(A/N Ok Everyone the moment your all waiting for; I remade this chapter which doesn't include where the scraplets eating Vector Sigma. So, I change the part where you can see NOva in action.)

They continued their route towards iacon as a statue of megatron came into view, it was perched on top of an archway. "How vein can you get?" Nova said, sneering at the statue. Nova looking around for a moment, before she heard multiple voices again, calling out to her.

"Herald."

"This way. Herald."

"Come to us."

"Herald." 

The voices were coming from in front of her which made her wonder if those voices are leading her to where Vector Sigma. Arcee asked jack which way to go, he was about to pull out his key when Nova pointed out.

   "This way..." she muttered, before dragging herself towards where she was following the voices in her head.

Jack said, "What? Wait....Nova we don't know if its...." 

"Check your key....Its tells us we're getting close."

Jack got out the key again as it began to gently hum which He was surprised of what NOva said as they began to follow her.  When they reached the end of the alley, they arrived in a small courtyard and the voices that was whispering to NOva had stopped. Jack said, "It looks like a dead end." Nova looked around the area before she felt something in her head and looked down to where she was standing.

"Jack, I want you to come over here." Nova called out.  Jack asked, "Uh...Why?"

"I think I know where the key is leading us to."

Jack and Arcee exchange look as he walked towards to where NOva was standing, the ground shook hard as both except NOva looked in various directions.

The ground cracked and pillars fell from the sides, as the ground opened up in front of us. Revealing a building to us, it creaked and scraped as it slowly rose from the floor. As it finally stopped we all approached, the building was triangle shaped. As jack held the key high the doors on front of the building glowed blue and then opened.

"Vector sigma's, down here?" Jack asked.

  "Kaon didn't always belong to the decepticons; megatron took it as a capital apparently without ever realising what lay underneath their feet." Arcee said.  

"Huh, Who would have guessed?" NOva said amused.

  As she said that a crumbling noise was heard above the building itself as a strange bug looking robot peaked over it, it had metallic mandibles around its mouth like a prey mantis, and was big, real big, much bigger than megatron.  

It made an ear wincing screeching sound as it leapt off the building towards us, Arcee grabbed us both as she dived out of its way, when far enough she put us down and begun firing upon the beast, it didn't seem to budge it, but a look in its expression changed seconds later as it charged aggressively toward Arcee.

They both flew over me and jack as the bug bot rammed her into a wall, she looked like she was down for the count.

"Arcee!" jack yelled.

The big beast then turned its attention on us, it gazed at jack as it let out another roar and begun charging in our direction, as me and jack begun to run away from it.

Arcee then came shooting upon it as we became engulfed in its massive frame; it turned on Arcee again as the fight continued.

"We're being attacked by some kind of giant...bot beetle!" Jack said over the comm link.

"An insecticon! " Ratchet said in the comm link.

"An insecticon?" Nova repeated.

Nothing more was said through our comm link, as me and jack watched the battle before us, Arcee would jump to higher places when firing upon it, it fired something more powerful forcing Arcee to jump off, she then transformed into her vehicle mode as the insecticon pursued her, because it was going at such a speed it didn't expect Arcee to suddenly transform making the insecticon get in front of her.

Arcee yet again attempted to fire upon it as she glanced our way, "you two go!" she told us.

"Seriously?" Jack said kind of nervous. Nova then heard the whispers again as she looked over the tunnel to where it was. It was telling her to go there as she turned to Jack, "We gotta go now."

"But...." 

"Arcee is going to be fine, our priority is finishing the mission."

Arcee continued to distract the creature. "Do it!"

"Listen to her, Jack. You've made it this far. Optimus is counting on you." June said through the comm link.

"Roger that, Mom." Jack said as NOva dragged him inside the tunnel.

The doors began to close and the last thing NOva and Jack saw was his partner getting tackled by the Insecticon. Jack said in his comm, "Everyone, we're in."

They continued walking forward, following the path. The keycard was bright enough to light up the hallway as she continued walking, looking around at the columns decorating the sides of the hallway.

Jack paused as he heard mechanical feet fluttering around. He couldn't see anything but that didn't mean they weren't alone. They saw some slight rubble up ahead as Nova pry a metal bar loose, needed a weapon to defend. While they were walking, JAck walked up to NOva from behind.

He questioned NOva whose back was turned, "Hey, Nova How do you know where it was?"

