KAKASHI AND HOSHIZORA

The two were sat at the tree, sunset only minutes from being over, and it was clear as day that hosizora missed it greatly, kakashi handed her a box. Her eyes brightened instantly with the sight of his cooking, which he learned she prefered over the rest of the stuff that he got for them to share.

"Once i get you out of here, i can teach you to cook if you want" he offered, her eyes sparkled with hope as she nodded. She was in the middle of chewing when she grinned. He stiffled a laugh at her silly expression and leant his head on hers, she was sat right beside him, back to his shoulder, eating her food as she read through the scrolls.

Hoshizora was completley dedicated to learning most of the jutsus on the four scrolls he had brought her last time, as well as two more books he had given her before they ate. Though she did have trouble a little bit, as it was more words then pictures.
"Ashi, was doesnt that say?" She asked, kakashi looked over to her, where her finger was,
"Thats genjutsu" she tilted her head at it.
"Mind games?" She questioned, reading iver what words she recognised. He smiled at her and put and arm over her shoulder, pointing to the diagram beside the block if text.

"Its basically an illusion but you use your chakra to influence your opponents mind to mess wth them, or warp their surroundings, making it easier for you to beat them" he explains,

Hoshizora nods slowly as she reads through.
"Whats taijutsu?"
Kakashi smiled at her
"Hand to hand combat, like when you punch or kick someone" hoshizora frowned
"How does that involved chakra?"
"Well" kakashi knocks the wood of the tree, making hoshizora look up. He then hits rather hard making her gasp. "Thats normal okay?" She nods, he then forces chakra to hsnfist that punches again, a large dent was made in the bark. "Thats with chakra"
"So it makes you more powerful? Harder punches?" He nods at her inquiry.
"Thats right, though a lot of people can do what i just did without chakra. I can as well. But i just used it as an example"

Hoshizora smiles up at him. She then flips the page to a picture of different eyes,
"Dojutsu?" She questions, kakashi leans over her a little.
"Basically eye based ones. Like sharingan, or byakugan" hoshizora looked up at him bewildered. Making him smile gently. He then moves his headband up and opens his sharingan eye.
"Like mine" she nods slowly.
"What does it do?"
"Well. My sight is better, it uses my chakra to almost slow down time so i can react better, i dont really know to much about it" he then closes the eye. Hoshizora looks at the scar and frowns
"Does it hurt?" She asks worriedly making him smile.
"Dont worry, its all healed nothing to worry about" she then looks back to the page.
"Whats rinnegan?" She asked. He looks at the picture she was pointing out.
"I dont really know much about it, ive only ever seen sharingan and byakugan" she nods and goes back to reading.
"There are thpes of jutsu for weapons too?" Kakashi nods, head leaning against hers again as he relaxs.

After a little while he felt her weight move to his lap. Opening his eye he looked down at her and smiled, she was already sleeping souldnt, curled up into a ball. He grabbed hold of the blanket and draped it over her. Stroking her head gently before looking over the books and scrolls she had left on the grass. The fire a safe distance away.

Slowly his mind dirfted to a way of getting her out of there.

Surely there was some way to convince the hokage to at least have he able to see the sunset again.

It had been almost 6 months since he joined anbu. And so far he was doing alright balancing out his time with hoshizora and missions. He only wished she wanst confined to this small area. He wanted her to be free. To actually live life.

Now at the age of 13. Now knowing hoshizora for almost a whole year. All he wanted was for her to know what the outside life was like.

He wanted her to have a life outside of this barrier, to be able to have a life, to be able to have a home, a room over her head, a more stable diet. Acess to more things, she could become a ninja if she wanted, she'd have so many more opportunities...

Surely he could convince the hokage to give her a chance.

And thats what hes going to do.
