(A/N Ok listen this flashback shows the beginning how Nova was born)

In the laboratory, the Russian lady with blonde hair and lab coat was researching the files that the scientists found located in Africa. Leland Bishop told them that the project remained a secret ever since he was once a member of Special Operations of the United States military. Part of "special tactics", he was the architect of Project Damocles, which ultimately caused his discharge from the armed forces. After leaving the military, he went rogue, adopting the codename Silas and created an organization called MECH.

Their secret base located outside of Tranquility Nevada in a valley. She was walking along the hallway, passing by the scientists as she headed to room where the project was located. It was restricted which her curiosity got the best of her despite being the researcher specialist. She wasn't suppose to be there but she wanted to see it for herself. As she stood there, she was standing in front of a some sort of space pod with strange circuits and a symbol on the side which she couldn't understand. The report says it fell from space and it was an unknown origin. Many have tried to opened it but it was impossible so they kept it for further study. However, She was no different becoz she was good with puzzles and code."This is amazing.....I do not know where you come from but you are the most interesting thing." She complimented.

She analyze and investigate the pod, trying to figure out how to open but to no avail. She sighed, "Its ashamed that I can't open it, at least I get to see it for myself." She walked closer to pod which was on the front glass pod. "I don't know what you are.....I believe you are something extraordinary and maybe I just hope I unveil the mystery I ever had."She was about to leave when she heard a humming from the pod. She turned around with surprised that it just made a sound. She wondered it was listening as she took closer look at the front glass which surprised her that inside it looked like a liquid metal robot body. Could it be there's something inside?

"Hello, Can you hear me?" She called out but it didn't respond to her.

She slowly placed her hand on the pod and traced it gently on the front glass. When she touched it, it shocked her and cut her hand. The pod began to glow and made a loud noise which startled her. She staggered back away from the pod before the door opened behind her, the scientist and the man saw her and asked what did she do. She shrugged her shoulder with an unsure look. They turned back to see the pod began to glow bright which blinded them. The shielded their eyes to protect themselves before it calmed down. They opened their eyes and watched as the lid to the pod opened. The figure rose to a sitting position and her large hair fell flowing in the air. Her pale skin stood out against the black pod, almost making her body glow. (A/N the picture from above)

The blonde lady stood up to see which she couldn't believer her eyes. It was a teenage girl( look like 18-year old) that came out of the pod. The girl slowly opened her eyes, revealing a bright blue color unlike she ever seen. Even the scientist and the man were shocked as well. "Sir, the pod.....it opened. "He stated. The man in charge didn't listen instead he was fascinated as the blonde woman notice the girl wasn't wearing anything. She walked towards her hesitantly before removing her lab coat and placed it on the clueless girl. The girl looked up at the blonde woman with a dull look on her eye and tilted her head. She began to say in a strange language which the blonde woman was shocked that she could speak but didn't understand what she's saying. She shrugged and said with a sheepish smile, "Hello, little one, I don't know how to say this but......Welcome to Earth."

Back to the present

After what happened, Nova didn't bother coming to base due to the shock of her discovery. She realized that she's not even human which would explained why she had powers and healed very fast. Even Agent Fowler explained that her personal background didn't exist in the system, as if she never existed in the first place. She tucked her legs and placed her head on her crossed arms resting on the knee. Not only that, Silas mentioned that she killed 13 people when she was called Agent Reaper. She couldn't forgive herself that she hurt innocent people despite the loss memory.  Before she left for her personal matters,  Arcee said that she would have to tell Optimus and the others about her 'condition.'

She stared at the street and bet that Arcee must have told Team Prime about what happened and are still discussing it. How did everyone react? Would they believe Arcee? Who would be shocked the most? Ratchet? Bulkhead? Or maybe Optimus?

Thinking about it made her more depressed than ever. She was beginning to doubt herself like before. Would they accept her for who she really is on the inside? The sinking feeling, feels like she lost the most important part of human being. But wasn't human, She wasn't even a human to begin with. She wanted Campy to comfort her but she left with Raf and forgotten about him.Unsure what to do, She crashed down on her seat and slept with depression.

Inside the dreamscape

Surrounded by darkness again, Nova didn't know what to do anymore. These mix feelings of anger, sadness, and maybe betrayal were still there and the only thing she could do were to pour all of her feelings out with a punch on the ground.