Nova halted in her track as she turned to him, "I don't how to answer this.....the moment I touch the key, I think it did something to me."

 "What do you mean?"

"When we arrive on Cybertron, I began to hear voices, It was more like a whispers and they were calling out to me. I don't know how but for some reason I feel like I know where Vector Sigma was located."

Jack surprised of what she said which would explained when he recalled back where NOva asked if Arcee and JAck heard something. She was referring  to the voices that she heard.

"How? How was that possible?" Jack asked.

"I'm not sure.....There's this feeling in my head. Like a tugging. It's like the voices where guiding me."

"Can you really do that?!" 

Nova shrugged, "Um.....Looks like it." before continuing down the path. They eventually came up to another large doorway. Jack held up the card and watched as the door lit up in the same way. It opened, revealing a gigantic room. A walkway went across to a circular platform suspended above the cavern like room. They began walking across while JAck contact the others. "We found it."

They reached the circular platform. When they got closer, they saw a pattern on the floor glowing bright blue. JAck saw a smaller indent in the middle and hummed to himself. NOva stared at the key then at the pattern. "I think your suppose to place the keycard down on the slot." Nova suggested.

Jack stared at her for minute before he knelt down (following NOva's words), gently placing the card down. The card then transformed into it's normal size, filling up the glowing pattern on the floor. Clicking noises began as the whole platform lit up around her. Nova gasped, steadying herself as the walkway they were on receded. It then lifted up, causing Jack to jump off while Nova to fall on her back, looking up. She groaned before getting up, watching in awe as gears continued moving around each other behind the now raised platform.

Nova made a shocked look, recalling the vision she saw. It was Vector Sigma that the key showed her before. SHe was amazed by the scenery for the first time. They stepped back as the gears lifted higher, glowing brighter and brighter. The platform that now housed the keycard was pulsing with energon, probably downloading memory onto the card.

"Commencing download, I think." Jack said.

"Soon Optimus." Ratchet whispered.

 NOva looked around the room, feeling her body seeming to shake. For unknown reason, She could feel the energy in the room. It seemed to travel to her feet and to her very heart. Nova took in a deep breath, hugging herself.  Jack asked, "Are you alright?"

Nova was about to reply when she felt the energy pulsing strongly again before it was reaching into her as well. Jack saw the energy as he backed away which the energy beamed into her chest until it stopped. Nova groaned as she walked back to the platform, leaning against it. "Ouch.... is this supposed to hurt?" Nova said before whimpered softly and felt her vision swim. Jack said concerned, "Woah NOva, your ok?"

 "I really don't think this is normal." She said before falling to her knees, looking down at the metal beneath her. "Nope. Not normal." Just as she left like she would throw up. She managed to stand back up, leaning back on the platform.  NOva rubbed her chest before looking up at where the matrix stand and said frowningly, "I don't know what it was....but Did that include messing with my body?"

  Jack asked, "Nova, WHat...just happened?"  

"I'm not sure what it did to me but I had a feeling it's not normal." Nova said before turning to where the tunnel is. Jack questioned, "Hey, Where are you going?"

"I'm going to stand guard outside, just in case."

"What if I needed to defend myself?"

Nova rolled her eyes as she gave the pole to him and said, "Use this....I'm sure you can handle it. Don't worry, I'll be fine I have powers remember." WIth that, she head back to the doorway then into the tunnel. Nova halted as she looked down, rubbing her chest and began to wonder what that energy did to her. It felt like she was supercharged and her heart or spark seem to be skipping, speeding up, slowing down and starting up a new rhythm. A few seconds later it skipped one last time before it began a new steady beat. She gasped and looked up, her hands over her chest. "What?"

Then she heard a loud buzzing sound approaching. "Arcee?" She gasped as she saw the insecticon flying towards her. "Not Arcee!"

Nova formed a electric energy in her hand as she blasted at the Insecticon which left a small damaged. It then transformed as it shook the ground when landing in front of her, "I won't allow you to pass!" Nova yelled at it.

It gave her a few wincing screeches as it ignored her and was about to head towards the doorway where Jack is. Nova gritted her teeth. 

"You horrible beast! Don't you ignore me!" Nova yelled at it, but still it ignored her, She felt frustrated as she thought, 'If that thing gets in then jack will be killed...and all this would have been in vein...no! All this will not be for nothing!'

