At the G.U.N base we see Commander Towera watching the footage of an Hedgehog breaking into G.U.N base taking out the security soldiers all and stealing a chaos Emerald.

Then he switches the camera to the Autobots and Freedom fighters seem to be in the city during the attack and seen shooting. He watches the footages while Hank stood at the other side of the desk.

Tower: And you believe that the Hedgehog that attack the G.U.N facility was Sonic?

Hank: The footage doesn't lie and he was aided by more of them. Obviously the Mobians has turned on us. We must make sure our people shall be safe.

Tower: Are you suggesting that we should go to war against the Mobians in a time like this?

Hank: If necessary. We must not allow our city to fall.

Tower: And you'll be willing to protect us with your new mech?

Hank: That is correct. Nemesis Prime has proved itself by defeating a strong Cybertronian and capture Sonic. With Nemesis Prime, no one will not challenge G.U.N and we can survive. We can finally bring hope to this world again.

Tower stays silent for a moment and then ask Hank.

Tower: Where is Sonic right now?

Hank: At prison island. There is no way he cannot escape, no matter how fast he can go.

Tower: I see. Well I believe I have enough information for today. You may leave now.

Hank nodes and after he salute he turn and leaves the room. Once gone Towers looks back to the computer screen of the black amd red Hedgehog.

He stares at it for a moment and then he types something onto his computer and then he press enter.

(Meanwhile)

We see Y/n at his room laying on his bed and looking up at the ceiling. He still angry of his dad and what he did but he also feels guilty inside. His father captured Sonic and injured Optimus Prime.

He feels responsible for his father's actions and thinks people will think of him differently for what his father did. Then there was a knock at the door which he looks over and tells the someone at the other end.

Y/n: Leave me alone.

Cream: Mister Y/n? It's me. May I come in?

Y/n: (sigh) (Sat's up) Okay, you can come in.

Cream opens the door and steps in as she then ask him.

Cream: Are you okay?

Y/n: I'm mixed. Imperial mad, guilty, betrayed, heartbroken and.......failed. sonic is captured and Optimus prime was close to death all because of my father.

Cream: Don't blame yourself. We don't point fingers at you. You tried to help them. You did your best.

Y/n: I could have tried harder.

Cream: My mum told me that once you tried it and failed, it's okay to try it again until it works. As long you don't give up, you can succeed.

Y/n smiles a bit, can't help her Creams cute smiles as he pets her on the head and tells her.

Y/n: (smile) I swear Cream you are an angel when it comes to making me feel better.

Cream: (smile) Thanks. Oh, I also came here because someone is here and....I think you may know her.

Y/n: (gets up out bed) Alright then. Let's see who it might be.

(Later)

At the base Y/n and Cream entee the command centre and while walking in he ask.

Y/n: Cream told me someone came here. So who is-

Then he froze when he spotted Irina along with Topaz and Rogue. Irina turn and had a surprise ans stunned face when seeing him.

The two stare at each other and then she rush over ans huge Y/n which he hugs her back.

Irina: (smile) I am never going to leave you alone. Never in my life!

Y/n: (smile) Same. Good to see you Irina.

Cream came over to Bumblebee, Prowl, Tails, Ironhide and Jazz. Aftee they hug Topaz walks over and she also hugs him.

Topaz: (smile) Good to see you okay.

Y/n: Same. Hey Rogue, been a long time hasn't it?

Rogue: Agree. It has. Now he's here, let us discuss the reason why we are here.

Irina: Right. Well you made have seen and faced off against an Optimus prime look alike.

Bumblebee: Yeah. How can G.U.N possible made something like that.

Irina: With help from Dr Arkeville.

Y/n: (shocked) What?! G.U.N allow him to build Nemesis Prime?

Topaz: Actually G.U.N have no idea he was free. It was your father who secretly set him free.

Y/n: (angry) What?! I can't believe this.

Irina: It's true. I'm sorry.

Y/n: (calms down) What else did you girls found?

???: Don't forget about guy.

He looks over to see Chip on the computer as he turn and greets him.

Y/n: Whose he?

Irina: That's Chip. He's a hacker and helped us to gather us intel about the Nemesis Prime project.

Chip: Yep, that's me.

Irina: Back to the story. We did our investigation and found theie secret base and their Nemesis Prime project. However before we can do anything Hank's private G.U.N soldiers appear and open fire at us. We ran away and took Chip after they found him digging through to their servers and downloaded the data.