"Nova," The voice calls out her name like it did before. But she did not call back as she drop her head between her knees and pretend to ignore him.

"Nova." It called out her name again, this time she could see a light shining on her and the air turned warm.

"Go away," Nova finally said, "the last person I want to see is you, whoever you are."

"I understand that this is a lot to take in, but it cannot be helped, because this is who you really are."

"Then who am I?" She snapped angrily as she stood up and face the figure, only to see a sphere of light. She couldn't see his face in the orb becoz it was blurry.

"Look inside yourself, you are more than what you are becoming." He replied.

"Becoming? What do you mean? Tell me?" Nova asked, but he didn't answer and she sighed heavy knowing that getting angry was getting anywhere. After taking a few breaths she stared back at the figure and asked,"What is it that I am supposed to do?"

"Train and prepare yourself for the many dangers that lay ahead of you. You will discover and developed your special abilities that no human ever has."

"I don't believe this."

"One more thing, it essential that you must never use your powers out of angry for those who will try to destroy you?"

"D-destroy me?" Nova felt a lump in her throat when he said that. Before she could ask more, she heard someone calling her name.

ENd of Dreamscape

  "Rise and shine sleeping beauty."

 Which NOva let out a tired groan and heard someone giggling. 

"See told ya she be awake." She knew that voice. When she removed her hood and  was shocked to see Miko, Jack, and Raf in her cabin cable while she was sleeping. "What are you three doing here?" Nova asked bewildered.

"We didn't see you this morning so we came to see if you were ok. Even Campy was worried that you didn't pick him up from my house" Raf answered. Campy came out from his bag as he floated to Nova on her shoulder and nuzzled her worriedly. Nova patted her pet apologetically.

"Sorry, we-or Miko woke you up." Jack gave Miko a glare as she smiled sheepishly."It' alright, I was about to get up anyways. How did you get here? Did the Autobots brought you here ?" She questioned, knowing where this is going. 

  "No, we came here by Groundbridge." Raf replied. "Optimus wants to see you and the others are worry about you...we heard about..." He trailed off and the others looked at her with concern. Nova wondered how what they are thinking and what the autobots are thinking about her.  

"Is it true? That you're some kinda Cyborg or Android?" Miko asked.

"What? No... actually I don't really know what I am. I'll tell you when we get back to base. "  

They got out of the ferris cable cabin while Raf called Ratchet for a groundbridge. As they waited, Jack notice Nova was really very quiet. She thought the autobots might get some answers.  She also wonder what Optimus wants to talk about. She  just hope it's something good. Jack said, "Nova, LIsten.....I know it takes a lot to take in." 

  "I don't want your pity Jack I just..... want to know who I am."  

The groundbridge portal appeared, and disappeared along with the three and came in back into base. She felt all the eyes or optics as they're all are focused on her. Nobody said anything when she reached to Ratchets med bay, while her only focus was her footing. After what seemed like forever, heavy footsteps broke the silence as Optimus spoke.

"Nova, are you well?" He asked sadly to his charge.

Nova finally looked up with a sadly stare and saw the faces of Optimus, Bulkhead, Bumblebee, and Arcee with worried and sad looks. She turned to her right and saw Ratchet for the first time in a while who had the same look like everyone else. She was starting to regret coming to the base. "It's alright Nova, where here for you." Jack said giving her a comforting shoulder, Miko did the same thing along with reassuring smile, and Raf stood on her left side giving her a nod saying it was ok. Campy even make a crooning noise and nuzzled at the crook of her neck.

"I'm fine...."She finally said with a sigh. They looked relief to see that she was able to talk, "To be honest, no I'm not well, a lot has happen to me." Nova began to explain the detail about what Silas told her. While she was explaining, Ratchet did some scans on her a few times while he was listening. After she finished, everyone were shocked and confused about what she told them.

"So let me get this straight. Fowler said that you don't exist in the system and Silas also said that you were called Agent REaper, an ex assassin who killed 13 people." Bulkhead said sounding confused. Miko was awed that Nova was once an ex agent. "Do think he might be telling the truth?" Arcee asked.

Nova noted, "I'm not sure what he said.......if its true I'm not going to forgive myself."Jack asked, "Silas also mentioned something I don't quite understand; the researcher he describe was a woman. What does he mean she looks like my mother?"