NOva then leaped upwards towards its mandibles and grabbed them, She was facing it now straight in its visor vision optics, "your, not, getting, through!" NOva growled.

This got its attention as it screeched a few times and began to try and shake her off, it span round furiously as inevitably it through me about fifty metres across the floor, Nova rolled uncontrollably as it charged at her, it stopped in front of her as it got on its hind legs, it let out a long roar.

Nova stood up to face it as she shot a full blast lighting at the Insecticon which it raised his arm, defending itself from the blast. She couldn't summon her armblades, not risking her suit to be destroyed

"you're not going to murder my friend you horrible creature, I'll face your wrath if i have to but i'm not going to lie down and take it...i-I'll fight you with powers if i have to!" She said desperately as she kept blasting him. Unfortunately, it wasn't effective as the Insecticon swing his arm to where NOva was as she was thrown into the air and was smashed onto the wall before laying flat on the ground. Nova could hear the helmet cracked as the hissing sound was heard. She tried to get up but she was too weak due to her injuries and she could feel the oxygen pack was getting lower due to the damage. NOva looked up to see the Insecticon transformed and head to where Jack it as her vision became blurry only to realize she was running out of oxygen

Nova stared at her cracked, then at the tunnel, then thought of jack, all she wanted was to be able to protect them, not just herself what purpose is there if she can't save her friends, that's all she ever wanted. But now she was unable to protect her friend and bring her guardian back not with an injury. "I'm sorry, Jack. And OPtimus .......Forgive me." Nova said weakly, before her eyes shut tight.

Mindscape

 'Where- Where am I? Where am I? Am I dead? Am I dead?' Nova frantically asked herself, her voice bouncing around the place she was in.

'Was I really dead? Did that mean that everything I went through, everything I did meant nothing? And my visions! Did all those visions I had mean nothing? Like everything I did, everything I heard, or saw, were just going to lead up to me dying? '

She felt like she was dreaming, but as she looked around, She found herself to be in a white platform. Only this time, She felt as if she was there ...for real. "Wait....this place, it feels so familiar almost like I've been here before." Nova said.

"That is because it is where we first found each other." the voice said behind.

"That voice...!"

She looked around for a moment when she heard footsteps behind her.Novaturned to see a transformer, but she recognized from before; but she figured he wasn't the average one. He was probably six times the size of Optimus and he was a light blue and so were his optics. "What do you mean?" NOva questioned.

"Do you recall when you were slowly dying and I let our spark joined?" he said.

NOva stared at him for a minute until a thought came to her. She did remembered when she first arrived at Nevada, her head was killing her due to the reprogramming side-effect. She felt like she was dying as she collapse near the sign. SHe thought that she will never survive until a voice came and save her from her demise. SHe was alive and was given a purpose to live.

Nova's eyes widened as she looked up to the being who had a gentle smile never leaving his features. "It's you.....you were the one who saved me." SHe exclaimed.

"That is correct, I have been watching you for a long, long time."

"Really?" Nova replied before she realized and lowered her head sadly, " I'm sorry.....I tried my best to fend off the Insecticon but I wasn't unable to.....now jack is going to get killed and I won't be able to see Optimus again, I failed everyone."

Chuckling fondly, he smiled in a melancholy way, seemingly a little amused, though I don't know why. "Despite that seemingly uncaring façade you assume, you are always concerned about the welfare of others before your own. I expected nothing less. Which is why I appear to you now, my herald," he said. NOva blinked when she heard that word before as she began to questioned. "Unicron called me.....herald before. Why is that?"

"It is because when our spark joined together, I bestow a piece of my spark within you and chose you as my herald who is destined for the greater things."

"I don't understand......then wHat about those voices I heard when I first step foot on Cybertron? They have been calling out to me and guided me to where Vector Sigma, almost like they were waiting for me."

"The voices you heard were......the fallen warriors who fought forCybertron. It must have resonated when they sense your spark. The moment you touched the key, it knew that you would come to CYbertron to aid in retrieving the matrix and restoring your leader."

Nova was astound of what he said, she had no idea that it would happen. "So your saying I' m hearing voices of dead souls. *Shudder* Woah......But I don't understand, why?" Nova asked.

"I wanted you to know the reason I granted you with the power. There will be many things you shall face in the future young herald." He replied.

"Why me?"

