HOSHIZORA
she whimpered quietly, cold, hungry, sad. She didn't know what had gotten into her, to not eat or drink. It had been 3 weeks.. And Minato had been visiting her regularly to see if she was alright, he tried to get her to smile, or eat something, but it never worked, it wasn't until a day ago that Minato had found out that rin had been kidnapped and Kakashi had gone after her. Kakashi had came back alone, torn from the inside out, he was a wreck. And Minato knew that, rin was killed. Only he, the hokage and Kakashi really knew the truth. Kakashi was said to be a friendkiller. Minato knew it was breaking the boy down slowly. And the girl before the blonde hokage was already close to loosing her battle. Minato sighed., and began his attemtps to get the girl to eat and drink. Even if it was a little bit.

KAKASHI
He couldn't take it, anything would remind him of rin, any girl that resembled his late teammate would make him feel worse, ever night He would have nightmares. Only now did her realise just how sad he truly was, looking over his room he went over to his bedside table and fumbled through the notes he had ripped apart and dumped on the table. Only now seeing the note he didn't rip, the stained one; all from Hoshizora, who had been alone for a month.. He suddenly felt his blood go cold as he opened the note...

'Hi?.. I don't know how to do this..
I miss you.. A lot, it doesn't feel right not having you around..
I managed to perfect that clone jutsu thing!  I used it to trick the hokage! It was really funny!
I haven't been able to eat after Obi.. I'm worried about you.. A lot, I don't want you to be alone in this.. I know what's it like to be lonely, to have no one around to make you feel better when your sad.. I'm just sorry I can't go through the barrier to come see you... I wish I could see you..
I know your probably really really sad about what's happened, but Rin and I are here to help! Yeah.

Kakashi stared at the letter with a shocked and broken look.. How could he ignore her.. How could he push the feelings he felt for her away for so long? Suddenly feeling cold, regret tearing at his emotions. Grabbing not the note he left the house, running to the monument. How could he if only now realised how much he needed her?! Why did he ignore her for so long?! She was the only thing that made him truly happy, she made him feel like he belonged, happy, complete. How could he ignore someone so special?!

Jumping over the buildings the trip there seemed so long, as he jumped down onto the soft grass, gasping for breathe he collapsed on the ground. He had gone their so fast., hear her whimpers; it broke him even more to hear her be so sad. Getting up he walked over to the barrier, feeling the familiar chill run up his body as he entered through the barrier and into Hoshizora's place. He stared at the girl hidden by the blanket. His throat dry, he couldn't speak, he couldn't brin himself to speak, he had caused this, all because he hadn't been there for a month. He felt like he had killed her, it hurt him to much to know what he had done, walking forward he tried to make himself noticeable. Standing only a few feet away from her he sat on the grass and cleared his through the, making the girl jump and look up from her blanket only to stare at him..

KAKASHI AND HOSHIZORA

They stared at eachother, unable to look away as he grabbed out his ink and paper, writing something down..

'I'm sorry.. I'm sorry I took so long to come, see you.. After all that's happened.. I forgot.. About you., about this place,.. I feel horrible about forgetting you.. You make me feel so happy and complete.. I don't know why I forgot, and Im cursing myself at the thought of even dismissing the thought of you... I'm so sorry Hoshi.. So very sorry...' He wrote, looking down. Unable to hide just how depressed he was.. She moved closer slowly, taking hold of the note they sat metres apart.     Reading over the note Hoshizora sighed deeply, tears welling in her eyes as she looked at him, her ears folded down and tail still. She watched him as he sat their so down and saddened. He had the weight of having both of his teammate's dead on his shoulder, she could now see how much it had affected him. Crawling over to him she stared at him.
"It's okay Ashi.. I don't mind that you forgot me. I'm just glad that your okay" she whispered, embracing him. Kakashi stared at her.. It was the first time she had even spoke clearly to him,
"How is it okay..?" He asked, Hoshizora smiled at him
"Because.. I knew that you'd come back.."