Before Nova could say anything, She looked at Ratchet and saw his optics widen. "By the allspark." Ratchet breathed. "What is it, Ratchet?" Raf asked confused.

"Why didn't I see this before?" He let out a frustrated growl, which confused all of them. Ratchet looked at them, still stunned. "Nova's basically human but her circuitry is....Cybertronian."

Everyone stood in stunned silence, until she screeched. "WHAT?!" Nova practically jumped from where she was.

"How?" Arcee asked.

"I do not know.....what I like to know was how was that possible. There's no such thing...."

"no such thing as what?"NOva questioned. "Technorganic."Ratchet noted.

Everyone stared at him strangely. "Technorganic? I've never heard of them."Arcee said, looked confused. Miko and Nova asked Ratchet, "What's a technorganic?"

"Technorganics are half cybertonians, half organic."

"Woah....that explains how she has powers."

NOva added, "Or....how I was able to heal fast?"

"Here I thought they're just mythological creatures."

Raf said, pointing at NOva, "So your saying she's rare? I didn't know she's some sort of myth."

"But that still doesn't explain how NOva came to be." Ratchet said. Everyone were curious about it, NOva got the answer from his statement. "So.....Does that makes her part Cybertronian?" Jack said. "This is way too cool, you guys are like cousins." Miko stated, pretty cool to have a friend as part alien.

"Do you realize just how crazy this sounds, even from all of you?" Nova said, didn't really know what to think. "Yes we do but we have no other explanation." Optimus said. Nova seriously was questioning her sanity, "Uh-huh, and I've officially lost my mind."

She used her power to lift herself up from the medbay and turned to walk up the platform. "Where're you going?" Miko asked, "You just found out that you're some kind of part alien and you're just going to walk away?" 

Nova shot back sarcastically, "No, not walk away. I'm going to retrace my steps and try and find my sanity that I'm pretty sure got lost in my own thoughts. Maybe I'm dreaming this whole thing and I'll wake up to find everything the way it should be."

"Nova I know this is hard to accept, even I have trouble believing it, but we want to help you." Optimus tried to console the girl. Nova in return just growled, "How? How are you going to help me? A clueless girl who has no memories of the past and happens to be an ex Mech agent who killed targets."

"Woah chill They were trying to help."Miko said. Jack added, "Yeah If we could help you, we might....."

"NO!!!" which made the lights flickered bright and dimmed as though it reacted to her feelings.

"Stop it! Just....stop it. I.... I can't...." She said, feeling upset and start walking away from them, hugging Campy in her arms before it turns into a sprint to the elevator. As she left the lights dimmed back to normal, making the base seem dark compared to blinding light a minute ago. Optimus placed his hand on the floor in front of Jack, stopping him from chasing after Nova. "Jack, I think that it would be wise to give her some time. She is clearly upset about her discovery, she needs time to sort through this."

Jack sighed in disappointment and turned to the elevator where Nova went. Raf said sadly, "Poor Nova.....I wish there's something we can do to help her."Ratchet said, "Regarding the fact that we don't have any details to where she came from."Everyone thought about how to help Nova until Jack had an idea. He turned to Optimus, "Optimus Listen.....I know it might sounds strange but do you think you could ask Agent Fowler to research about Agent Reaper?"THe autobots stared at him strangely and Ratchet asked why. Jack explained, "If we find some information about Nova being Agent Reaper from the before, maybe we might find out about her past." They thought about what Jack's statement which was a good idea. OPtimus ordered Ratchet to contact Agent Fowler to search an info. about Agent Reaper, hoping it might get some answer.

Meanwhile on the rooftop, Nova hugged herself while standing on the edge of the cliff. She never felt betrayed in her entire life that the fact she's a part alien. She closed her eyes, trying to recalled most of her memories which shows pieces of an image of where she saw targets and assimilated them, flashes through her mind. Making her close eyes squeezed and cringe at the horror she saw.Campy on her left shoulder, he felt sorry for his master that she was upset. He nuzzled her cheek and made a crooned noise just to comfort her. Nova snapped out of it then turned to her scraplet, "Oh Campy....I'm so upset that I can't believe I'm part alien, a technorganic. Not only that, I was also an ex Mech Agent who killed 13 targets. I don't know if I could forgive myself."SHe said.