"Because You have fought for Optimus, with courage and with sacrifice and the virtues of a leader. I chose you from the beginning, Nova. Your destiny has been tied to the Autobots since the moment you were born." He explained to her, and Nova felt her awe rising.

"My destiny," She curiously questioned.

"Yes. Your destiny... to protect the last of the Prime. I chose you for a reason, Nova. But, to truly find out who you are inside, you must first find out that reason yourself."

"You chose me to save Optimus?"

"Not only that. I'm afraid your destiny will not only be tied to this one moment, but will instead be carried throughout the rest of your life. I chose you, not only to save Optimus, but to aid the autobots in hopes of restoring Cybertron to its full glory."

Nova stared in awe at the Being as he explained, listening intently on everything he said. She was chosen to protect Optimus, and her team in hopes of ending the war. "You chose me to be your herald, why?"

"You have a pure heart child, I believe that I can entrust you with this responsibility." He said. "However, It is not mine to force you, it is your choice to decide......Will you accept the role as my herald?"

"And if I choose not to?" Nova inquired, watching him carefully.

"Then the task will fall to another," he answered, smiling in that melancholy way.

Nova crossed her arm and lowered her head, turning her gaze away form the Being. She is unsure about herself but she just knew that she wanted to help, to protect her guardian. That unknown pain in her heart as well as her entire being demanded it. She turned to look back at the large mech. "If I accept, will I be able to help them?" She asked imperiously, eyes cold and unyielding like a blade of steel. "To protect and save those I care about if need be.

He nodded. "Yes, but the path ahead of you a perilous one indeed," he said gravely. And for the first time, She realized just how old and powerful this mech really was beneath those warm smiles and gentle words. "Fraught with danger and hardship, you will be tested like never before. These trials and tribulations will push you to your limits and beyond as you will both lose and gain much along the way. And though I cannot guarantee that you will be the same afterwards, be aware that should you choose to accept, you cannot turn back for it will be your destiny and your destiny alone to do what must be done."

He did not sugarcoat any of it, for which she was thankful. Nova needed to be fully aware of what the stakes were and how high they were set. And while she didn't exactly believe in pre-ordained destiny and such, she did acknowledge that whatever she chose would affect the outcome.

So the question was: should she accept or no?

It wouldn't be easy; that much was obvious. But she wouldn't be able to turn back either, should she accept. She shut her eyes and recalled the memories of the time she was unable to save the one important to her. She never wanted this but she could help; she would be able to protect those she cared about. And, this heavy burden wouldn't fall to anyone else.

Internal match of ping-pong going on in her mind as Nova considered all the options, She looked up into the face of the gigantic mech. She didn't say anything as she just gazed at him in a considering way, still weighing all the factors in her mind. For some reason, She imagined she could feel the optics of several others on her as she neared her final decision. Taking a chance, her eyes scoured the area under the encouraging gaze of the being that she was standing before him, and she found several faces watching her, all with smiles on their semi-transparent faceplates. The odd thing was though; She knew all of them though she had never met them.

There was Prima. The Warrior of Light. He was the tallest of these new individuals and greatly resembled like the mech who gazed at NOva, both in frame and overall aura.

Next to him, stood the guardian of time and space, Vector Prime, who reminded of a knight.

To his left was the bookish Alpha Trion, who gave her an oddly proud yet approvingly fond smile, his long beard shifting a little.

After that was the first femme cybertronian, Solus Prime. The blacksmith Prime was by far the most beautiful in Nova's opinion with her unique cord and wire-like 'hair' that cascaded down her spinal struts.

Beside her was the smallest of all the Primes, Micronus Prime, who was the conscience and moral center of the group.

From there, it was Alchemist Prime. He was a little odd-looking in Nova's opinion as he was the only one with glasses, and he had a hunched back.

Close to him was then Nexus Prime, the first combiner. His optics shown with slight amusement as she gazed at him with curiosity, wondering how he would look when he was separated.

Then there was—in her opinion—the coolest and most radically different Prime, Onyx Prime. Due to his position as the first beast-like cybertronian, he was the most uniquely interesting of the group. However, you could tell he was quite kind as his gold optics glowed warmly and he flashed a fanged grin her  way.

Nearby, with his optics glittering mischievously on a good day (pranking spree, was Amalgamous Prime. He seemed like he would be the type to have a decent sense of humor; he would no doubt have been someone Nova would have gotten along famously with.

