By the next morning, Bumblebee had arrived at a nearby military cemetery situated nearby a river. It was quiet and peaceful, though that is expected to be a cemetery. (YN) now spotted Optimus standing nearby an angle monument as Bumblebee came to a stop. (YN) hops out of Bumblebee, and jogged towards Optimus.

(YN): "Optimus, what's going on? What happened?" He asked. "This isn't a regular meeting, is it?"

Optimus: "I'm sorry, (YN)." He sighed. "But the last fragment of the AllSpark was stolen."

(YN): "Decepticons." He sneered, clenching his fists. Optimus nodded his head.

Optimus: "We placed it under human protection at your government's request. But, I am here for your help, (YN)." He explained to (YN). "Because your leaders believe we have brought vengeance upon your planet. Perhaps they are right. That is why they must be reminded by another human of the trust we share." He looked at (YN).

(YN): "Optimus," He looked down. "I have looked up to you over the last two years. If anything, you're like a father figure I've always wanted. You know about my past, you know what happened to me... but I can't do this. I mean this isn't my war."

Optimus: "Not yet. But I fear it soon will be." He proclaimed dreadfully, looking at the horizon before looking back at (YN). "Your world must not share the same fate as Cybertron. Whole generations lost."

(YN) stepped up and Optimus knelt down, lowering his hand so (YN) can climb in it. Optimus lifted him up and they look at each other.

(YN): "Optimus, I really want to help you and the others. Really, I do. I want to help. But I can't just throw away my life. Mikaela, my aunt and uncle, they all need me." He expressed. "And I believe me when I say this, I wish I could help you. But I can't. I'm just me."

Optimus: "You are FAR MORE than what you believe yourself to be, my young friend." He said wisely. "(YN), Fate rarely calls upon us at a moment of our choosing." (YN) just looked down.

(YN): "I just can't. I'm sorry." He sighed, apologizing. "I mean, you're Optimus Prime. Do you and the Autobots really need me?" Optimus sets him back down on the ground, and he walked back to Bumblebee.

Optimus: "We do, MORE than you know." He muttered, sighing.

(YN) stopped when he heard Optimus say that. But he shook his head as he got in Bumblebee, and Bumblebee drove him back to college.

Bumblebee: "<That's one way to say no.>" He whirred.

(YN): "Bee, just don't do that! I'm not a guy with superpowers that I can turn on when the time is needed." He sighed. "Optimus and the others can handle themselves without me."

Bumblebee: "<You can keep telling yourself that as many times as you want, (YN). We both know you don't truly believe that.>" He said to (YN). (YN) just looked out the window and exhaled, he drove him back to collage.

Meanwhile, a large freight ship sails along the northern Atlantic Ocean. It carries carries a few construction vehicles as well as some metal crates carrying it to its destination. Unbeknownst to the humans in the ship they're carrying along a few unexpected guests as the construction vehicles appear to bear Decepticons.

Without any detection, a large chunk of metal crashes on the ships loading deck where a cement truck, a dump truck, a crane, and a badly damaged bulldozer. The metal chunk transforms into Ravage who presents the stolen AllSpark shard in a metal container on his back to the construction vehicles. They all hum as they begin to transform into their robot modes, revealing themselves to be part of a Decepticons squadron known as the Constructicons.

Mixmaster, the Mack Cement Mixer. Rampage, the Caterpillar D10N Bulldozer. Long Haul, the Caterpillar 773B Dump Truck. And Scrapmetal, the Volvo EC 700C Crawler Excavator, all quickly transformed as they decent the Laurentian Abyss below them. With no time to lose, they all jump in the blue waters below.

Down in the U.S.S. Los Angeles-class submarine, named Topeka, the sailors below detect the presence of a few artificial life signals through their sonar.

Sonar Technician: "Conn, Sonar. We've gained a new contact, bearing 214, and possibly hostile, confirmed heading for Project Deep Six Drop Point." He called out.

Captain Martin: "What do you got?" He inquired.

Sonar Technician: "SU pulled five contacts." He answered, showing the Captain the sonar where four large life signature and one little one are heading toward the waters below. "Five thousand feet, diving fast."

At Diego Garcia, Breakaway and Evac were chatting with Springer. Springer is a big, dark green Autobot that stood about 40ft tall with two three-bladed propellers on each forearm, his legs were digitigrade. He has a few missiles on his back, and has the cockpit for his chestplate.

But then suddenly, the alarm blared out. They rushed to the main hanger and aproached Major Reynolds on the walkway.

Breakaway: "What's going on." He inquired to Reynolds.

Reynolds: "The Topeka has detected five contacts diving at 5,000 feet in the Abyss." He reported to the flyers.

Springer: "It might be the Decepticons." He theorized.

Evac: "Something's not right." He claimed.

Reynolds: "Why would they go to the Abyss for?" He quizzed. Then, Springer's eyes widened in realization.

