Ok so maybe asking a giant alien robot to play a game where there are multiple ways to win when he can process every possible move I can make before I make them wasn't my best idea. Maybe we should have played chess or a nice game of apples to apples. oh well to late for that now . After I jumped one of his pieces he started getting the hang of checkers before I knew what had happened he started jumping my pieces and soon we were both down to our last four . It was truly the most epic game of checkers I have ever played. Of course I don't know if it had anything to do with the fact I was playing against a alien robot or if it was because I actually had a challenge. It was pretty awesome either way. It was his move  and I waiting for him to make his move when the door opened to reveal another bot, but this one was purple and wore a red mask I believe they called them Vehicons. The Vehicon had a flash drive in one hand and a data-pad small enough for me to hold in the other. He walked in and handed the flash-drive to Orion and held out the data-pad for me. I took the data pad and nodded my thanks while Orion voiced his. The Vehicon cocked his head to the side and shrugged his shoulders then turned and left. It was strange he acted as if no one ever told him thank you before, hmmm thoughts for another time I suppose. I looked at Orion and he had a similarly perplexed look on his face then I looked at the data pad in my hand that still had the game of checkers on it waiting for Orion to take his turn and then over at the flash drive in Orions hand. I paused the game and Orion looked at me and I looked at him and shrugged . :: I guess we better get started ::

" I believe that would be wise course of action" he replied as he walks over to the terminal.

 He set me down on the terminal and I sat down turning on the datapad that the Vehicon had given me. The screen flickered on and filled with information on Jasper Nevada. The information started with a brochure that read " Jasper Nevada the entertainment capitol of the world" something tells me this brochure lies. I read through information in the brochure and thurned the page. I went through traffic laws and the places where all the kids went to hang out all of it seemed pretty useless, but my luck I would end up needing this information in the long run. I read through more and more of useless information then finally I came to a picture of a boy with Raven hair and stormy grey blue eyes he looked about sixteen and underneath his picture read Jackson Darby and it said he worked at Ko Burger a fast food restaurant . I scrolled down the page and the picture of a blue bot with pink highlights appeared it was obviously a girl bot and below her picture read Arcee. there was little to no information on either of them so I turned the page and a picture of a pink and black haired Asian girl who looked about fourteen or fifteen with brown eyes appeared and below her picture read Miko Nakadai. there wasn.'t any information on this one other than she liked heavy metal how that was useful I don't know. I scrolled down the page and the picture of a big army green bot came on screen and below his picture read Bulkhead it said he was an ex wrecker whatever that was. I really need to learn what they call stuff so far all I know is that they call their eyes or optics as they call them and that's about it. I turned the next page and a young boy about twelve by the looks of him with brown hair, brown eyes, and red glasses appeared and below his name read Rafael Equivel it said the boy was an accomplished hacker though he didn't look it. I scrolled down the screen and a yellow and black bot appeared he had car doors on his back for some strange reason and he had the biggest optics they were so cute I know this is a bad guy but just look at his face he's adorable  that's got to be his signature move or something kill them with the adorable glare. I looked below his picture and it read Bumblebee oh my goodness even his name is cute how can anything that cute be menacing? I turned the next page and the picture of a white and orangish-red bot appeared and below his picture read Ratchet. So this is the doctor of doom himself huh not very menacing none of them are actually well maybe Arcee is but none of them look like they could ever do any of the horrible things that Lord Megatron says they did, but looks can be deceiving I suppose. I was drawn out of my thoughts by a beeping sound and someone coming into the room I looked up from the data pad and saw that it was Lord Megatron.

"Orion how fairs project Iocon?" asked Lord Megatron

" I am a bit rusty I fear I've only managed to decode three entries." replied Orion

" And what do these entries comprise?" asked Lord Megatron

" They were logged by Autobot Archivists during the war, after I entered stasis. My only knowledge of their contents so far is that they are coordinates targeting locations on this very planet" Orion turned and faced Megatron gesturing to a red holo display of earth pinpointing the location of said targeted locations " I surmise that they could indicate hiding places for vessels shuttled from Cybertron for safe keeping."

"Such as historical documents or cultural artifacts?" inquired Megatron as he walked to get a closer look at the red holo image.

" My greatest fear would be weapons of mass destruction hidden away for later use" replied Orion as Megatron turned to face him.

" All the more reason that it is essential that we do everything in our power to keep said vessels from Autobot reach" he put his hands on Orion's shoulders " we are fortunate to have you on our side Orion Pax"  he took his hands off of Orion's shoulders and began to walk towards the door.

" Lord Megatron" he stopped as Orion called his name " I am puzzled by one particular finding. I have discovered several historic references to Starscream  as your second in command" Orion pressed a     key on the terminal and the picture of another bot appeared " but I have not seen him aboard the ship" stated Orion as Lord Megatron turned back to face him

" Sadly commander Starscream is dead" replied Megatron he turned and left and Orion turned back to the terminal  but before he closed off the picture of Starscream I got a quick glance at him. he had  wings on his back and oh my goodness he wears high heels! I just can't do it this is the most entertaining thing I've ever seen in my life an alien robot who wears high heels! I must have had a weird look on face because Orion looked at me like there was something wrong with me.

