Nova has been flying for sometime, luckily she was able to shield her signal so that the Decepticons won't detect her energon signature. She's been searching for her team for awhile  until she saw an explosion from a distance. It caught her attention as she divert her direction towards it. When she flew closer, she saw Bulkhead, Miko and Wheeljack being chased by a beast in a shape of a dragon while trying to get on the ship.  

"They have a Dragon?! To think the Decpeticon would go that far." Nova said with a shock as she follow after them before her hair glowed and her eyes tapping into her modes as though they are codes. As she was engulfed into the sphere of light, feeling her body expanded into size and her skin replaced with metallic armor. The sphere of light quickly went speed ahead.

In the ship, the wreckers were relief when they saw Arcee and JAck safe. "Thanks for the save." Wheeljack said to her.

"Thank the commander." Arcee replied while indicating to the figure in the pilots seat. 

The mech in the pilots seat nods his head to us and says,"Soldiers."

"You?" Wheeljack said with a shocked and slightly angry look on his face.

"Ultra Magnus? It's an honor." Bulkhead said respectfully to the mech.

"It's an honor...sir."  Ultra Magnus replied stiffly. 

"I guess blowing that mine made us pretty easy to spot?" Wheeljack asks.

"Ultra Magnus already had a track on your signals and ours. Care to tell us what exactly's nipping at our tailpipes?" Arcee said walking over the monitor.

"We think it's a robot dragon." Miko said

"Or a Cybertronian reptile." Jack added

Suddenly Ultra Magnus stated,"Brace yourselves." when they are hit with a blast from the dragon.

Ultra Magnus did some evasive maneuvering until eventually the beast is in front of them. He then starts shooting at it, and manages to hit it once. He followed it for a while but then it disappears until it shows up right in front of them. It then fires another blast at them.

Magnus think quickly and dodges to the right. Unfortunately, it grazes the left thruster. They felt the ship shake, like there's something top side.

"It's right on top of us." Jack stated

Then, they saw the dragon at the window up front, much to their shock. As it was about to break the front window when a blue lightning blast shot at the dragon. Wheeljack said surprised, "Woah who shot that?"

Jack eye's widened and said, "I know that lightning."

A mysterious femme appeared in front of the ship when they recognize the wings. "Nova!!!" Bulkhead and Miko said unison.

Wheeljack stared at Nova who was in her Titan Mode and said disbelief, "Wait....That's Tiny?! But she looks different."

Arcee said to him, "Let's just say she's upgraded."

They watched as she placed both  her hands on the surface, the blue tron-line spread around it then glow brightly before they felt the ship pulled itself up and became stable. The controls beeped as Ultra Magnus checked the monitor only to show the thruster was fully repaired. 'Impossible.....the ship's thruster has been stable almost like the damage was no longer there. How was she able to repaired it so fast?'

Nova retracted her battle mask as she gave a two-finger salute to them. Then, she heard a roar from behind as she whirled around to see the dragon glaring at her, it wasn't pleased of the attack she gave. He shot a fire blast at the ship and Nova, the others tried to warn her and Ultra Magnus was about to evade the attack however much to his shock that the winged-femme just put up a shield in front of them as it deflected the flames. 

Her shield dissipated before glaring at the dragon, no one couldn't see the taunting look on Nova's face. "Come and get me, Lizard Breath." Nova said, with her battle mask covered before dropping into the air. The dragon started to follow the winged-fembot, it had never seen a bot with wings that similar to it's wings. To it's judgement, she doesn't seem to look an Autobot or a Decepticon but her aura is different from others. Still, it's duty was to hunt them down. 

The autobots were shocked when they saw the dragon chasing Nova. She was flying through the canyon, trying to avoid his attack with her impressive maneuver. Although, she was faster than the dragon as she powered her energy spheres from both her servos then used her lightning speed to flew out of the canyon very fast before turning to the dragon who was far behind and coming closed.

 "For a dumb dragon, you fell right into my trap." Nova shouted before shooting huge lightning at the canyon, causing some rocks to collapse on the dragon, bury itself beneath the canyon. Nova smile in triumphant as she saw the ship and waved at them. The platformed was lowered as she flew inside before closing in. As her wings folded, Nova then felt Bulkhead's arm wrapped around her, lifting her off the ground. 