As she stood there, she heard footstep behind her. Nova recognize the energy signature as she bothered not turning around. Arcee said, "Having trouble thoughts?"NOva said, before sitting on the ground with her tucked legs, "WHat do you think?"

"Is it true what Jack said......you really killed 13 targets?"

Nova nodded after she she saw her memories. "You're not thrilled about what you did, are you?" She asked looking at her. She shakes her head no. "Why not? It's not like we're the same kind."

"That's not the point!" She raised her voice, surprising her. Her bit of anger disappears and she goes back to being depressed. "When I first saw you, I only thought you were just sentient robots fighting a war. After Cliffjumper....we realized you were more than just simple machines. You Cybertronians can live just like how a human can. Regardless of whether I bleed or you bleed energon." She stated firmly. "You fight, you feel, you hurt you care worry...and bruise.... and bleed.....And can die. That's the reason why I was able to fight and used a weapon even used my powers becoz of Mech." She breathes out as she stares at her shaking hands. "That's why I'm not thrilled about what I did because I took a life! How am I supposed to feel good when I was trained to snuffed out someone's life? I'm not even a human" She starts to yelled but it drops down in volume again.

To say that Arcee is stunned would be an understatement. Never has she seen anyone that seemed so broken up by one of her own kinds death. She looks genuinely sad and broken up by it. She stares at him for a second before sighing and asking him a question, "Do you recalled back at the Decepticon ship where Miko said that 'con almost blew up Raf, right?" He nods. "Then what would happen if you 'didn't' stop him?" She asked. She looks taken back by the question, but her eyes gaze left and right.

"Then....then Raf.... Raf would have...."

"That's right. Raf would be gone right now. And his family might never be able to find out why." She flinches at her words. "And it wouldn't be just Raf. What about Miko huh? Or Jack?" She stared at her but she doesn't stare back. "Look at me." Her firm voice makes her hesitate to listen, but she slowly, their eyes meet. "What would have happened to them if you didn't intervene? What would have happened to you?" Her last question makes her turn away.

"I don't care about myself as much."

Her statement makes her eyes widen. She stops her questioning nonetheless and look forward. "I've been doing this for awhile now. Fighting Decepticons is a full-time job and it gets tiring. For too long I've seen too many of my fellow Autobots have their spark extinguished, sometimes right in front of me. At first, I started fighting because I didn't want the Decepticons to win. Now....." She takes a moment to breathe, the memories of her partners from before flashing back to her. "Now..... now I'm tired of one thing Nova." She looks at her. "You wanna know of what I'm tired of?" She asks her with a frown.

SHe stares at her for a bit, was too surprised at the amount of emotion she's showing to her right now. Since they've met, they were at odds, and now here she is trying to comfort her. "Of.... fighting?" She guesses. She gives her a tired close eyed no, before looking at the sunset. "I'm tired.... of watching my friends die Nova." She looks at her fiercely. "And that's exactly what you would be feeling right now if you hadn't done what you did. Raf would be gone if you didn't fight and take down that 'con when you did and there is the chance of the same thing happening to Miko and Jack as well." She stares at her wide-eyed by her words as she stands back up. "The Decepticons don't just threaten my kind anymore Nova. They are a danger to yours as well and I have never heard of a human being able to take one down like you did, even Mech as well. Instead of feeling bad for the life you took, you should probably think about the ones you saved."

Nova lowered her head who seems pretty stunned about her words. Nova regained her posture and said, "I doubt you tried to help me......but I'll appreciate the encouragement."Arcee was relieved to see that her words was able to encourage her. However, Nova is still feeling doubtful of herself.

 As both of them watched the sunset, Nova asked Arcee that she needed to ride back at the abandoned construction site. When it was time for the kids to go home, JAck and Arcee gave Nova ride back to her place. Once they arrived, Nova thanked her before Jack said to her, "Listen, OPtimus contacted Fowler to research about Agent Reaper and don't worry.....we might find out about your past."

Nova said, "I hope so....."

"Are you going to be alright?"

