MEETING A DREAM // PT:3
*RATCHET* EDITION
~2ND POV~

Because you were a newbie, you simply wondered, WHAT THE HELL? You were a Neutral, and that wasn't the best part . . . Airachnid was your sister!

She would hang onto whatever idiot she got drunk with. You absolutely despised it, but you two would look out for each other ever since your parents had left you.

She was a slut, you were a nerd. Originally, you had gone to a private prep school to further your studies in medical engineering. Then, you decided it would be easier if you two went to the same school.

How wrong you were.

What were you thinking?

A highschool that was ravaged by some idiot with a cool name and his gang! So, his former-brotherly-friend with a cool name, took his slightly more responsible friends and retaliated.

Why did any of them think any of this was a good idea?

You simply didn't get it. Then again, you didn't get most people, so you stayed quiet. You weren't shy or anything, you were just quiet.

And you hated people. Especially ones that behaved like your sister. She had the mind of your parents! Eager to do something terrible, only to cut it so close the cops had a fair chance of getting involved.
You couldn't count the amount of times you saved your sister's butt from ending up behind bars.

Why did this happen to you? You wished it were easier, but it was a useless wish. Did you care? Because you were her royal majesty, Queen Sarcasm, your answer was, Nooo, I'm having a GRAND 'ole time.

Let's just sum it up with this: You were a noob student, and you were regretting your decisions as much as possible. Oh dear! This would be a long, long, year.

"I hate mornings." You said as Airachnid drove her car into the school's lot.

"You hate everything." Your older sister points out as you get out of the car.

"Not everything. But, I do hate Mondays. And Monday mornings." You let a sigh to follow your statement. To be truthful, and you were the most honest out of a lot of people, you hated quite a few things.

"Right, right." She said, swaying her hips as she walked through the doors. You shook your head, grunted, and followed her, unknowingly swaying your hips as well. Time for home room, and then your very first class at Iacon High.

At the end of the period before lunch, you were taking a walk back your locker. You had just visited the library, taking out some fascinating books on how to be a successful doctor. You overheard your sister picking on someone in a branched off hallway.

You peeked around the corner. It was a boy from her grade, and she was laughing at him with her friends and knocking his books out of his hands. Your free hand curled into a fist, while the one carrying the borrowed books simply gripped them tighter.

"Yo, sis! Give the boy a break! He probably means no trouble at all." You scold her. The boy looked surprised that you were standing up for him, as if it didn't happen often.

"But, doc! I'm having so much fun!" Airachnid cackled, hanging onto some dude at her side.

"And I haven't thrown you out yet! In conclusion, I need you to leave. Now." I growled, moving closer to the boy. Your sister let out an amused, but disappointed sigh, and signaled for her posse to leave.

"I-uh-thanks. I don't get that very often." He said. You gave an apologetic smile.

"Yeah, I noticed. What's your name?" You asked, helping pick up his books.

"Ratchet. You?" This 'Ratchet' asked. Your hands touched each other's as you reached for the book, and you pulled away, faintly blushing.

"My name is Y/N. Does she bother you too much? I can take care of her for you." You told him, handing the rest of his books to him.

"Yes, and . . . That would be . . . Nice, of you. Thank you." Ratchet smiled, thanking you.

"Wanna go to lunch with me?" You asked. He nodded in confirmation, and then you were off.