And finally, completing the semi-circle, stood Quintus Prime. Even if you just barely spared a quick glance his way, you could just tell that he was a daydreamer and idealist by the way his optics were set in an almost wide-eyed and youthful way.

In a way, it was almost awe-inspiring for NOva how amazing it was to be standing in all their presences. After all, they were ten of thirteen uncorrupted Primes; though she did wonder a little about the location of the Thirteenth Prime. Eventually, Nova managed to shake off the sense of wonder and awe as she turned back to the unnamed individual being, finally reaching her decision.

With formalities she had no idea she possessed let alone where they came from, Nova stood straight with determination and said in a clear and firm tone, "I accept the role, Primus."

Primus smiled when she finally figured it out who he was, pleased by her answer. Then, Nova felt something in her right arm. She gasped as a Cybertronian symbol shined from her right backhand, tracing itself out until it was complete. It appeared almost as a scar, but looked more like a birthmark instead.

Nova lifted her right hand, gazing at the symbol etched into it. 

"It is a crest you must bear proudly, and use as a reminder of the importance that comes with it. Now, Fulfill your duty and return now to Optimus. Merge the key with his Matrix. It is, and always has been, your destiny as......the Herald of Primus."

The Primes that was around her merged together, and before Nova could question what was happening, another bright light shined from them, Primus then reached out his finger and gently touched her chest as it glow brightly. Nova gasped that her body was glowing a bluish-silver tinge. It felt almost as if her body was vibrating, pulsing inside her. 

Her eyes shut and her arms forced to her side by a warm feeling while what felt to be a pure energy charge shimmered to her chest. As her eyes snapped open to reveal that her pupils were gone and her irises were glowing. An orb of light appeared on her chest as the white light began to creep up to her, with strangely familiar feeling and letting it swarm over her body. Before everything was engulfed in whiteness. 

End of Mindscape

Her unconscious body suddenly encased her in light as her glowing figure slowly rose from the ground and looked towards to where the Insecticon went before she flew in a speed of light. Back in the room, Jack was still standing the platform, watching the card still downloading.

"This is taking a while." Jack said.

"Of course it is. We are talking about the collective wisdom of the Primes," Ratchet spoke to the comm link.

Jack then heard a noise behind him and assumed it was Nova but it was the bug instead which transformed and landed in front of him. "Back off, bug!"

The Insecticon advances toward him as Jack stood on his ground. He wanted to run but he can't allow it to destroy the keycard. As the Insecticon was about to squashed him when a sphere of light speed passed then appeared between them as it released a powerful blast at the Insecticon which was pushed back. Jack notice the light figure in front of him when the figure emerged from the sphere. Revealing a female robot in a blue and light turquoise armor with a little silver bit on each of her limbs. Her wings were electric blue attached to her as if they were glowing. Her helm were like in shape of a ponytail but in metal. Jack stared at her with a confused look, wondering who she was.

The mysterious minibot turned to the Insecticon who stood up as it screeched at her angrily as she got into her fighting posture. "Hey Bugface, you wanna messed with him, you gotta go through me first." She taunted in robotic voice. Jack's eyes widened when he heard her robotic echo voice.  "N-Nova?," He said disbelief.

"Jack...Stay back," She said to him which Jack took a step back away from her. The Insecticon screeched at her before It begun to attack her violently, it swung its fist into the ground as She activated her arm blade and a pair of skates appeared on the bottom of her feet before jumped out of the way, he also swiped her with the other hand which she managed to evade the attack. 

"Wooo-Weee....you may be big, but you sure are slow." Nova taunted while skating. As she stopped and turned around, its hand turned into a fist as it threw it down upon her, She took a slash at it as the hand cleanly slid off its arm, it leaked energon much to Jack's surprise.

"Woah....when did she become so strong?" JAck questioned in awe. The Insecticon screeched as he used the other hand instead, this time Nova turned off her armblades and switched her skates to Micron boosters which gave her a jump boost as she equipped a broadsword in her left arm then swung her blade over her head, but as she did so she had jumped overhead the robot and she was airbourne...

She let herself fall towards the Insecticon as she swung her sword into its head. Again like before she didn't even feel the blade cut its way through as she found  her feet on the ground again. She looked up at the Insecticon as it screeched in pain and raised his hand again, then it stopped as the whole one half of its body collapsed to the side followed by the other. Nova and Jack watched as the terminated body fell off from the bridge and into chasm. Nova looked over the bridge where the Insecticon fell.