"Um...yeah I need some time to think about it. Maybe I might regained some of my memories. Whatever it was in my memories, is preventing me from getting them. I'm still going to find out about myself. "

Jack wanted to say something but he knew she'll refused so he said with a smile, "Well take care yourself. "as he left the site. NOva stared where Arcee and Jack as she said with a sigh, "YOu don't have to say that...." As Nova head to the abandoned construction site, she was about to head to the ferris cabin when Campy notice something as he jumped out of her arms and skittered into the cabin. Nova wondered what's wrong with Campy as she followed inside, only to see a strange package placed on the seat beside Campy.

Nova said, "Strange, I didn't notice it was there since I left." She picked up the package and grabbed something inside which shows a strange communicator(from CrissCross; Mech Comunicator). Nova had no idea how it work and tried to figure it out until the screen turned on that revealed a voice which made her blood boiled in anger. "Hello.....Nova, so good to speak with you again."

"Leland?!"She growled.

"Now now Didn't I tell you I abandoned name already? I go by the name SIlas....."

"How did you find me?"

"Let's just say I have my own ways.....let's get down to business, shall we?"

"What do you want?"

"NOw that I know your alive.... What I offer is a place in MECH, you will be directly under my orders. When MECH becomes the new world you will have a place in our society, you will be of part of the higher ranks. If you work hard enough I can make you the captain of your own squad. How does that sound?"

"You expect me to join you?! Fat chance.....after what you did to June and Arcee, I'm not impressed." 

"I take that as a no. You sure are hard to convince, What if I have something that might change your mind?"

"You have some nerve trying to contact me, whatever it is I'm not interested......I don't think I'm not in the mood to listen."

"Really, Too bad....then I guess you didn't want to know about your origin."

Which pique Nova's attention as she sat on the seat with Campy on her left shoulder and said, "What do you know about me?" Silas replied to her, "THat you were once an ex agent known as Agent Reaper and you were wondering who was the researcher I was referring to. Who would have thought you lost your memories and forgotten someone important to you after you disappeared?"

Nova said angrily, gripping at the communicator, "Get to the point, Silas.....Who am I? Why am I called Agent Reaper? What do you mean the researcher looked like June Darby?" Silas replied, "If you wish to learn about your past, I have the GPS coordinates that will guide you there. I'm sure you might find some answer but you might also not like what you see. 

"YOur just going to give me the coordinates just like that, how do I know if you didn't sent those Mech soldier just to ambush me and capture me?"

"No need to worry.....I won't be sending them; in fact you might come to me once you know the truth. So do you want them?"

Nova hesitant at first but she was desperate in discovering her past. She remembered fragments of her memories bit by bit. However it wasn't enough, even though she was told that she's a technorganic wan't enough. The only thing she could find out about the truth is to accept them. 

"Yes, I want the coordinates." Nova said admittedly. She couldn't see the satisfied look on Silas as he sent the coordinates on the screen. Nova stared at the map before Silas spoke, "I'm glad you accept.....oh I left a little parting gift just for you." Nova got confused as she came out of the cabin and went behind, only to see a black motorcycle

"This used to be yours before you were Agent Reaper.....I figured you wanted to find out yourself instead of asking the autobots. Just so you know, my offer still stand and I'll be waiting for your answer. Once you do, you can call me through this communicator......Enjoy searching the truth."

With that, he cut the line and leaving only the coordinates. Campy stared at NOva who seems lost in thought of what Silas said. Nova gripped on the communicator before placing in her pocket. "Campy, I know I'm not suppose to leave without telling the autobots but this is something I need to do by my own." Nova said to him. CAmpy tilted his head before flying over to her shoulder. NOva said, "I'm sorry but you can't come with me."

The scraplet got shocked as he create a croon noise, begging to come. She sighed and said, "I'm not sure if Silas kept his word but If I let you come, I'm sure they're might be Mech agents and they might dissect you. Same goes for the Autobots either. I...I saw how hurt everyone was after that incident with them. All of you were so willing and happy to believe that I might find out about my origin. I didn't want them to get their hopes up only to get hurt again if they come with me. They have been through enough hardship as it is, and I didn't want to see any of them go through that pain again as I do."

She hugged Campy in her arms before staring at him and added, " Hope on their team is fragile enough as it is. I do not want them to break completely. So, if it means taking a risk and putting my own life in harm's way to protect you and the Autobot's from harm, then to me, there is only one logical choice left. You see? That's why I did it; in order to protect them. So that none of them would get hurt."