"That was AMAZING." Bulkhead cheered. "Yeah, You took down a dragon....Epic." Miko added. Nova smiled lightly before tapping on his arm, "Gee....Thx....Um....Bulk, Do you mind? I....can't....breathe."

"Oh sorry." Bulkhead said before releasing Nova who breathed relief. She looked up to see that their team are in place, except the mech on the pilot. Nova has never seen him before Wheeljack walked up to her, checking her appearances. "So this is your 'Titan Mode'.....Bulkhead explained everything to me. To think, you got your game, like a true Wrecker." Wheeljack said to her, raising his fist. Nova smirked at him before giving a bump fist to him. 

"You maybe in that form but....your still Tiny." He added, joking the last part of her nickname.

"hahaha Very funny." Nova said sarcastically.

"So where to now?" Jack asked.

"I have detected more Autobot signals. So we are heading to their location. In the mean time..." Ultra Magnus starts. He turns the autopilot on and then gets up and makes his way over to them. "I'd like to know who our current company is, as I am unfamiliar with her." 

"Sir, this is Nova.....an honorary autobot." Bulk introduces him.

"Um Can I ask? Whose the stiff bot?" Nova asked, jerking her thumb in the direction of the Commander.

Wheeljack chuckled by her question while the others frantic as Ultra Magnus narrowed his optics at her. "Inform her to watch their tone."

Arcee whispered to her, "Ultra Magnus was Optimus' key lieutenant during the war back on Cybertron."

"In other words, go by the book bot." Nova asked which received a nod from Arcee, making her let out 'Ah.' Which would explained the stiffness and a hard bot.

 "You are Nova, I presume?" He said.

"That's me." Nova replied casually, crossing her arms. He fell silent and took the opportunity provided to study the light blue femme. The first thing that struck him was her wings, he had seen several different seekers in his time as commander of the Autobot forces, but this was the first time he could see  someone with different wings instead of being a flyer or a seeker. The second thing that struck him was how young she looked, yet he wondered how was she that strong and fast to defeat a beast.

Then, the computer control let out beeped as Ultra Magnus head back to the seat before turning off the autopilot. 

"We are arriving at the coordinates." Magnus announces. Nova looked at the front and saw a ship that was between the rocks. Nova thought, 'Huh, another ship....convenient.'

He landed his vessel, and the team waited anxiously by the hatch that lowered. As it came to a stop, Nova saw Bee and Ratchet as well as Raf and Campy on his shoulder.

"Raf!" Miko yells as she runs towards the boy and giving him a hug.

"Girls got a grip doesn't she." Jack states while walking up to the pair.

"Your alive." Ratchet sighs on relief at the sight of them as they walk off the platform.

"Ultra Magnus?" Ratchet asks in shock at the sight of him. "Doctor." Ultra Magnus acknowledges him. Bulkhead walked over to Bee, "New paint job looks good Bee."

"At least you had something to work with. If I reversed m colors, I'd be pink." Arcee commented.

"I don't think it would be that bad." Bee said

Nova looked over behind him and saw her favorite pet, "Campy?!" She called with joy.

Campy saw her as he hopped off from Raf and head towards her happily.  She smiled broadly before switching forms, running over to him and giving him a hug, "Oh Campy, I missed you buddy." Nova said, snuggling her scraplet while he nuzzled his face lovingly.

If Ultra Magnus hadn't been shock before he was now. He stood there with his optics glued to Nova, "Did she just...how did she...?" He stammered.

Bulkhead said, "She is a techno-organic, Sir."

"But, I thought those were just myths."

"Not to the ancients, that's probably where they came from. She can even switched forms whenever she fight." Ratchet explained.

"She's a great asset when it comes in battle." Arcee said. Ultra Magnus turned to Nova when his optics zeroed on the scraplet on her arms. He turned to them, "Are you not aware that she is holding a scraplet?"

Ratchet assured everything to him that Nova used her power to altered it's programming which made Campy harmless and loyalty to her, much to Ultra Magnus amazement. To think a technorganic was able to tame a dangerous scraplet.

 "Doctor what do you have to report?" Ultra Magnus asked, changing the subject.

"For what is relevant at the moment, the Decepticons have a fortress on the outskirts of Jasper, our former base was discovered and therefore, had to evacuate and regroup, the Harbinger is the only resource of late, the communications link needs further calibration to be compatible with Autobot frequencies. The Groundbridge however is fully operational," Ratchet explained.

