hou Yi tried to remember what happened, how did he get here? He tried his best to remember but his mind keep just hurting.

Was he dead? No... if he was dead he wouldn't feel the pain...

Hou Yi was dead for three day. There was no funeral. Just patiently waiting. Yama paced around Yi's room hoping he would come back alive. How could they be an idiot!? Why didn't they help him!? Why did they blame themselves for what happened to Hou Yi. Even if Yi was immortal, why did it hurt to see him like that?

'Yi': oh and feel free to off yourself too once you're done. It's not like anyone would miss you... well maybe this vessel but so sad that the last thing he'll see is you killing him

Hou Yi: you're different Pap

Pap: oh yeah? Well I wonder why that is

Hou Yi: I understand that losing Raea was hard but that doesn't mean you have to-

Pap: was? It is still hard! You have any idea how hard it is to lose your best friend?! I came to you and Val after they died! But you lied and betrayed me! Val kept secrets as well! So now you expect me not to be any different from before?!

Hou Yi: that's not what I meant-

Pap: then what do you mean them?! Do you want me to be the old brainless and screwball?! Is that what you want!

Hou Yi: Pap listen to me-

Pap: NO! I won't listen to you any longer! I spent my whole life  just listening and doing without a question!

Hou Yi: ... is this what Raea would have wanted?

Pap: .... you have no idea what they would have wanted...

The only thing in their way, was that pest. Raea

Val turned around to see Raea, they looked much different from before. More scars than usual. Probably an after effect of when they died. Though in the end it didn't matter. Val could only glare at Raea. No words left them even if they did manage to muster up the energy to do so.

Val could only turn back to her older sister. Pap, they looked so happy. Val patted their back as pap turned to see Val. Val looked at her notepad and began writing on it.

Pap nodded as when they saw the words on the notepad. "Ok! Just make sure you don't eat all the milk bread without me!"

Val nodded as the left.

As when Val left, She sought it the ghost Raea. As for when they found them. They were sitting nest to a small patch of flowers.

"The flowers are beautiful are they?" Val said despite the pain. Her throat hurts even after 6 words.

They could see the mixed emotions on Raea. The feelings of Shocked and Angry twisting into one.

Val bent down to just gaze. Waiting for a response from the other. They could feel their ghostly eyes burn into them. No remorse.

"Why won't you let me see Pap?" Raea had asked. Val turned over to them. Their fist clenched the ground.

Val still keeled her cool as she wrote on her notepad. They showed it to Raea.
'You hurt Pap. I will not allow that again'

"So seeing them makes it all worse? If I remember, you also made them cry! What makes it all so different from you and me?!"

'Raea, as someone who cares about Pap more than you can ever imagine. You don't know our life, you don't know HER life. You have no say on what's good for her.

"That's BS! So you're going to treat her like a child?! Maybe that's why no one know anything about her past, because you hide the truth from others. She deserves more you know. It's your fault on why this probably hurt her more than anyone! I just want to see and talk to pap! How hard can that be?! How can I hurt her like that?"

Val could feel her anger rising up... this will be no good. Val stood up and began writing.

'You have no idea what I gave up for Pap. So she can live'

If Raea was psychical, they would so much have wanted to punch Val in the jaw. Perhaps break their bones in the process.

"I gave up my life. I died for Pap. Don't I deserve to at least say something to her? Don't you think she deserves it as well?"

Val stood there. Oh if she could she would rather kill Raea a second time. But that was impossible.

"You think just because you died and protected Pap, it means you deserve this. It doesn't mean that you deserve anything in the end. You perhaps may be Pap's friend. But I am her sister! I may let you talk to Pap when the time comes, but that time will be on my terms, got it? I did not die to protect them from harm, only to let someone like you ruin everything.

Val turned away from Raea and began walking. To where? Val had no idea, she just needed to get out.
