IT'S NAMES!!!

OK, so this Stage is all about names. Requested by @CharTonk *roll applause* I will explain pretty much state all reasons and things around the subject

CYBERTRONIANS WITH HUMAN NAMES

I never really encountered a story where Cybertronians have human names to be honest. I did however encountered stories where Humans have Cybertronian names.

Alright, so I go around Wattpad and twice I had seen rants about this issue, read them, and decided to investigate.

I mentioned this earlier how we can not have Cybertronians with human names, and vice versa in the Cybertronian OC Stage.

Now, why would there be a Cybertronian named Emily or Robert? That's like naming a horse K-907 or a cat Max. Basically, too weird and absurd.

I have a theory that writers are having issues with Cybertronian names, and I have some tips to help.

Air+Sprinter=AirSprinter

That simple. Just get two words, and mash them into one.

Ratchet, Wheelie, Neon, Nightmare ect.

Maybe you liked names from other Fandoms that would fit Cybertronians

MagiKey, Knightress, Zues, Helios

HUMANS WITH CYBERTRONIAN NAMES

Now let's discuss about the vice versa.

So like my OC Sarah Alyasseri. Her last name suggests that she has a foreign ethnicity, which is true since her parents are from an another country. But now here's the question: Do you notice anything about her that is abnormal/Cybertronian? No.

But guess what? She has the power to transform household mechanics into humanoid robots. (Unless you read Keeper of the AllSpark. Then you would have known it)

But can we stop with the ridiculous habit of giving Human OCs Cybertronian names/clues? It's not really interesting at all, and it's the worst foreshadow I could think of.

Give a normal name. Search up baby names! Use your siblings name, friends, anyone! We want to be surprised!

I don't think the first thing parents will think up is a Cybertronian name like Kickwave or Bulkhead. They will think Ali or Ran or Sumayah or Emily.

MISSPELLED EXISTING NAMES

Really? Siebertron, Octimus, RC?

Am I missing a point? RESEARCH NAMES YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!

That goes with SPELLING IS IMPORTANT! A person who reads these misspelled names will think you know nothing about what you're talking about. Im sorry if it's harsh, but it's true.

If you have trouble remembering, then try to do some spelling tricks. Like Bumblebee is black and yellow like a bumblebee! Just try some tricks.

PRIME... OPTIMUS CHANGE YOUR NAME LEGALLY FOR ONCE

I would understand if your OC has the word Prime in their name in Transformers Animated, considering that rank is as common as a general. But in other universes? That's not a good idea.

A Prime is a rank of highest distinction in many universes, except Animated. It is used to identify the beholder of the Matrix of Leadership.

So adding a Prime to your OC won't make it cooler unless you are writing an AU where OP died earlier then usual and bestowed the Matrix to your OC.

I created more then 70 OCs, and none have the title of Prime. Even my OCs related to Optimus Prime don't have the title.

However, if you got a really good reason behind it, feel free. Just don't use the "He/She related to OP" excuse. Won't work.