"That would've been handy when Robo-Dragon was trying to eat us for breakfast," Miko called up to him as Jack tried to frantically shush her.

Ultra Magnus stared at her. "The indigenous population of this planet,.." he trailed off, looking to Ratchet. "Do they all display the same amount of disregard for authority?"

"No," Ratchet defended. "Mostly just Miko,"

"A problem with Authority? Pardon me?" Nova said as Jack placed two hands on her shoulder.

"Let it go. This guy has a serious glare and he is very authority." He begged. She didn't like being ordered around but she had no choice just to comply. Her ears twitched slightly as she whipped her body around as they all became alert to the sounds of jet engines Ultra Magnus on quick decision deployed his weapons as he charged in its direction.

"No!" Ratchet called.

"Don't shoot!" Arcee said putting herself in his path as well as Bulkhead.

"Its Fowler he's with us." Bulkhead added.

Ultra Magnus eventually deactivates his weapons and the jet finally lands. It opens to reveal Fowler as well as June. 

 June Darby came out of the jet climbing down the ladder as she eyed up the group of children running blindly towards them with instant relief when she set eyes on her, she wrapped her arms around him letting a relieved cry escape her, she cupped his face into her hands as her eyes trailed his face confirming for himself that he was physically alright. "It's okay Mom. I'm fine" Jack said as he lightly backed off and shoved Miko in her direction and Raf joined the hug.

 She looked at Miko and Raf, "You're families are safe. Agent Fowler saw to it that Jasper was evacuated in time but now that the 'cons have gone people are starting to go back."

Nova smiled at the display before June looked at her and noticed her messy appearance. "Oh my goodness, What happen to you? Your a messed...." June said worriedly. 

"Let's just say I had a run-in with trouble but not to worry I still live. Too bad for my coat though....I kinda like that." Nova said sheepishly. June didn't cared nonetheless as she walked slowly towards her before embracing Nova with hug.

"It doesn't matter, at least your alright Nova." June said, hugging her tightly before Nova slowly wrapped her arms around her as well, welcomed by June's warmth. Miko said to Nova, "Aw...that's so sweet." 

Nova pulled back from June and glared at Miko, "Watch it, Miko or you'll wish to never see some stars." She said, shaking her fist.

"Where's Prime?" Fowler asked, walking towards them.

"The only signals Ultra Magnus was able to isolate are standing right here." Arcee informed. Nova's ached at the thought of Optimus not having a signal.

"Maybe his scanners faulty." Wheeljack said having high doubts of the commanding officer.

"So the kids unaccounted for." Bulkhead said.

"Smokescreen bridged out unaccompanied," Ratchet reported. "Only Optimus knows where." Before he treaded carefully. "Optimus stayed behind...To destroy the ground bridge. To ensure that everyone else made it to safety."

"I watched the base go down. No one or thing walked out of there." Fowler adds sadly.

"Not that we could see." June says walking up.

Ratchet turned to Nova, "Nova, why is Smokescreen not with you?" Everyone turned their eyes at her where Nova avoided their gaze. She wanted to tell them that she told Smokescreen to go back to base and helped Optimus but it would be better off not knowing. "We...sort of split up in order to find you. Even I'm not sure where he might be....." Nova lied to them. Ratchet wanted to questioned her but decided to against it.

"Even if Prime survived, I'm not sure if we can afford to wait for him to show up. Worth Megatron holding our planet hostage with his high and mighty tower Darkmount." Fowler stated.

"I would be inclined to agree with the native life form. We must stop Megatron with or without Optimus Prime." Ultra Magnus said stepping into the group. "We must do everything in our power to ensure Megatrons downfall."

'Everything in our power huh?' Nova thought to herself.

"But we would need to be smart about It." Ultra Magnus added.

"Thank you Captain Obvious." Nova said with light sarcasm just enough to be heard and had caught his attention, out of all of the humans she gave the worst impression. Jack tried to keep the peace by laying a hand on her shoulder.

"Whoa who but shoulder pads in command?" Wheeljack said.

"Temporary command." Jack reassured.

"Ultra Magnus is the only logical choice; he was trained by Optimus and served as his commanding officer throughout the War for Cybertron." Ratchet argued.

