"Breakdown, are you sure this is the safest way to go?" Knockout asked, sticking close to his mate as he padded through the alleyway. He didn't like traveling in the human cities because there was dogs and humans who caught animals in traps.

Breakdown simply nodded, unable to answer Knockout due to the small bundle of fur in his mouth. Wildbreak was only a few weeks old and had just opened his eyes not too long ago, which still meant he was quite vulnerable to predators. Since Breakdown was carrying him by his scruff, he instinctively knew to stay curled up and not move.

The pair walked for a little while longer until Breakdown suddenly froze, his ears perked on his head. The fur along his back slowly rose up and if he wasn't carrying Wildbreak in his mouth, he would growl out loud. Knockout paused at his side, his entire body rigid as he nervously looked around. They barely had any time to react before a net was thrown over them and two humans came out of the shadows.

"Breakdown!" Knockout mewed helplessly, looking at his mate to make sure Wildbreak was still safely in his jaws. He relaxed slightly, but tensed up again when he felt a pair of hands wrap around him. He yelped as he was shoved into a cage, shaking his head and immediately scrambling to his paws. He saw Breakdown get shoved into a separate cage with Wildbreak and flattened his ears against his head.
