I was in a bookstore owned by the one and only Tukson which I convinced to add a security camera system to his store. I was browsing the books and had one caught my eye "the legend of a transforming man." The name was a bit on the nose and wasn't very creative so I grab it and take a look at the summary of it.

Its about a man who transformed into dangerous beasts and defeated armies and created a prospering kingdom. I was about to buy it and leave when I noticed out of the corner of my eye Emerald and Mercury on their way here.

Y/n: Tukson looks like two troublemakers are on their way here.

I make my way over to the back behind the counter. Luckily I have my weapon on hand.

Tukson: You sure.

Y/n: Definite let them attack first so the hidden cameras get a good long look.

Tukson: Alright.

Once I get hidden enough I change my appearance to a completely different look.

I leaned next to the door as I hear the bell ring when the door opens.

Tukson: Welcome to Tukson's book trade! Home to every book under the sun. How may I help you?

His voice was a bit wary towards the end. Hopefully they didn't notice.

Mercury: Just browsing.

Emerald: Actually, I was wondering, do you have any copies of "The Thief and the Butcher?"

Tukson: Yes we do.

Emerald: That's great.

Tukson: Would you... like a copy?

Emerald: No. Just wondering.

A book slams shut.

Emerald: Oh what about "Violets Garden" on paperback?

Mercury: He's got it, hardback too.

Emerald: Ohh options are nice.

Mercury: Ehh, no pictures. Hey do you have any comics?

Tukson: Near the front.

Emerald: Oh! No wait. What about "Third Crusade?"

Y/n: (thoughts) Is it time for a mothertrucking crusade brothers?

I silently laugh at the meme from home.

Tukson: I don't believe we have that one.

A book slams shut again.

Emerald: What was this place called again?

Tukson: Tukson's Book Trade.

Emerald: And you're Tukson?

Tukson: That's right.

Emerald: So then I take it that you're the one that came up with the catchphrase?

Tukson: Yes.

Mercury: And, what was it again?

Tukson: "Tukson's Book Trade, home to every book under the sun."

Mercury: Except the Third Crusade.

Tukson: It's just a catchphrase.

Mercury: It's false advertising!

Emerald: You shouldn't make a promise you can't keep, Tukson. I hear that you're planning on leaving. Moving all the way to Vacuo. Your brothers in the White Fang won't be happy to hear that. And neither are we... You know who we are, don't you?

Tukson: Yes.

Emerald: And you know why we're here?

Tukson: Yes.

Emerald: So... are you going to fight back?

Tukson: No.

I hear a gunshot as I kick open the door to see Tukson ducking down. I had my lmg readied.

Y/n: I suggest you leave before you get mowed down.

I cock the chamber and they start getting out of here.

Tukson: Thanks.

Y/n: I suggest you leave town now. I'll help load the your things.

He gets up and go grab some boxes as I grab his bags. We take it to a nearby truck. I set the bags in the backseat and he puts the boxes in the back of the truck.

Tukson: Thanks for the save again. You can have that book in your hand for free as well as anything else since I'm closing shop.

He tosses a key to me.

Tukson: You can sell the place too if you want. I won't be able to sell it myself now.

Y/n: Wow, thanks Tukson I don't know what to say.

Tukson: You already did.

And with that he got in his car and drove off. I go inside grab the camera footage and grab a few comics for Ruby, and books that relate well with Yang, Blake, and Weiss. I change back then I left and locked the shop leaving a closed sign on the door. I carried the books in a box as and the footage was in there as well.

Timeskip

The walk and bullhead ride back was uneventful. I make a pit stop to the dorm leaving the box with most of the books there with a select few in hand as well as the footage. I then make my way to Ozpins office. I get there and notice Ironwood getting on at the same time I am.

Ironwood: Did Ozpin ask you to his office young man?

Y/n: No I am bringing him video evidence of an attempted murder with the suspect's faces on camera.

Ironwood: Why not take it to the police?

Y/n: I don't think they would believe me considering I'm just a kid.

The elevator dings as it hit the floor.

Ozpin: Come in.

Ironwood: Ozpin.

Ozpin: Hello general. Mr. Branwen what are you doing here?

Y/n: I was here to give you a video to show to huntsmen and the police on attempted murderers.

Ozpin: Ah I'll get that sent as soon as possible.

I set the video on his desk and got back on the elevator. I hit the button for the ground floor and started making my way towards the library cause I'm guessing they're there. I make my way there and soon find their spot playing Remnant the game.

Y/n: Hey everyone.

Yang: Sup.

Ruby: Hi.

Weiss: Hello.

And no answer from Blake. I go around and drop a book the they'll like in front of them.

Blake: Huh? Where did you get this?

Ruby: Yeah I've been wanting this comic for a while now.

Y/n: I saved the owner of a bookstore from a couple of would be killers. He was going to leave tomorrow but he left today and gave me the bookstore. There's more in the dorm room of possible books and comics you all will like.

Weiss: Thank you Y/n.

Yang: That's awesome.

Ruby: Nice.

Blake was quiet before she got up and left to the dorm.

Y/n: Huh must have wanted to see what else I got for everyone, so can I tag in?

Ruby: Yeah.

I sat down where Blake once was and I start checking her hand of cards.

Timeskip

We go into our dorm with Yang mad cause I won again.

Yang: I will beat you one day Y/n.

Y/n: In your dreams.

I look over and see Blake getting up from her bed and make her way to the door. I stand next to Ruby as Cola comes out of his kennel and sits next to us.

Weiss: Stop. Lately you've been quiet anti social and moody.

Yang: Uhh have you met Blake.

Weiss: Which I get is kind of your thing but you've been doing it more then unusual. Which quite frankly is unacceptable. You made a promise to me to this team, that you would let us know if something is wrong. So, Blake Belladonna what is wrong?

Cola: *Barks*

She somehow did a double or triple flip and land on a chair pointing at her with it balancing on its back legs.

Blake: I just... I don't understand hoe everyone can be so calm.

Ruby: Your still thinking about Torchwick.

Blake: Torchwick the White Fang all of it something big is happening and no one is doing anything about it.

Yang: Ozpin told us not to worry.

Y/n: Yeah and I'm sure the local authorities are doing everything they can especially since I gave Ozpin some info on some would be murders.

Blake: Well I'm not they don't know the White Fang like I do.

Weiss: Okay between blowing up nightclubs, stopping thieves and killers, and fighting for freedom. I'm sure you four are ready to go out and apprehend these ne'er-do-wells!

Ruby: Uh, who?

Weiss: But let me once again be the voice of reason. We're students! We're not ready to handle this sort of situation!

Ruby: Well yeah, but...

Weiss: We're not ready!

Blake: And we may never be ready! Our enemies aren't just going to sit around and wait for graduation day. They're out there, somewhere, planning their next move, and none of us know what it is, but it's coming! Whether we're ready or not!

Ruby: Okay, all in favor of becoming the youngest Huntresses and Huntsman to single-handedly taking down a corrupt organization conspiring against the Kingdom of Vale... say aye.

Yang: Yes! I love it when you're feisty!

Weiss: Well, I suppose it could be fun.

Y/n: Aye.

Cola: *Barks*

Ruby: Thanks Y/n.

Blake: Alright then, we're in this together!

Ruby: Let's hatch a plan!

Yang: Yeah!