"That's....for trying to squashed my friend." Nova said as she retracted the broadsword back into her left arm before turning to Jack. "Jack, Are you alright?" 

Jack was still stunned by her appearance and the attack of what she did to the Insecticon. "NOva, Is that really you? And Did you just single handle defeat an Insecticon?" He asked.

"Eh Don' t sweat it....That Bugface couldn't stand a chance." 

"But What happen to you? Your...." 

"I'll explain later after we complete the mission."

Before he could say something else, they heard the energy pulsing strongly again from behind as both of them watched the Matrix finished downloading and beeped indicating it was done. The energy stopped flowing into the key and the matrix behind it lowered back down. Everything went back to normal as Jack ran to receive the fully reloaded Matrix of Leadership.  

Nova and Jack then began to make their way back outside when they heard a familiar engine approaching as Arcee drove up to them and transformed, "We have the matrix." Jack told her holding up the key. Arcee nodded then turned to see a mysterious mincon beside him, much to her confusion. Jack noticed it that Arcee doesn't recognize her and told her that It's Nova.

Arcee's optics widened then turned to Nova, "Nova!? How did that happen?"

"Look, Can we talk about this later? We have a mission to complete." Nova said quickly.

Jack and Nova were riding on Arcee as they had made their way back down the route they came from. "We're approaching the space bridge." Arcee said.

"We're almost there." Jack said. "That's good news for me." Nova said beneath her mask.

"Ratchet we have the matrix, we're coming through." Arcee said over the comm link...there was no response, Arcee then swerved and transformed as it forced Nova and jack to jump off, "Ratchet?" Arcee said again.

They all stood staring at the space bridge as there was still no response from ratchet. Jack and Nova both looked up to Arcee, "something's wrong." She said, as they remained in their position.

"We can't not go through can we?" jack asked.

"Perhaps Megatron got wise to our plans." Nova said theorizing, "Soundwave is his eyes and ears after all, plus maybe that insecticon could've alerted him. Which means Megatron is on the other side of the bridge, in hopes of destroying the key."

"So what do we do?" Jack asked.

"Megatron probably knows that we will try and restore Optimus and he probably knows about Vector Sigma right?"

"What you thinking?" Arcee asked.

"Think about it...... he would probably expect one of the 'bots to go there to try and save Optimus, not a human. Kind of leading him down the wrong road if you will. It's inevitable that we have to go through, but he doesn't know that we know he's on the other side and has probably lowered his guard a little." Nova said. 

Arcee stared at the Groundbridge then at Nova as she assured, "Don't worry I'll keep Jack safe. Now, Go."

"Got it." She simply said as she transformed and sped at full speed toward the space bridge. "Come on." Nova said to jack as both of them entered the bridge. AS they reached to the other side, Nova and Jack saw OPtimus or Orion Pax with his back turned before turning to them. Both of them walked over to Orion as Jack pulled out the card and held it out to him.

"Are you... certain I am worthy?" Orion asked with hesitation.

Nova stood beside Jack and said, "More than you'll ever know, Orion. Believe me." She nodded to Jack as he held up the card and watched as a beam of light came from it and went right to Optimus' chassis. His chassis opened up and it went right to his spark. The beam ended and the card flew up into the air, then floating back into Optimus' waiting hand.

Megatron ran at them, slamming his sword down at Optimus. "No!"

Optimus stopped his blow and looked up at him. "Megatron!" His battle mask came over his face, rearing back to punch him. "Be gone!"

He punched the warlord in the face. And another. All the while the others started to gain conscious. Optimus delivered an uppercut and knocked the warlord off the platform which made everyone to smile and regroup around their leader.

Optimus looked over at his medical officer. "Ratchet, how did we arrive here?"

"Long story old friend." He said, as the whole team stood in formation against megatron.

"Base to Arcee, we're reading five autobot life signals down there. Is Prime with you?" Fowler asked through the comm link.

"And Jack, and Nova." She replied.

Megatron heaved himself back up as he growled angrily, the others proceeded to fire upon him as a groundbridge opened up beside them.

"It's ours!" Arcee announced.

"Autobots! Fall back!" Optimus ordered.

Arcee then grabbed jack while Nova and Ratchet followed behind. "This time, he's coming with us!" Bulkhead declared before he and Bee jumped through.

