A/N: This took forever and I'm so sorry!! I have had major writers block and school work, but I am feeling less writers block due to a suggestion  of more Cody kidnapping.

Cody's P.O.V.

Cody looked to his screen with a worried gaze. The blaze had spread farther than anticipated and his family was struggling to keep it under control. He had tried to help through the com but it only led to his family to become more stressed.

"RAWWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!" 

The sound broke through the sound of the forest ablaze and shook the earth. The mechanical dragon's roar shook the scorched ground and left the family struggling to stay standing.

Cody's expression of worry transformed into anger. The mechanical dragon was supposed to be in the Mayor's circus. The dragon then got pie on it's circuits and started to rampage... It was probably the Mayors fault. Now this dragon has ran through the forest spitting fire from it's jaws.

Cody listened to his stressed siblings while using satellite feed to locate the large dragon. And it is on Mount Griffin... Of course. Cody pulled on his jacket and raced out the door. If his family was busy with the fire then he needed to shut the dragon down.

When he got halfway to Mount. Griffin, Cody face palmed. He left his com link at home. Without communication with his family, Cody would be going to face the dragon alone. 

"They're busy with the fire," Cody told himself, "I need to help them in some way."

Cody climbed and climbed. The higher Cody got, the more he could see the dragon. It was a large green and gray robot that was modeled as a dragon. It had a long neck and it sprayed fire from atop the mountain. The dragon also sparked a few times from the pie covered circuits.

Cody silently approached the metal beast from the back. Cody grabbed a large rock and aimed for the head. His plan was to hit the dragon's head and hopefully knock the circuits out of place. Stopping the rampaging dragon... That didn't work. Instead, the hit just annoyed the dragon.

"AHHH!!" Screamed Cody as the dragon rushed towards him.

He grabbed his hover board and flew out of the dragon's path. It swiveled around and ran after Cody again... But it couldn't reach him. Cody was hovering higher than the dragon's position on the mountain top.

Cody sighed with relief as he turned around and tried to go home... But the dragon stood up on it's hind legs and swatted the boy. Cody plummeted rapidly and screamed with terror... Until he hit the ground with a loud thud. Cody groaned in pain as he laid on his back. He saw the dragon looking down on him from it's tall figure... And his vision went black.

Chief Burns P.O.V.

"All right team. The fire seems to be under control." The Chief stated as he heard his kids and the bots sigh in relief. They all headed back to the firehouse.

"That. Took. Forever! I think my rotors are going to fall off." Blades groaned as he landed and transformed back into bot mode.

Dani jumped out of his cockpit, "You're rotors aren't going to fall off Blades, it has only been 4 hours of fire fighting. Be glad that this won't last for days."

The family went inside the firehouse. They were looking forward to being able to relax.

The Chief looked to his left at his 2 sons.

"You should really apologize, you hurt Cody's feelings." Graham suggested to Kade who looked unammused.

"Well he was the one who was giving horrible suggestions." Kade stated but noticed his Dad's disappointing glare, "But... I'll go appologize."

The family followed close behind the oldest brother as he looked around for the youngest brother. He decided to go to the command center to find Cody.

The command center was empty... Cody's coat was gone... Cody's com link was on the desk... One monitor was on...

The monitor that displayed the satellite video of the large mechanical dragon standing over a limp Cody...

"CODY!"

On Mount Griffin...

The Burns family rushed up the mountain. 

"We need to be careful. If the dragon sees us as a threat, Cody might be injured by it." Explained Boulder as the team slowly looked at the dragon's back. 

Cody was not visible from their vantage point. The team needed to distract the dragon, shut it down, and save Cody.

Blades transformed into his copter mode and started flying near the mountain edge. The dragon swiveled it's mechanical head towards Blades and shot fire from it's mouth. Blades yelped and started avoiding the blasts. Suddenly, Heatwave and Chase jumped on the dragon and started forcing it to the ground. 

Boulder rushed to the downed dragon. He destroyed the pie covered paneling and pulled out the exact wires to shut it down. With the dragon shutting down, Blades landed and let Dani out. She rushed over to the limp Cody.

Dani grabbed Cody's hover board and started to wake Cody up, "Cody, are you ok?! Please wake up..."

Cody groaned in pain and wrenched his eyes open, "Hey... Dani..."

"You scared me!! Don't do that again! No matter what rude thing Kade says."

"I won't... I hope..."

"You better not." Dani said sternly as she helped him sit up, "Blades! I need to get Cody checked out at the hospital, let's go!"

"We will clean up here." Graham assured.

Heatwave crossed his arms, "And then decide whether to attach a com link to his wrist." 

Cody was helped over to Blades and got into his cockpit. And they headed to the doctor's office while seeing the smoldering landscape left by the dragons fire.