Springer: "They're going to revive Megatron by using the AllSpark shard they've stolen." He deduced.

Breakaway: "Evac! Springer! Your with me!" He ordered the two. "We need to head to the Abyss ASAP! We cannot let the Decepticons revive Megatron!"

Evac/Springer: "Right!/ Let's go!" They nodded.

With that, they ran out of the main hanger and transformed into their vehicle modes and head to the Laurentian Abyss as fast as possible. Breakaway in his Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II mode, Evac in his Eurocopter MH-65 Dolphin mode, and Springer in his Bell Boeing HV-22 Osprey mode.

Captain Martin: "Never seen anything dive that deep that fast." He remarked. "Man battle stations!" He ordered.

All the sailors inside the submarine all take their positions as the Topeka dives down to the Laurentian Abyss.

Meanwhile, Breakaway, Evac, and Springer fly through the Southern Atlantic Ocean as fast as they can when Springer picked up radio chatter.

Springer: "Hey, I just heard that the Topeka is diving down to the Abyss!" He informed. "The Decepticons might hit the bottom right now!"

Breakaway: "Then we need to pick up the pace!" He declared. He, Evac, and Springer activated their boosters and they went even faster.

The Constructicons continue to dive below to the deepest parts of planet Earth. They turn on their searchlights as they walk around the ground looking for something.

Their search however proves to be a success as the Constructicons have found a large shiny rock they shine their lights at it where a few octopuses on the rock get startles and swim away. They get closer to show its not ordinary rock, for on the sea floor, with algae and barnacles festering around it and starfish crawling around it was the face of none other than their dead leader, Lord Megatron.

Meanwhile at the Pentagon, General Morshower rushed to the NEST Command and sees the military on high alert.

Air Force Chief of Staff: "The nets protecting NBE One are screaming, sir." He reported to Morshower.

Morshower: "That is 9,300 fathoms down and there are no confirmed DSRVs on site?" He quizzed.

Air Force Chief of Staff: "None, sir." He answered.

Morshower: "Then people we got a problem!" He called out.

Ravage also lands beside Megatron's body as he releases yet another minibot from inside himself, a tiny doctor type robot named Scalpel. He crawls towards Megatrons chest with his blade like limbs as he examines the damage of his fallen leader.

Scalpel: "Need parts!" He looked around himself before taking a good look at the scrappy looking Scrapmetal. "Kill ze little one!"

Mixmaster: "Hehehe. With pleasure!" He chortled darkly.

Before trying to reason, both Long Haul and Mixmaster grab ahold of Scrapmetal is he yelled out and start beating the poor Constructicon to death while he screamed and wailed.

Long Haul: "Sorry." He gabbed Scrapmetal's head. "It's nothing personal." He ripped Scrapmetal's head and crushed it before tossing it away.

Afterwards, the two larger Constructicons tear apart his limbs and toss them to Rampage who begins to fill out the damaged areas of Megatron with the 'newly acquired spare parts'. As the rest of the Constructicons finish their jobs, Scalpel takes the AllSpark shard from Ravage and aimed at Megatron's chest.

Scalpel: "Ze shard will make Energon!" He shouted, and furiously jams the AllSpark shard into Megatron's chest, causing the body to jitter as a bright blue light shines from within.

The rusted and busted body starts to shake as Megatron's eyes flicker back on with evil red lights. All the Constructicons swim away as Megatron slowly wakes up and stands up. He now stood 40ft tall, a broad chest with the metal forming like a rib cage and an armor chestplate, his right shoulder now larger than his left and with two large protruding spikes, his claws now longer with smaller two-prong claws on the ends of them. His head now having a triple prong crown-like shape to them, and his lower legs and feet have tank treads built into them.

Megatron growled a menacing growl as he shot up towards the surface, swimming along with the Constructicons.

Back in the U.S.S. Topeka, the submarine goes down to investigate the abnormal activity as they detect another life signature. This time it's more massive than the other life signatures they detected before.

Sonar Technician: "Conn, Sonar. Now hold six contacts, and they're coming up fast!" He called.

Captain Martin: "Sound collision alarm!" He commanded.

The collision alarm blared out and the sailors scrambled. The submarine tried to turn left, but the contacts are closing in fast.

Captain Martin: "Brace for impact!" He shouted, and everyone did as they instructed.

Megatron continues to swim back up, seeing the light grow brigghter and brighter with every racing second. He sees the incoming descending submarine and aims toward it. He inches closer before slamming into the Topeka, causing an explosion, killing most of the the crew and leave behind a very small number of critically injured soldiers.

By the time Breakaway, Evac, and Springer arrived and transformed into their robot modes, Megatron burst from the ocean and into the sky along with the Constructicons. At this point, the Constructicons fly away from Megatron to go their separate paths for the moment as they fly toward dry land.

