At Tails workshop we see Y/n, Sally, Tangle, Sonic, Optimus Prime and Bumblebee at the place as Tails workshop opens and comes out a large jet which amazed the group.

Tails pilots the jet out of the workshop while Wheeljack follows as he then turn to everyone and ask.

Wheeljack: What do you all think?

Tangle: (amazed) Awesome! What do you call it?

Wheeljack: We call it The Tornado X. Faster, stronger and is capable of traveling through the planets atmosphere. Yep, this thing is a beauty.

Y/n: I'll say! I want to pilot that thing.

Tails: (climbs out of the Tornado X) No way. I don't forget the last time you fly the Tornado.

Y/n: I told you I can pilot a jet, just that mountain came out of nowhere.

Tails: Sure it did. Well the Tornado X needs a lot of power so I've installed a Chaos Emerald so the Tornado X can have some power.

Bumblebee: Is it safe?

Tails: A normal Tornado would be dangerous but with the Tornado X. It's completely fine.

Wheeljack: May I suggest we take it out on a mission and really see how this bird flies. We did some runs and test which all of it came back all positive.

Sally: We do have a reports of a mining operation happening.

Optimus prime: I don't see why not. Tails, ready the Tornado while we gather our troops.

Tails: (smile) Right.

Sonic: (smile) Still nice work you two. You two work well together.

The group leaves to gather the troops while Tails ans Wheeljack are place by this. Tails gets on board while Wheeljack walks into the workshop .

Wheeljack: Feels good to finish a big project. I think I deserve an oil bath.

(Meanwhile)

We see a large hole in the middle of the forest and within the hole are badniks mining energon. The seekers are there to guard the mines along with Starscream as he looks around then noticed Thundercracker and Skywarp sitting back which he approaches them.

Starscream: What do you think you two are doing?

Skywarp: Relaxing? What do you think we are doing?

Thundercracker: Yeah. We have been here for days.

Starscream: I don't care! I don't give you two permission to relax!

Skywarp: Jeez screamer what's up with you all of a sudden?

Starscream: Megatron knows that the Autobots have return and yet he hasn't come up with a plan to deal with it. All he cares about is mining for energon and focuses on our resources on stupid things.

Skywarp: It's not like the Autobots haven't done anything yet. I'm sure Megatron has some plan to deal with them.

Starscream: Like what? Sitting at his throne and doing nothing? If I were leader, I would focus all of our resources on destroying the Autobots once and for all. And maybe get rid of Eggman.

Thundercracker: What do you have against Eggman? Sure he's annoying but at least he isn't useless.

Starscream: One scientist is one thing but two, I rather throw myself into the smelting pool then working with two people I hate the most.

Skywarp: Your just hate him because Eggman plans to control Megatron one day so he can rule the Decepticons.

Starscream: How do you know-

???: I have a message for Starscream.

Then Bokkun fly down the hole and flies towards Starscream. He pulls up a TV out of his bag and Shockwave appear on the screen.

Shockwave: (screen) Starscream, give me report on the mining operation?

Starscream: (sigh) Going smoothly Shockwave. Why should you care?

Shockwave: (screen) Lord Megatron has left me in charge while he along with his forces head off to find a Chaos Emerald.

Starscream: He left you in charge?! I'm his second in command! I should be in charge!

Shockwave: (screen) But you are busy.

Starscream: Shut up! Energon will arrive soon.

Shockwave: (screen) Good. And Starscream, try not to fail us.

The transmission cuts off which Starscream gets angry then turn to the badniks.

Starscream: Keep working you useless bolts of scrap!

Skywarp: Seems like Starscream sounds like Eggman.

Thundercracker: Agree.

Bokkun: Yeah but high pitch.

Skywarp and Thundercracker: Your high pitched as well.

Bokkun: No I don't!

Starscream: Anymore noise from anyone I swear I will-

Suddenly they hee fire as they then see Optimus prime, Bumblebee Prowl, Jazz, Ironhide, Hound and Brawn falling from the hole and soon land onto the ground.

They begin shooting at the badniks while the Decepticon seekers open fire at them only for Sonic the spin dash them then Valkyrie S came down and stabbed a Seekee in the chest and tosses him off the edge.

Starscream sees this and immediately barks orders to Thundercracker and Skywarp.

Starscream: Grap as many energon and let's get out of here!

They gather as much energon they can hold and once that they take off and escape through the hole which Optimus prime and the rest watch.

Optimus prime: Tails, Jetfire, Windblade. Starscream and two of his seekers are making their escape. You know what to do.

We cut to the three seekers exiting out of the hole and flying away.

Skywarp: Megatron will not be pleased.