Optimus and Megatron continued firing at each other. As Megatron got closer, Optimus jumped through the Ground bridge as it was closing. Megatron growls which echoed throughout the cave.

Back in the Base

Arcee and Jack arrived first back at base.

"Jack!" June ran to her son and embraced him.

Bee, Ratchet, and Bulkhead returned and each of them were greeted by their human charges. Nova came out without anyone noticing her armor. Then everyone looked back to see Optimus enter the base.

"Optimus?" Raf gazed up at the Prime, feeling uncertain if he even remembers him, but to his surprise, Optimus does indeed remember him, "Hello Rafael." Optimus greeted the boy with a gentle smile on his face-plates.

"The big guy remembers us!" Miko said as she jumped in pure joy, "Woohoo!"

Optimus turns his helm to the left noticing a Decepticon symbol on his shoulder, "Although it seems there is much I do not remember."

"Optimus," Ratchet approached the Prime who was now staring down at him, " it has truly been our darkest hour, but know this: from every indication, your spark never ceased being that of an Autobot." Ratchet placed his left servo onto the Primes arm.

Optimus looks up and takes a few steps forward and stops right in front of the humans. His optics drifted down at the Autobot insignia that is imprinted on the main floor of the base, then his optics landed on a strange female robot with wings beside him. She spoke, "It's good to have you back, Optimus."

He didn't recognize her but for some reason her optics seem familiar. Fowler said, who was the first to notice her, "Uh....Who is that?" Everyone turned their attention to the blue robot which they were confused. Bulkhead said, "Is that a minicon?"

Raf said in awe, "She's a minicon.....I didn't know there was small size. Did you guys found her on Cybertron?"

"Actually that's...." Jack was about to them until it was interrupted by Miko who excitedly run to her and began to ask questions. "Woah we never had anyone that small before. What's your mode look like? How fast can you go? What kind of blasters you packing?"

"It'll be better if you stop asking those dumb questions." Nova said, repeating the words from before. Miko stopped when she heard her voice as she took a step back and said, "Huh?"

Campy jumped out of Raf's arm as he skittered towards to the mysterious minibot. He stared at her carefully before climbing and sat on her shoulder, nuzzled her with his helm. Nova chuckled as she petted him and said, "Hi Campy, I miss you too."

Everyone stared at her for a minute before realizing who she was. Miko said, pointing at her, "Wait Is that....?" Arcee stated, "Yes Miko It's NOva."

Everyone (minus Optimus, Jack and Arcee) said unison, "WHAT!!!!"

June said, "That's NOva but she looks like....robot?!"

Ratchet said, looked stammered by Nova's appearance,  "How was that possible?"

Arcee said, "Let's just say....Something happened on Cybertron."

Raf walked over to her and said, "That's amazing.....You look like a real Cybertronian."Bumblebee beeped, agreeing with him. Miko examined Nova, taking in every detail of her new armour. "That's awesome....Not only that, you have cool wings! Can you fly?!"

Nova take notice of her wings on her back and said, "Um....I think so."

"Does that mean you get to fight Decepticons?" She said.

"Hmm.....Maybe."

Fowler said frustrated, "So Is she going to stay like that? Cause if she is, How am I suppose to explained to them about your missing spacesuit? They will have my head if I don't gave back their property." 

 Nova turned to him, "Hey, It's not the first time I acquired an armor, plus I don't know how to deactivate it. It's not like I used my thoughts and removed an armor off." 

When she clutched her fists together, her chest began to glow as her armour dematrialized, changing back into her spacesuit. Nova had a blank look on her face as she examined herself. "Huh what do you know? I guess it worked." She said, removing the helmet off her.

"Well, That solves the problem." Miko stated. Everyone laughs at that, Fowler grabbed the helmet when he notice a crack. "What happened to the helmet?" He asked. Nova said, "It must have got damaged while I was fighting off an Insecticon." She bit her lip, realizing what she just blurted which made everyone shocked.

Ratchet said bewildered, "You battle an Insecticon?!"

Jack said, "Yeah, she did. You could have seen her in action."

Nova could feel Optimus' optics on her as he said, "It would seem someone should explained while I was in my absence, Won't you, NOva?"

Nova's shoulder shrugged by his tone as she smiled awkwardly, scratching her cheek gently with her index finger and said, "Hehehe....I guess I have some explaining to do.But  I warned you, you won't believe me when I told you."