Megatron: "Did you think you've seen the last of Megatron, foolish earthlings!" He addressed loudly

Megatron then sees the three Autobots, who had witnessed his return. But he doesn't want to waste his time with them, and flys off, transforming into his new vehicle mode, a Cybertronian battle tank with wings and into the atmosphere.

Evac: "Megatron... he's back!" He breathed out.

Breakaway: "Dammit!" He cursed. "We're too late."

Springer: "How? How did this happen?" He questioned in frustration. "How did they know about this?"

Breakaway: "We'll worry about that later. Right now, we need to get the humans out of the submarine and into safety." He stated. "Evac. Springer. You get the humans to the Eastern Coast of the US." He ordered.

Evac: "What about you?" He inquired to Breakaway.

Breakaway: "I'm going after Megatron to see what he's up to." He answered.

Evac: "Alright." He nodded. "Be careful." And with that, he and Springer rescued the humans from the wrecked submarine while Breakaway transformed into his vehicle mode and blasted off to follow Megatron.

Megatron continues to fly into space before reaching the planet Saturn and looks at one of the planet's many moons. He suddenly sees the moon hes looking for and flies in. As for within the dark and cold and desolate moon is a rusting and huge remains of the Decepticon warship.

Megatron soon started to approach the remains of the old warship, approaching what could be a chamber with several blue goo-like eggs surround the room. Megatron flew in at speed, then transformed into his robot mode with metallic gear shifting, landing on the ground with a loud thud, a small cloud of dust rolling away as a result of this.

Megatron: "Starscream! I'm home." He rasped, clenching his right claw, his red eyes looking out at him. At that moment, Starscream now walked up to him.

Starscream: "Lord Megatron!" He gasped, walking up to his master, now with Cybertronian symbols all over his body. "I was... so relieved to hear of your..." He kneeled on one knee. "resurrection."

Megatron: "You left me" He put one of his claws under Starscream's chin, making him look at his red eyes. "to DIE on that pathetic, insect planet!" He snarled angrily, threatening to slice up Starscream's chin.

Starscream: "O-Only, to help spawn a... new army." He countered, stepping back while still kneeling. "The Fallen decrees it!" Megatron narrowed his eyes at him. "After all in your... absence, someone had to take command." He finished up.

Megatron growled, kicking Starscream up, then he grabbed him by the throat, and forced Starscream up against a wall of blue Energon eggs, containing hatchlings.

Megatron: "So disappointing." He growled.

Starscream: "Hatchlings!" He choked, exclaiming. "Hatchlings! Careful, fragile!" But the building pressure from Megatron's push causes one of the eggs to prematurely hatch, releasing a slimy half-done hatching. It slithered to the floor before it started to whine.

Megatron: "Even in death, there is no command but MINE!" He snarled at Starscream, then dropped him and walked off as Starscream tends the fallen hatchling.

Megatron enters a room where it's almost dark and dimly inside. He sees an ancient Cybertronian with red eyes and fishbone like neck, with wires connected to him, like he's on some sort of life support. It was The Fallen. He coughed as he looked at Megatron with fading red eyes.

The Fallen: "So..." He spoke, breathing slowly like he was weak. "My apprentice has woken."

Megatron: "My master." He knelt on one knee. "I have failed you on Earth. The AllSpark is destroyed. And without it, our race will perish." He addressed, turning to The Fallen, beginning to walk around the throne.

The Fallen: "Oh, you have much to learn my disciple." He began as Megatron walked around the throne. "The Cube was merely a vessel. It's power. It's knowledge. It can never be destroyed. It can only transform."

Megatron: "How is that possible?" He quizzed in confusion, raising a metal eyebrow at The Fallen.

The Fallen: "It has been absorbed by the human child. The one who vanquished you." He clarified to Megatron. "The key to saving our race now lies within his mind."

Megatron: "Well then, let me avenge myself, my master. Let me STRIP the very flesh from his body." He demanded, clenching his right claw in delight.

The Fallen: "And you will, my apprentice, in time."  He replied to Megatron quietly. He looks away and stared deeper into the cold void of space. "For millennia, I have dreamed of my returned to that wretched planet where I, too, was once betrayed by the Primes I called my brothers. Only a Prime can defeat me, and now, only one remains." He added on with a sigh, lying in his throne.

Megatron: "Optimus." He realized, turning to his master. "He protects the boy."

The Fallen: "Then, the boy will lead us to him. And revenge will be ours." He declared.

Megatron: "Yes." He agreed with a growl. Then Starscream came in, holding the premature hatching, now dead and dangling from his grip.

Starscream: "The boy will not escape us. We have him in our sights. Without more Energon," He dropped the dead hatchling to the ground. "the hatchings will keep dying."

Unbeknownst to the three Decepticons, Breakaway had heard everything from his hiding spot. Breakaway had been following Megatron without being detected.

Breakaway: "Gotta head back to Earth and warn everyone." He muttered quietly. He made his way out of the wrecked ship, transformed into his vehicle mode, and returned to Earth, warning the Autobots about the upcoming.
