Icearena and the sparkling stared at each other.

In Icearena's mind, she was thinking of ways to murder Knockout and tie up Ratchet above a pit of scraplets while also thinking of a designation to call the sparkling.

Yes, she was an official carrier. Or was it foster carrier as humans put it? She never cared, it was a new mission for her.

And yes, she still never came up with a designation to call "The Sparkling."

Ice actually hoped that her friend would help her out with the names and the basics.

Even if he had no experience with sparklings. However, he was the only one she trusted who won't talk it out to anybot, and maybe even help her out a little with some suggestions.

The former soldier sighed tiredly as she laid her helm sideways on one servo. It was rather tiring for her to take care of the sparkling in front of her, and it wasn't even a week. Sure the sparkling was actually rather quiet compared to others, but the screaming and crying in night was rather disturbing.

She wondered if it was a good thing that she wasn't recharging, as in escape from constant nightmares, or a bad thing. It wasn't something she could quiet understand, though she would have leaned towards the bad...

Because she needed her recharge. And the sparkling's crying wasn't helping her recharge status.

::Ice, y'in there?:: commed a rather gruff masculine voice through the private comm-link all Team Prime had.

::You should ask if I wasn't in there Zaram:: huffed the navy femme in reply.

::Then open the damn door! Aye ain' takin' any chances!::

Ice rolled her optics at Zaram's exclamation. ::Chill, ya just almost got shot at and stabbed. Besides, I do need a security system in case anybot barged in!::

::Ice... Who'in pits of Kaon would think of barging in through the front door?::

The femme paused her thought at that, rethinking what she said.

::Y'might need some recharge fer once...:: he added, sighing as he stood five miles away from the front door, waiting anxiously for something to never happen.

::Then YOU take care of the sparkling...:: she replied with a tired sigh as she picked up the little bundle in front of her, a small sparkling canister filled with re-refined Energon, and stood up, walking over to the door.

She still swallowed on her fluids nervously, still holding the sparkling as gently as possible. She hated even more how the sparkling looked like her dead brother. In fact... She hated the sparkling.

But it wasn't in her servos to choose. It wasn't in her servos when the red vain medic spouted out the idea that SHE should take care of the sparkling. That it would HELP her.

And what made her more enraged was that Ratchet actually agreed to it.

And now her nightmares worsened. She never even wanted to take care of the screaming sparkling that kept on crying for no damned reason.

Ice stomached down the weird churning and discomfort as she opened up the door and nodded off at the dark colored mech.

::Door opened cyber cat, get in:: she huffed as she turned around and left the door open for her fellow friend.

::Aye ain't a cyber cat! Tis called bein' cautious!:: humphed back Zaram as he walked over to the door.

"Yeah right." She rolled her optics at him again and handed the incoming mech the sparkling, who was sucking on the Energon happily, and a datapad at greeting. "Thanks for getting this screamer off my back... Say, list of things is in the datapad, and don't wake me up unless it is an emergency," she yawned as she stretched out her metal, not giving Zaram any chance to speak out a letter and left at once.

The light ebony mech stood there stunned before he shook his helm and looked down at the sparkling.

'Tha's not gonna be hard...' he thought.

And trouble stewed over the day.