Sally: So we have the information of Nemesis Prime?

Chip: Some but enough.

Tails: That's good at least.

Ironhide: Let's not have our hopes up. We still need to know about this mysterious new Hedgehog name Shadow.

Then Nicole appear on the screen and informs them.

Nicole: I'm picking up a transmissioning from a unknown person.

Sally: Put it through.

She nodes and then the screen switches to Towers which shocks everyone.

Tails: Commander Towers!

Prowl: Quickly, end the call!

Towers: (screen) Wait. I didn't call youse for any harm. I'm contacting youse because I can help you.

Ironhide: Yeah right. Like we ever gonna believe that. One of you own commanders nearly killed Prime.

Towers: (screen) I'm sorry. I wish I've could've done something however the news spreads about his heroic acts that happen and other high ranking personal wanted to make him as a propaganda for their fight against the Cybertronians. However, I'm wise enough to see there are clearly two sides. One good and one evil.

Sally: We appreciate your support.

Towers: (screen) You all may not trust me but I can help you by telling you all about Shadow.

Y/n: What can you tell us?

Towers: (screen) Shadow the Hedgehog or Project: Shadow was an experiment by a scientist by then name of Dr Gerald Robotnik. 50 years ago, Shadow was created to be an ultimate life form. A living weapon, capable of withstanding anything. However a few commanders od G.U.N seem him as  a threat and so sent a task team of soldiers to raid the Ark and kill the scientist.

Jazz: The Ark?

Towers: (screen) The space colony Ark. A large space station that housed many experiments that were tested by Gerald. When the raid began, many scientists where killed and bith Gerald and Shadow were taking. Gerald was soon to be executed uo cover it up while Shadow was locked away forever....until now.

Sally: So your telling me Shadow is this great threat?

Towers: (screen) Shadow is your second problem. There's more to the Ark. The Ark has a weapon call the Eclipse cannon. Its capable of destroying an entire planet and the only way to activate it, they needed the Seven Chaos Emeralds to use it.

Y/n: So if the Decepticons get their hands on that cannon.

Jazz: They can use it to destroy all life on the planet.

Tails: We must find the rest od the Chaos Emeralds before they do.

Sally: I agree however I would beat they'll be looking for the Space Colony Ark first. If they do find all Seven Chaos Emeralds, all we need to do is to hold out the Ark so they will not use the cannon.

Towers: (screen) It will be hard however you all are the only hope. I'll do my best over here but in the meantime, youse will have to do to save our world.

???: We will not fail.

They all turn to see Optimus prime barley standing but walk in while Jazz and Bumblebee came over and caught him before he fell.

Optimus prime: Easy big man. Your still injured.

Optimus prime: Agree. But I cannot stand by as this planet is threatening by Megatron and his Decepticons.

Towers: (screen) You must be their leader then?

Optimus Prime: Yes. My name is Optimus Prime. Leader od the Autobots.

Towers: (screen) Then nice to meet you. From what I've heard, the Autobots have done nothing bug protecting innocent lives. Maybe once all of this has calm down, perhaps we shall work together.

Optimus prime: That will be great.

Towers: (screen) And Y/n.

Y/n: Sir?

Towers: (screen) Your father lost his own way when he lost your mother. Although i cannot blame of his lost, he is gone too far. But....at least his son is not gone off as he has.

Y/n: (salute) I will not fail sir.

Towers: (screen) I have faith with you and your mother would be proud. Good luck soldier and keep fighting the good fight. Commander Towers out.

He ends the call and once that Chip ask.

Chip: So, now what?

Optimus prime: Sonic is still in prison island. We may need to break him out.

Sally: Agree. We also need to gather the remaining Chaos Emeralds and find the Ark. I'll contact the Chaotixs and see if they can investigate on the where abouts of the Ark.

Tails: Right. Meanwhile me and Amy would go to prison island to break out sonic.

Prowl: I'll have Mirage and Windbladd to company the two of youse.

Y/n: Guess that leaves the Emeralds then.

Optimus prime: Autobots and Freedom fighters. I know this has been a difficult time, but together we shall push on and win. Let us proof this planet that the Autobots are here to protect this planet.

They all cheered while they raise their fist to the air with Irina and Y/n holding hands while they share a smile as they are reunion after so long.
