Steve took Natasha in the garden, for a walk, but as they went on, she was surprised. It wasn't just a walk, there was more to it.

A long ray of flowers made a lane towards a beautiful stage decorated. It was the altar, they were getting married.

"My daughter " Joseph came to stand by her side, "Can I walk you down the aisle? "

She looked at him with tears in her eyes, and nodded. He held his arm out for her to take. Maria gave her a bouquet to hold. And they walked, with Steve rushing to wait for her at the altar.

Natasha was dressed casually, since she had no idea of this. She wore a simple cream colored long dress, with small sleeves and a wide neck. Her hair were loose over her back, and she wore no makeup. It was early in the morning, just after breakfast. Maria had given her a small bouquet of red and yellow roses.

Joseph was dressed in a proper suit, but Steve just put the coat on his shirt to look somber.

Lisa and Maria were her bridesmaids.

Steve bend down and took her hand, helping her up.

"Surprise! " he said with a smile, she blushed, and he kissed her hand.

They both turned to face the priest who started with the vows.

"I do" Steve said confidently.

"I do" Natasha said nervously, blushing heavily.

"I declare you both, man and wife" the priest said, "you may now, kiss the bride"

Steve took her waist, and grabbing her hair kissed her passionately. Sam, Maria and Lisa laughed at his desperation. When he moved away, Natasha was all red and shy.

"I love you, wife" he said with a smirk.

She looked down, panting for air.

"Go on, throw the bouquet, we are here to catch" Maria yell.

Natasha looked at Steve, who kissed her cheek, she threw the bouquet, and Lisa caught it making Maria furious.

Joseph gave his blessings to both, "I can't wait to be a grandfather " he said, Natasha blushed and Steve smiled.

"Welcome to the family my child" he said to Natasha, kissing her forehead, she hugged him.

"Thank you dad" she said, he pat her hair.

Steve then pulled her close, "Wedding is done so.. Time for honeymoon" he winked, she blushed. He picked her up in his arms, and carried her towards the car, while everyone waved behind.

Natasha was almost on term with her pregnancy. Lisa said she go into labor anytime, and so Steve stayed with her most of the time.

He had changed so much, but just for her. To others he was still the same.

He loved and cared for her more then anyone and anything, she was his life. He valued her above all.

And Natasha was happy and grateful to have him, the dark days of the past were forgotten, his immense love made up for the mistakes he made.

Joseph had asked Steve to free Bucky, and so he did but he was forbidden to return to the state. However, that day he did.

Bucky came running inside the boundaries of the mansion.

"They are gonna attack!! " he yell, but no one paid heed. Until Fury gang's men started entering with guns and bombs.

The state was surrounded by Fury's men all over.

Steve refused to leave Natasha's side, she was so scared, and she was nine months pregnant, he couldn't leave her. But to save her he had to fight.

Joseph grabbed his weapons, Maria got hers, and all of them were fighting.

But the main target of Fury's men was to kill Natasha and her child, making Steve weak. They knew his weakness and they wanted to use it against him.

Steve was unaware of this fact, and Bucky came to him which made him mad with anger

"Have you brought them traitor? " he asked.

"No, no. Steve! Listen to me, they want to get to her, they want to hurt her and the baby" Bucky tried to tell.

But Steve didn't listen and punched him, moving away to fight others.

Until Natasha's scream silenced all. At once Steve rushed to her and saw that the men had her captive  threatening to kill her. Steve dropped his weapons and was ready to do anything for her, but they didn't listen. Their main motive was to kill her and destroy him. They captured Steve, taking advantage of his weak state and tied him up in chains.

A man was about to kick her stomach to kill the baby, but Bucky grabbed his leg and threw him away. He shielded Natasha, but they were too many. Maria and Sam reached the sight, and fought. Joseph untied Steve. But in the hustle and bustle, someone shot a bullet towards Natasha.

"Noooooo" Steve yell, he was too far yet he ran, blindly. He wouldn't let this happen.

But before he could, the bullet hit. And instead of Natasha, Bucky fell on the ground. The bullet hit him near his heart in his attempt of shielding her.

Steve was stunned, Natasha yell in pain, the stress induced her labor. Maria rushed to her side, and soon Rogers's gang over powered Fury's men and killed them all.

Bucky opened his eyes after 2 days and found Steve beside his bed, holding his hand.

"Bucky? Oh thank God" he sighed, "I'll call Lisa" Steve was getting up, but Bucky caught his hand. 

"How is she? " he asked, in a weak feeble voice.

"She is fine, she gave birth to a healthy beautiful boy, he looks exactly like me, with hair like hers and he is so cute and I am dad Buck" Steve said with tears in his eyes, "and you know what we named him? "

Bucky moved his head in negative, "James Rogers" Steve said with a smile. Bucky sighed in relief, as Steve left to call Lisa.

Steve forgave Bucky and accepted him back, he had saved his wife's life, he couldn't be more grateful.

Natasha was happy and healthy, with her little boy and Steve by her side.

Fury gang was destroyed completely after that incident. Steve and Joseph made sure of that by their alliance with Stark.

All was well... for how long.. No one can tell.

I know no one is ready for the end. Neither am I, I love this story. But don't worry I might return with a sequel to this or another dark story. However dragging this would have made it inconsistent. I know this was a rushed chapter, but I couldn't make it any better. I hope you guys enjoyed and are satisfied with the end. Do give your reviews on this chapter and the story as a whole.