"Annabeth are you alright?" he asked

:: Never been better Orion XD:: he raised an eyebrow at me

" Why are you smiling like that?" he asked

:: because::

" Because what?" he asked

:: because Starscream wore high heels XD I just can't take it XDDD ::

' High heels?" he inquired

:: they're shoes you know the things you wear on your feet:: he gave me a strange look and I pointed to my feet and he gave me the cutest  'OH' expression ever of all time.

" I see you were referring to his peds" he stated

:: peds? is that your word for feet or something?::

" yes" he replied

::OK so what do you call your hands?:: I held up my hands so he would know what I was talking about.

" we call them servos"  he replied

:: servos alright then what about your head?:: I pointed to my head.

" we call them helms" he replied .

:: OK so what about ears:: I pointed to my ears

"audio receptors" he replied.

we went back and forth and soon I learned what their basic vocabulary was I knew what they called their basic appendages  and a few basic terms I should know and I answered his questions the best I could. The most important one he told me about was the Spark the very essence of their being, their soul. it was like a human heart but a whole lot more. Orion soon returned to the terminal after  I had finished with my questions and he with his. It was starting to get late but I wasn't quite ready to go to sleep yet so I decided I was going to go for a walk.

:: hey Orion do you think it would be alright if I went for a walk?::

" As long as you use caution and refrain from getting under foot " he replied.

:: Thanks :: he held out his servo and I jumped on and he lowered me down to the floor and I jumped off and started walking towards the door. :: be back soon::

" be cautious" he replied .

:: Always:: I  replied  as I walked out the door and into the corridor

I  walked down the hall a good ways just looking around it still amazed me how big these guys were, but they really need some help with interior design this place is entirely too dreary for my taste maybe a little more color  would be make a difference. I was brought out of my thoughts by  the sound of metal hitting metal I ran toward the sound and came to where one corridor connected to another. I cautiously looked around the corner and saw what had been making the noise. It was Arcee!!! There were three Vehicons on the ground and a she was standing on ones chest-plates  yelling.

" Where is Optimus?!" she drew back her fist  a blade on her arm" Answer me!!!" she yelled as more Vehicons rounded the corner and started shooting. She used the Vehicon she was standing on as a shield then she dodge rolled to the side unsheathed two blades in her arms jumps and uppercuts and right hooks another Vehicon in face then she dodges another Vehicon backflips grabs the Vehicon by the neck with her legs and flips him sending him flying she then transforms her servos into guns and begins running and shooting at the only Vehicon still standing. The Vehicon  starts sparking and begins to sway back and forth as Arcee jumps and transforms into a motorcycle in mid air jumping over the Vehicon that was still standing and landing on the head of the Vehicon she had flipped moments before. She takes off down the hall at top speed I followed behind her as quickly as I could as she took down another Vehicon I slipped by the other two as they tried to hit her  as she raced down the corridor.

( Orion's POV)

I heard a commotion from outside my workstation it sounded like weapons discharging ,  Annabeth had still not returned from her walk. No one would fire upon the human child? would they? fear clenched my spark for a brief moment. No, no one aboard the nemesis would  fire upon the youngling this I was sure of. ,but that raised the question what were they firing upon? I walked toward the door  to see if I could  discover whom was causing the disturbance. Upon looking out the door I saw  two Vehicons running down the corridor toward the sound of blaster fire. One of them stopped and looked at  me saying

" Orion, please return to your station Lord Megatron's orders" I did not wish to disobey Lord Megatron, but my curiosity regarding the matter was to great for me to dismiss. I made my way to where the disturbance seemed to originate from. I rounded the corner and saw that Soundwave was there perhaps he could shed some light on what had transpired here.

" I heard a commotion" I stated as Soundwave looked over his shoulder and walked away. why had he not responded to my question. What has transpired here that I am not permitted to know? Has something happened to my young charge?!

(AB Pov)

  I rounded the corner  just in time to see Soundwave round the corner at he end of the hall way and Arcee accelerate towards him. She jumped into the air about to run him over when a green vortex opened up right in front of him. Arcee went straight through it but she didn't come out on the other side and the green vortex disappeared just a quickly as it had appeared as I saw Orion round the corner.

" I heard a commotion"  stated Orion. Soundwave looked over his shoulder and walked away. Rude he didn't even respond to his question. Soundwave walked past me and spared me a glance and he continued on his way. I don't know what it is but something about Soundwave doesn't bode well with me. I look after him as he makes his way down the corridor until he is out of sight and then walked toward where Orion was standing.

:: Hey Orion hows the weather up there?:: he looked down at me a relieved look on his face plates.

" fine thank you Annabeth. do you know what transpired here?" he asked

:: An  Autobot  found her way aboard the Nemesis :: I replied

" I see" he nodded  "I believe it would we best if we return to my station." he replied offering his hand. I hopped on and we made our way back to his room. He set me back on the terminal and I began looking back over the information that had been given to me as Orion continued to try and decode the database. A few hours passed I had read through all the information and made sure I had all the things I would require for tomorrow. I stood up to stretched my legs when the door opened I turned to see who it was. it was a silver, grey and red bot with wings and ........highheels? ........... it took a second but it finally clicked. it was Starscream!! Lord Megatron's supposedly deceased second in command. He was carrying four energon cubes in his servos as he entered the room and upon seeing Orion he looked at him in shock saying

" NO!! Optimus Prime!!!" he dropped the cubes and aimed the missiles on his arms at Orion.

( Authors note:: and done I apologize for the wait we recently had a death in the family so I haven't had much time to sit down and write and my stupid phone wouldn't quit deleting it >:< .
