"37... Nah! I've seen worse" said Shun as he broke the gloomy atmosphere by suddenly joking around

Hearing that Cedric eventually blinked for a little while before straightening his back and patting Shun's shoulder once more

With that before he left Shun asked something

"That thing about seeing Sephiria die 37 times... Could you care to tell?" Asked Shun

At that Cedric ic adruptly stopped as he turned around and cocked his head

"if you really want to know... Then show me what you can do... Defeat me a person who have undergone 37 grim experience"

With that Cedric left, leaving Shun all alone on the balcony

After exhaling a mouthful of breath, Shun himself finally sobered up as he checked on Sephiria only to see her still being treated by the healers

Since he doesn't want them to be distracted throughout the process, he didn't even thought for a single moment before parting from them just this time

After awhile the selection matches continues as series of losses and victories rung out of the arena

People who observed were somewhat satisfied from the things they saw, as for the their years who have experienced this kind of event last year

They somehow held a complicated look as they seemed dejected that the second years can only do this much

Seeing their reaction even Shun wondered if the opponent's from other Academy's are really stronger than what he thought they would be

Without wasting any more time he leaned on his chair and begun arranging his own stats and distributing his skill points evenly

In just a few more steps Shun would once again leveled up as he will received another grand champion

After looking at such descriptions Shun was even more determined that this world where he is right now isn't the only world out there but there is also other world's just like this one

Based on his knowledge and if it's right than there must be some kind of an entity or being that connects this world to the others

After thinking it thoroughly he further observed the matches from here on out as he saw many second years feel the taste of victory and losses

As time passes he eventually saw those capture targets that he have met have eventually win except for the other two who was somehow subdued by the the Gamma class and Delta Class geniuses

Out of four of them Kaiser and Elliot are the wind who won, while Stan and Emille are the one's who lost to the geniuses of both Gamma Class and Delta Class

And if Shun's memory serves him right there was another geniuses among the Alpha Class, little did he know that such geniuses would in turn be acquaintaned to him later on

While for his group of friends as expected the enemy's were so strong that Aria who was somehow quite inferior against nobles when comparing in magic has lost, same could be said for Rachel as she was on the other hand proficient in studying rather than combat

After waiting for awhile Shun somehow felt like hours has passed since various of matches have finished

By the time it reached pass noon the numbers of remaining matches was reduced to one as the arena was getting fixed one more time for this final match of the day

If it serves right then after this will be the final assessment matches wherein the school staff and judges would eventually ranked the top four winners that would participate in the joint tournament among the victorious students

After all they didn't based this on how much victories one gains but rather how he fought, execute magic, movements, and eventually it's flaws and strengths

In the end they will be judged by 36 instructors including the principle for this kind of evaluation

Soon for the final match, the students from different section begun to feel a bit tired and bored as the event was led to its final matches

After witnessing countless battles, the students from different levels felt satisfied and seemingly wanted to go home

Of course some already left while some just observed the last match one more time before calling it day, while some instead of tournament atmosphere to spread has turned into a dating spot for their lovers or harems

Of course such harem bastards gave Shun a wrong impression of them and was added to his list of loathsome people

With that the last round was announced as both students came out from either side of the arena

Compared to the early day time there were neither cheers nor support except for few trustworthy companions could be heard supporting their classmate

More like a dual magic swordsman that is much improved version of Cedric's one sword magic swordsman

He doesn't even know whether such person was even stronger than Cedric himself or not but soon he will know of it

In fact this will be a great practice for Shun to prepare for his match against Cedric the next day if he wins this round

For some reason half of the Gamma Class were there to support the student named Rafael with his slick brown hair and fair face

While for him aside from Aria and Rachel, there were also Wendy, Cedric and his other pals (based on Shun's perspective)

Of course he could also see some instructors getting tired of such events as they yawned

Eventually the referee finally raises his hand one more time before teleporting away

"Match start!"

With that the first one who made a move was Rafael himself as he pulled out two of his sword and charged towards Shun in an incredible speed

Within just a few steps he was already infront of him as he swing his sword towards his neck

Craning his neck backwards, shun proceeded this position as he took a hold of the ground and lifted his feet to deliver a kick

Of course Rafael saw through this as he raised the hilt of his sword to block the kick and used his other hand to slash downward

But before he successfully deliver a damage, he somehow immediately pulled back his attack as he arched his back backwards due to Shun performing a dual spin kick while in a upside down position and having his arms support him

With a jump Rafael quickly distanced himself as he crouched down and prepared to attack once more by crossing his arms in top of each other

With a dash he prompted himself directly towards Shun's lower parts

Seeing this Shun instead jumps up while lifting both of his feet high up in the air and stepping down on both of Rafael's swords the moment he swung and aimed for his legs

Being stepped on Rafael's eyes constricted for awhile before quickly letting go his sword when he noticed Shun doing a drop kick on top of his head

With a loud crash Shun's made a huge crater just by applying force on his stomp just like that

After letting go and dodging that attack Rafael proceeded this time by raising both of his hand and doing a dual cast

"Lightning strike!, Earthen assault"

Faced with this circumstances Shun quickly loved to his waist as he fastly equipped Botrk on his waist and pulled it out while activating his various skills

"Wind wall!"