"Now," Ultra Magnus said, "Unless there is any further objection, soldier, please follow me."

"Aye, aye, cap'n." Wheeljack grumbled as the bots followed him into his ship.

"Okay he's gone." Nova started as she clasped her hands together facing her human group, "Let's get a giant pillow case fill it with bars of soap and beat the scrap out of him before he uses his power indiscriminately, there's still time people." She hit a fisted hand against her palm pretending to start an uproar.

"You'll do no such thing, you were very well mannered when i first met you, don't slander your upbringing." June firmly scolded.

Nova slightly blushed when she was suddenly put in her place, "Y-Yes Maam." She said looking to the floor, of course June herself had her fondness for Optimus though she did find it odd that she made such suggestive tones, "I was-I was only..."

"Oh." June started again as she pulled her in again, and then ended up holding her.

Her hug was Luke warm at best, obviously not satisfied with the hug June was the one to put more work into the gesture as she held her tighter rubbing her hands against her back, as she finally let go in an abrupt manner she had cupped her face into her hands as she did with Jack though there was a slight glaze over her eyes, as Nova had to removed herself from it, "June please, I have had my fair share of dark hours. I'm not as fragile as I may appear to be, I can endure."

June lightly smiled as she shook her head lightly, "You really speak funny sometimes, but you know, I still can't help it, I know your durable but you're still young all the same, you should be acting completely selfish, frustrated...but, who am to lecture, after all I haven't been here as much as I should have, I've seen patients die and I being the one to tell the loved ones of that individual, I'm dying inside to the thought but I have to be strong for that family I couldn't just break into tears as soon as I saw them, no, I had my own way of mourning when it was over."

Nova nodded in understatement, "yeah, but it's alright now, I'm...I'm not afraid anymore. I'm not made of stone either, but nonetheless it's just part of the experience."

"June..." came Fowlers voice.

"What I like to know is why your clothes look so worn out?" Miko asked. " I had a run-in with Cons but I took care of them." Nova said to them, much to their surprised. June began to panic about her health but she assured her that everything is alright.

Jack said, "Wow to think you got chased and get blown up." Nova said feeling offended, "Hey, you try to be targeted by Cons."

"Uh....I just did."

Nova stared at him and said shrugged, "Oh um forget what I just said." rubbing her neck with her right arm awkwardly. "Oh that's not at all....check out my new weapon." She switched to her armor mode as she equipped only a hilt, much to their confusion. Then, a blue energy blade extended into a saber as it made a noise whenever she waved it. 

Miko said amazed, "Cool, it's a lightsaber?!" as she wanted to touched it but the energy blade just dissipated, moving the hilt away. "Woah Careful Miko, it might easily cut off your hands." Nova warned.

"Still....It looked so cool, like from Star Wars." 

Nova rolled her optics before retracted her helmet, leaving her hair down. The autobots came out within minutes, each armed with new tech and they made their way into the Harbinger. "Autobots, we remain vastly outnumbered and, despite our munitions, do not currently possess the firepower necessary to compromise the Decepticon citadel." Ultra Magnus said to the gathered group.

Fowler spoke up, "Uncle Sam's military does. I just can't let them make a move as long as Megatron's ray guns are pointed at Washington."

"Then we must infiltrate Darkmount in order to nullify its fusion cannons." Ultra Magnus stated.

Ratchet interjected, "Unfortunately, it seems the fortress is heavily shielded against unauthorized ground bridges. Even those originating from Decepticon technology."

"Guess we'll have to sneak past enemy lines, wrecker-style." Wheeljack smiled and pounded his fists together.

Ultra Magnus frowned, "I couldn't deal with 'wrecker-style' on Cybertron, and I refuse to deal with it here." Wheeljack pouted, "Now, we require a means of thinning the Decepticon ranks to even the odds, if we're to have any hope of completing this mission. Or of surviving it."

Jack spoke up, "Some of us could call someone. I mean, the 'cons were on to me in seconds when I texted mom." Nova turned to him with her eyebrow raised, 'Huh that would explained everything.'

"Hm, that could work, part way." Ultra Magnus agreed. 

Nova had a determined look on her face, now that her team were reunited and got themselves a another autobot. It is time to ready for their next battle strategy; Storming the Decepticon Base.