Starscream: No he won't. As long we have a little bit of eneegon, we'll be fine.

Skywarp: Whatever you say.

Then Thundercracker heard something behind and turn around and spotted three jets coming towards them.

Thundercracker: Hey I think we have company.

Skywarp: Scrap.

Starscream: Decepticons, split up! Lose them as best you can!

The trio tranform to jet forms and split off. Jetfire, Tails ans Windblade also split off to go after them with Windblade chasing Thundercracker over the trees.

Windblade: Listen up Thundercracker you either surrender or else.

Thundercracker: How's about this!

He let's out a boom that madd Windblade to fly away but she gets control and flies over Thundercracker. She begins shooting at him which he avoided the shots.

He then transform to his bot form and catches Windblade by the wings then throws her into the forest. She crashes hard into the forest while Thundercracker lands in front of her and aim his wrist weapon at Windblade.

We then cut to Skywarp being chased by Tails as he fires rockets at Skywarp but he disappointed then appears behind Tails.

Skywarp: Nice plane but you have no match against me!

He then fires missiles at Tails which he smirked then pushes a button as his thrusters then tranform into arms which catches two of Skywarps missiles.

Skywarp: (shocked) What the?!

Then Tails throws them back at Skywarp which resulted to Skywarp going blown up and he falls from the sky and then crashes onto the ground.

He lay there injured while Tails flies off and then we cut to Jetfire having a dog fight against Starscream as he fires at Starscream while he avoids his shots.

Jetfire: It didn't have to come to this Starscream.

Starscream: You shouldn't have accepte my offer when you still have a chance!

Then Starscream tranform to his bot form and fires missiles from his chest which Jetfire dodges and transformed his bot form and open fires at Starscream.

Jetfire: We were once scientist! Not like this! Come back to me and together we can end this violence.

Starscream: And be punish by the Autobots on Cybertron?! Not a chance!

Starscream fire at Jetfire which he blocks with his arm then  he return fire and hits Starscream which cost him to drop his energon.

Jetfire: We were once friends Starscream. Can we ever return the life that we once have?

Starscream:......Never. All Decepticons, retreat!

Starscream then tranform and flies away while we cut to Thundercracker also getting the message as he looks down at the injured Windblade then he turns away.

Windblade: Your leaving? Aren't you gonna finish me off?

Thundercracker: I have my orders. Be a waste to kill you.

Windblade: I can tell your not like the rest of the cons.

Thundercracker: What makes you say that?

Windblade: Because I met some Decepticons who question their allegiance back on Cybertron. Even some join our side. Maybe you should as well?

Thundercracker: Why do you think I join the Autobots?

Windblade: Cause I know you. Or at least I know you were once were up until the war. Just hope maybe one day you can see that.

Thundercracker stays silent then transforms and flies away while Windblade laid there for a bit until Brawn and Hound found her and lifted her up.

Brawn: You good?

Windblade: Yeah I'm good.

Hound: Let's take you home.

(Later)

At the Ark we see Windblade laying on the medical bed while Ratchet fixes her. Y/n, Sonic, Tails and Optimus prime waits outside then Ratchet came out.

Ratchet: She'll recover. She needs sometime until she'll be ready to fly again.

Optimus prime: Thank you Ratchet.

Y/n: At least the mines belongs to us now.

Ratchet: Yes. Another energon mines would be good for us. But I bet the rest will be hard.

Sonic: (smile) Hard things means more fun.

Ratchet: Whatever you say.

Y/n: (smile) Still the Tornado X is going ti be useful in other future missions.

Tails: You said it.

Sonic: (smile) Come on, let's get some chilli dogs.

The trio walks off leaving Optimus prime and Ratchet as the two begin talking.

Ratchet: We haven't seen Megatron for sometime. Do you think he is planning something?

Optimus prime: Megatron will do anything in his power to eliminate all of us. By any means necessary.

(Meanwhile)

At a G.U.N base we see the base under attack by Megatron and his forces. Thrust, Dirge and Ramjet just finish off the jets while the rest of the Decepticon soldiers finish off the rest.

We then see Megatron and Eggman with Soundwave as Soundwave patched himself into the G.U.N server room and hack into their systems.

He search ans search until he found something.

Soundwave: Lord Megatron, I have retrieve something that may give us a chance to overpower the Autobots.

Megatron: Show us.

Then Soundwave shows the two a hologram of it which interested the two as they stare at it.

Eggman: So this is what they have been hiding for all these years.

Megatron: Yes. An ultimate power cable of destroying our enemies.

Soundwave: There are two ultimate weapons that have been kept in two different locations. Where should we go first?

Megatron: We need someone to know about this weapon and how to use it. I'll say......we go and find "Project: Shadow".
