Mina's POV

The days flew by and we were resuming school today.

Why is there no rest in this world?

I stare at myself in the mirror. I'm putting on a red stripped with black mid thigh length flay skirt, a cream shirt, a red tie and I left the jacket because I didn't find the need to wear one.
Make-up??
No!
Not on the first day of school.

I am a very early riser considering the fact I don't sleep that much all thanks to one incident.

I descended the stairs heading for the kitchen. I took out a bottle of water and took my 'everyday pill'.

"Good morning..." I didn't here the rest as I choked on the water.
Tears sprang up in my eyes from the intoxication.

"Are you okay?" Mrs Jo asked rubbing my back soothingly.

I nodded when I felt okay muttering a thanks.

"Mrs Jo?" I called and she nodded.

"Do you by any chance live here? It's 5:00am." I asked glancing at my wrist watch to be sure and she just smiled.

I waved it off and left.

Jenny's POV
~~~~~~~~~~

"Joon! I swear I would knock you with a bamboo stick if you don't get your silly ass down here!" I yelled at my brother who kept on doing this 'I have to dress well so I can stand out blah blah blah.'

This was 7:35am for God's good sake! I didn't want to go to school because I'm super excited or whatever. I wanted to avoid them!!! But my Joon doesn't just understand because he has the head of my father. Besides, lesson starts 8:30 but self studying starts 8:00. If I got to school any later, I would be punished.

"Joon that shoe is fine. Please!!!" I whined feeling frustrated.

"I told you I didn't want to go at a rush hour. I wanted to go tomorrow where everyone would be settled and then! I make a big entrance but what did you do? Convince dad in making me resume today so mind you I have to take my time and look best. By the way, you should be wearing a long socks that gets to your knee so you'll look all you know." He winked after his unending speech.

"I know what to do." I smirked crossing my arms as I walked out of his room. I'll leave him to come by himself! That sounds like a maybe stupid plan but at least he would be reprimanded for coming late on his first day.

I wish we could come together though because I was ... Scared??

I've been bullied in the past because of Ian that teacher. Park Ha thought we were in a relationship and just spread rumours of us doing so many things I can't even try.

I managed to get to school by 7:49. My heart rate increased on the sight of Empire High School and my biggest enemies.

Park Ha na And ...
Whatever!

I got in avoiding them as much as possible and also bumping into Kim Mina! Oh... That's right. Her brother attends this school.

"Sorry and Hi." I waved shyly. I heard she is extremely rude and spoilt.

She just nodded and gave me a light smile I'm sure didn't reach her eyes.
Should I make friends??

"You're new here so can I show you to the..."

"No, thanks. I'm coming from there. I just wanted to go in later since the teacher said there's another person that is new so he wants to show us the class together." She explained while I nodded.

"I'm Mina by the way. Mina Kim." She extended her hand and I took it immediately.

"Lee Jenny or Jenny Lee. Anyhow you put it." I said and she nodded.

Mina's POV

I waited patiently for this so called new student while Jenny walked away. Who the hell is this new student and why is the person so late on his/her first day.

I saw someone, a boy to be precise jumping over the school's fence. Who does that on a first day in school? I shook my head negatively only to be knocked over by this so called person sending me straight on the floor On. My. Freaking. Butts!!
Like who does that?!!

The person already muttering cuss words and sorrys. I was trying really hard to keep my cool when the person called my name causing me to glance up.

"Oh... So it's you." I rolled my eyes and scoffed at the not so famous Joon Lee of Paradise City his father's hotel.

"I was wondering who would knock me over to see the stars." I exaggerated standing to my feets.

"I apologized okay? Now bye!" He discharged me off like I was begging for his attention or something.

First day of school Mina keep your cool!

He ran off and I just waited patiently for this stupid new student.

I went back to the teacher's office when I had done enough waiting and saw Joon standing there.

No no. So he was that stupid new student. No wonder.

"Let's introduce you both to your classes by the way, I'm the one and only Mr. Jang." He introduced smiling widely as he stood.

When we got to the class, it went silent at once.

"We have two new students." Mr Jang started.

After the whole introduction that took forever, we were asked to sit anywhere. I sat beside Jenny who smiled at me and I returned the smile.

After a long maths teaching, we had a ten minutes break were some students left the class sending eye signals to Jenny. I think I saw her look nervous or maybe not while her brother was making friends oblivious of what was going on around him.

Soon enough, Jenny wasn't in the class anymore.

Jenny's POV

I went to the backyard of the school really scared. What did Park Ha want now. If it wasn't her, then it was Jo Sara.

When I got to her, she came closer to me and I took a step back.

"What's that Jenny? I missed you that's all." Park Ha shrugged checking her nails.

"What's this about?" I asked trying to act all strong while she snapped her eyes at me.

"Did you just question me? I had a very long morning and now you're making my anger worst. Do you know that Jenny?" She asked sweetly.

"How ..." I didn't get to complete it as she poked me on the head harshly sending me backwards.

"You're really annoying me. Girls?" She called and they responded.

"What should we do?"
