Heatwave P.O.V

We were instructed by the Burns to remain in the car park and to wait there for them to come out and explain the situation with Cody, but they are uncertain how long they will be. So right now we are sitting here in vehicle mode waiting to discover if Cody is OK.

" Do you believe Cody is OK?" Blades asks

" Don't know but he better be " I say

" yes Cody better be OK he is the one that we are staying here for " Chase says

" yes but what if he doesn't make it " Boulder asks

" if Cody doesn't make it we stay do our jobs with the Burns and help them through it " I say

" and if Cody makes it we still help them through it including Cody he is going to have difficulty being around fire for a long time as we don't know what happened in there to him " Chase say

" True we don't know what happened in there to Cody but what I do understand is that the lava and fire had surrounded him " I say and with that we went quiet thinking to our self's on the what if's.

Chief Burns P.O.V

I started to wake up and looked at the time we have been here all night, I look to my sides to see my three older kids starting to wake up.

" morning " I mumble softly

" morning dad " they all acknowledged at the same time.

" how about you three go get us some food and coffee, I'll wait here for Cody's Doctor " I announce

I wished for them to go eat and not be here waiting plus I believe that the bots need to get out of the car park for a walk around.

" also before bringing food back, give the bots a walk " I tell them quickly before they are out of ear shot

" OK dad tell us as soon as anything changes " Kade says as they all walk out.

one hour later

I was still waiting when the Doctor came in when I heard,

" Chief Burns " she called

" yes is Cody OK " I answered

" Young Cody is asleep right now, but we'll have to wait until he wakes up to be able to tell the full record of injures as I don't want to worry you to much at the current time, we are also only at suspicions on Cody's full list of injuries. " the Doctor says

I follow her to Cody's room to see him asleep and with a bandages on his head, plus a cast on his left hand, i couldn't tell if there was additional injures or not as he had a blanket over him

" think you Doctor " I confess as she left.

once she was gone I contacted Dani.

' hello '

' hey Dani, I was just allowed into Cody's room he is still asleep and they don't know when he'll wake up, if you got some food and me a coffee you can come back, also tell you brothers and the bots. We are in the back left corner on level two so the bots can see in too '

' on our way '

with that we finished the call and I waited with Cody

" Please wake up soon my baby boy I can't loss you too" I whisper while softly rubbing his head.
