So yesterday I found a profile picture of a Manticore and two covers for my books showing what the dragons would look like in any form. This is what she would look like in this chapter, but able to change colors. 

When I woke up I was in a different room, and this one had Beautiful Fire on one wall behind my head, Waves hitting against rocks and shores on the wall on the left of me, Tornadoes on the wall in-front of me, and the floor was metal, no thanks to me, and the ceiling was scattered with stars that shone with light and a beam of light going right through the middle splitting it in half top and bottom. There was a metal in-lined bed and lamps, nightstands, and everything that I would need. There was even a bathroom that I could go in and take a bath or a shower in, of coarse I went directly to it and took a shower. When I got out of the shower I got dressed, and there was a knock on my door. I went over to it and answered it, but there was no one there except there was this yellow envelope on the floor of it. I looked into the hallway on either side of me and I saw nothing except for a camera and a short shimmer of what looked like heat, but I couldn't be sure. So I took the envelope inside, closed my door, and sat on my. I opened the enveloped and all that it said was I'm sorry, but you have to die. 

"S***" I said , and Threw the envelope on the ground and made a shield of a clear force field, and looked around waiting for something in my room to explode. After something didn't explode in about five minutes. I dropped the shield and looked at the envelope again, and when I looked at it on the floor a red light came on an it exploded. I didn't even get to have a reaction time before I was blasted out of the window on fire. In landed on the ground, and blacked out immediately even thought I didn't feel any pain. I woke up in a place that was all white and a little blue with it.

I guess that I'm in the inferiority I said at least I got to see how cool my room was before exploding. Wait why am I speaking in my mind? I noticed, and looked down. I was a dragon that I've never been before, and I thought that I looked awesome. I had a deep sea blue color and I looked like one of those dragons that have crystals on them, and then my color changed and became a deep red because I was angry at the person that tried to blow me up. Then there was a knock on the door and a doctor stepped in with something sharp in his hand, but when he saw me as a deep red colored dragon he opened up the door again and stepped out. Then I switched my vision to x-ray to see what and where he was going, and saw that he was running to the exit door to try and get out. 

Oh no you don't I said, and that air around me shimmered and I reappeared in-front of him growling. I didn't care that I teleported because I do it plenty, and I was mad at him, very mad actually. He tried to kill me and then thought that he could finish the job, he was so wrong. I stalked towards him, and he fell to the floor trying to get away and then started to crawl away from me. I pounced and pinned him to the floor facing me and laying on his back, but I wasn't done. I put one paw on him and positioned my claw just below his shoulder, and under the major artery. Since I still had X-ray vision I could see his bones, veins, arteries, and nerves, so I knew how to torture him slowly without killing him too fast. Then I waited for him to start talking, and then I pricked his shoulder making him wince after he was calm enough, but he wasn't talking. So I sent my claw all the way through the pot that I had put it on then put my other claw on his other shoulder in the same spot. I made sure to get as many nerves as I could without hitting any veins, or arteries. I didn't care about the bones because those would heal after a little while. Then I waited again, and he didn't talk still so I shoved my claw through, more screaming. Then I took out my first claw that I stabbed him with, and put it in the place that no man would ever touch another man with. I was a female, so I didn't care. Apparently he did because he did because he started to sputter. Then he started to talk clearly, and I moved my claw to the other left side of him, and I took out my second claw and put it on the other side of him. 

"I---I know who did it just please don't hurt me any more" he pleaded "please I'll tell you anything" I tried to get my vocal cords ready for talking, but they didn't seem to want to speak words yet. So instead I formed it on my chest so that he could see.

Who sent you to kill me, and who tried to blow me up? 

When he saw it he tried to say something, but it looked like he couldn't. So he grabbed a piece of paper and started to write something, wincing because he had to move his shoulders and arms. Then he turned around the piece of paper for me to see, and it said my boss is the president, and he said me to kill you because you are a danger to our country, and world. I recoiled at what he wrote, why would the president want to kill me and how did he think that I was a danger to the World.

Why couldn't you speak it, and only write it? then he started to write some more 

Because she bound me to her making me unable to speak anything that we were planning, who she is, and what we were doing. 

Okay, you'll live but remember this day and don't say anything to her about me still being alive because if you do I'll hunt you down right after I kill her got it he started nodding immediately after he finished reading it, and he knew that what I said was true, and he was definitely remember this day. Then I stepped off him, and I turned down an empty hallway and shifted into my human form. I then turned into an exit and right when I opened the door I saw the mysterious man. 

"Hey" I yelled to him and he turned around and started to walk back to me with an angry expression on his face. Then he started to run at me, and he shifted so that he could get to me faster. I saw that he was really mad then he landed on me, and stayed there not doing anything at all, and even his deadly tail was into a rest position.

What the hell happened I was worried about you he said in my head 

"If you didn't notice that my room got blown up because someone tried to kill me, and failed" I said "then they tipped off one of the doctors to finish the job, but he also failed"

I'm going to kill them he said stepping off me and looking around pointedly

"I already took care of them and got my answers that I wanted" I said "and there is no point in looking for them because it is the president that wanted to kill me. Also when did you become so protective towards me I only met you yesterday" but he was already looking at me in confusion like I didn't know something. 

What?! he yelled in my mind making me grip my head to try to get it to stop and you were gone for a week that's why I became overprotective 

"Well stop because I can handle myself" I said pointedly

I can see that he said

"What happened to my sister Ashley?" I asked curious because I haven't seen her in so long

Since you were taken and supposedly dead she took it very hard she didn't eat or sleep for three days he said making me sad then she got mad and shifted for her first time, almost killed the cook in rage, but she got over it and currently she has taken over your job of training the new recruits. Though I think that she is a little soft towards them, but that is going to be your problem once we get there. Especially since she had thought that you were dead for the whole week that you were gone. We did have a ceremony after the first day, but I guess that it was pointless now that I see you are alive and well. I came over here because I like to come down here for a walk every now, but you scared me and I almost attacked you because of it. 

"Well that is good to know, but she is going to be very emotion mixed when she see's me alive you know" I said "and I don't want you to call in because I don't want her to freak out and do something stupid, or worry about me again" 

It'was strange though because I saw a-lot of running this way, and that's why I came down this alley he said I also smelled something different, but it smelled like you still. So how can that be?

"Apparently I can change into many two types of the same creature so far, and I'm starting to think that I am a shapeshifter of a certain category" I said "well let's get back I need to know where the base is or a picture of somewhere in the base because I have a trick that I can use to get us there very quickly" he started to shift back, and when he was done he gave me a picture of a very pretty room with what looked like a big circular table. 

"That is the only picture that I have...for security reasons" he said "and if your wondering that is where we have our meetings. So I hope that there isn't one going on right now because if we arrived in the middle of a meeting that would be very strange. How are you going to get us there faster than running?"

"You'll see" I said as i put a hand on his wrist "but I don't know how this will effect you so hold your breath" and he nodded. Then I pictured the place and teleported I always imagined teleporting as a boring thing to see, but if you felt it you wouldn't have the words to describe it. We arrived in a flash, and the strange man immediately bent in half and started to breath irregularly. Then I looked up and I saw that there was about twenty faces staring back at me, and him.