 Campy felt sad and understood her as Nova promised to him that she' ll return and stayed with the autobots. Nova placed Campy on the ground and patted him, telling him to be good which let out a crooning sound before heading inside the cabin. 

She climbed on her bike which she was thankful it had a key on the ignition. She started her bike as she left the construction site and drive across the street. She followed the coordinates which lead her outside of Jasper Nevada. Nova halted her bike before looking back at the town. Nova said, "I'm sorry OPtimus.....There's something I need to find out about myself." Before starting the vehicle.

Nova had been driving for hours until the sun rises, the coordinates showed it was located in Nevada, Tranquility  dessert where the location is. While she was driving, she began to take notice of her surrounding. Her head jerks to the side as the flashes once again appear before her eyes. An image of herself walking through the dessert with no ride. She had traumatize look on her eyes while walking. Nova came back to her senses and see she's still driving. She knew it must be piece of her memories, meaning she's getting closed.

She stared at the communicator, showing she's getting close as she arrived at an abandoned burned down facility. Nova wondered why it brought her to that place, she gets off her bike and walk towards it. She touched the building wall until a flash of image shows where there was fire surrounded the facility before going back to the old one. She shook away her diziness and thought, 'what was that just now?'

She entered the facility to see it was a messed and they were some broken computers and machines scattered. She closed her eyes trying to remembered before it showed an image where she was surrounded by people with lab coats while others in their soldier suit. THere she sees herself in her soldier suit as well as she head to the big door to her right corner. So, she head to the direction where she went, opening the broken door to a hallway. The building on the inside looked bigger that it can fit an autobot.

"That's strange....what is this feeling? The atmosphere and the surroundings, I feel like I've been here before. But why?" Nova questioned.  

 She saw a door next to her, revealing somkeind of security room where the cameras are. She went over to the broken monitors to see if they kept any files, even though they were burned. NOva used her technopathy to fix them as if they were no longer broken. She checked the screen which wasn't helping since the file she was looking for was already erased however all she found some old security footage. She thinks it won't get her nowhere if the videos shows nothing important as she left the room and continued the search.

As she was walking, she began to see flashes again, this time it shows where she was walking with the mysterious lady beside her. She turned to the blonde lady who seems smiling at her before going into the room together. Nova came back to reality as she arrived where she see room a familiar room, she opened the door which shows rubble and debris in front of her. 

She looked around seeing a table and 4 computers on the right while on her left she sees a room with a broken glass. She wondered why there was glass. She sensed something within the debris as she used her TK powers to remove the rubbles beneath it. As it was removed, she got surprised to see some sort of pod in front of her. She walked towards to it and slowly traced her hand on the pod.

When Nova stared at the pod, she felt her head shift back and forth as new images come and fill up her thoughts. Making her dropped her knees on the ground, cringing the pain on her head as more visions attack her senses, making her feel like she's being pulled far away from reality. 

Flashback

Her newly open eyes look around at everything with wonder, yet with curiosity. She was at a lost on who these living beings where, last she remember was total darkness before she heard a female voice, this voice started up her system to power up or awake. SHe felt her body began to covered her in some kind of organic tissue merged to the metallic body. She heard a hissing noise which is the sound of opening door. The light brightened her eyes as she slowly came out of the case that she was placed in. Once her visual windows emitted light followed by color and then sound, with smell and taste along with touch, she was online and ready. 

The start of life itself, and the first thing she see are four strange looking things with different faces. They were dressed in strange color clothes, Her eyes moved towards the female in white coat who stood in front, looked in a sense minus the skin color like her. The female kept her eyes affectionately she slowly approached the clueless girl. She removed her coat as she wrapped around her. Slowly, she tilt her head to the side, at first it came out in alien language which surprise the blonde lady. 

As she did, the mist that obscured her face suddenly disappeared to reveal to be woman who had the same face as June. She wore a small sheepish smile on her face as she held Nova close to her. She softly chuckled at her and said,"Hello, little one, I don't know how to say this but......Welcome to Earth."

End of flashback

Nova gasped when she finally started coming back to her, she finally recalled who she was and who the mysterious lady was. Someone who was important to her from long ago. She mumbled while clenching her head, "Login......."BEfore her mind suddenly went blank and was reeled back to her memories of the past.