With that defensive wall Shun completely neutralized both of the opponent's spell before dashing through to him

"Sweeping Blade!"

Within just a few moments Shun emerge from his opponent's right as wind accumulated on his Botrk

At the same time Rafael magnetically reache out for his two swords as he grabbed them and swung down on Shun

But just as he was about to deal a blow on him, Shun quickly swept him with a wind so strong that it actually knocked him up in the air

With a low voice Shun muttered

"Last breath!"

With a thought Shun quickly vanished from his view as he friend into a streak of shadow and came in at Rafael and attacking him on all sides in an incredible speed much faster than him

Due to it Rafael screamed in pain before getting himself shut up when Shun smashed his Botrk on his face for the final slash of last breath, causing the latter to crash and streak to the ground before crashing to the walls

Inhaling a mouthful of air, Shun breath out a surge of flames as he directed it towards Rafael

"Flame Breath!"

With that the area where his opponent crashed exploded as everything around it turned into a sea of fire

Without letting up the moment Shun landed on the ground he quickly stabbed his sword unto the ground surface and thrust it in as he shouted

"Demacian Justice!"

Right as he casted that a huge sword descended from above creating a concave fall out from that area with a burning sea of flame

Of course such attacks can be considered an overkill when being applied to an ordinary person but Shun didn't let it up as he released a formidable killing intent on the enemy

Coincidentally his opponent Rafael seemed safe and alive as he climbed out from the concaved ground he is in while his body received various slashed, bruises, bleeds, and scorched marks

His appearance was so haggard that it was apparent that he ousted almost everything just to defend himself

Without giving up he raises his Mana even further as he slashed his swords and conjured multiple Mana waves towards Shun

"Sea of blades!"

With that such blades assaulted Shun, but something unexpected to them showed up as Shun's silhoutte was suddenly passed through by such attack as if he was non-existent

"!!!"

"???"

"!?!?!"

Such cautious and surprised reactions could be seen on everyone's faces when they saw this

Apparently before the attack landed Shun somehow slightly learned few skills from Wukong and Zed thus he applied such skills unto this match

In particular one of them was Zed's skills

"Living Shadow!"

Very quickly as if with a flick of mind followed by a reality skill input, Shun continouesly shifted his position with his shadow from time to time to easily bypass the sea of waves and attacked Rafael by also shifting from different positions around him

Due to this Shun's attacks were unpredictable as he attacked repeatedly at his blind spot while the latter can only guess which shadows that surrounds him will eventually move

Of course this time his opponent didn't let up as it activated his "Super Sense" to sense even a little bit of air flow changes

Due to this he successfully blocked every attack Shun dealt wherever he may appear

But Shun's each swing was as heavy as being hit by a bulldozer so not sooner or later Rafael's felt like his hands has gone numb from the heavy strikes that Shun dealt

Without showing mercy at all, Shun activated another skill coming from Wukong himself

"Warrior Trickster"

With that 9 more Shun appeared as his clones with each wielding Botrk on their hands and can even use his every skill

With this much pressure 3 clones of himself breaths out a mouthful of flames as his opponent naturally defended himself by blocking it with his sword

Followed that another 3 of himself surged an attack at him using their coldest and most violent wind, of course his opponent eventually used his sword to block it

And lastly 4 of himself including the original came after Rafael in four different directions as they hammered down their Botrk straight at him from above

Naturally Rafael used his sword once more to block the attacks, but as soon as both moves collided his dual sword easily broke apart as he was completely dealt with four slashes across his body as he fell down unconcious with blood all over

Naturally his sword broke apart after using an Intense heat to light up his sword and softens it's hard mattered weapon, then following it wind a instense cooling down which brittles it's sword and finally strucking it clean by breaking it's sword with a heavy impact, which is in turn for Shun strength was equivalent to four bulldozer slamming against you

Of course shun didn't let him die as he poured his health potion and quickly healed him and cleared his wound all over no matter how serious it may look

At this his clones went away with a puff of the smoke as his match ended which drew a lot of shock expression and attention from the remaining students and the various instructors above

Naturally the three other geniuses from three different sections carved up a smile and an interested gaze towards him as if finding a enjoying match

Luckily one of the students has recorded such fight, and later on the next day would be the most hot topic of all

Of course what caught their attention wasn't the way the battle was executed but rather the abilities Shun displayed which showed the extensive and flawless agility, power, flexibility, speed, and etc.

But among those skills what shocked them was the skills "living Shadow which made him switch in different direction while having your shadow being on a specific location and be able to move like you do, and second was the "Warrior Trickster" which enabled him to create many clones of himself and attack his opponent

By having such skill one can be considered a one man army if such skill has limitless copy produces

With that Shun's presence was once again made known throughout the whole Academy
