Now, by other I mean other alien species, cyborgs, AI, or something/someone else. Now, like I mentioned earlier the two main species are Humans and Cybertronians. So let's roll on!

CYBORGS/HUMANOID ROBOTS

UPDATE CORRECTION: Cyborg is a fictional or hypothetical person whose physical abilities are extended beyond normal human limitations by mechanical elements built into the body. (Thank you @DrgRcnGrl for correcting me) So pretty much this is where most writers would be led to Mary Sue trail. I suggest you watch at least some clips from RoboCop to get the general idea of a good Cyborg. Or Teen Titans.

Now we've all seen at least once about stories where there is a humanoid robot who has feelings. Now I know we all like to see the said robot learn emotions but...

IT'S NOT POSSIBLE! That is the AI that is creating a program for feelings, not the robot itself. Unless somehow an AllSpark fragment/spark got embedded within the robot, it will not be able to feel. Admit it, it's an AI, you can't fall in love with an AI.

Another thing to notice is that Robots have the AI of a HUMAN CPU. Which means it will be REALLY Difficult for it to be able to identify Cybertonian/Alien weaponry, technology, or even the Cybertronian itself unless informed otherwise. So that means that Ratchet's loved computers are definitely way smarter compared to a Human Made Robot.

Now if it were a Cybertronian Robot, that's another thing. Of course, they will be more enhanced, smarter, and effective.

But Key point is that Robot can not have true feelings. And that is final.

OTHER SPECIES

Now to mention one of my favorite shows, Ben 10. Perfect show on how many aliens can actually exist in our universe. You can always create your own alien species, or borrow from other shows (as long as you give credit to them, or get sued).

One time my brother drew this weird robot that was a hybrid of metal, Double Headed Monster, and a TV Screen, who was as tall as Grendizer (And Grendizer is like 30 meters tall).

And he wanted me to write a scene in my story about how the Transformers get defeated by it (LE GASP I COULDN'T DO IT)

So while I respected his originality, he even gave it the name H-8 6.0, and a backstory.

Hopefully you learned from it that you can do weird things. Unfortunately I can not really do a form, as it is kinda difficult but here are some key tips:

>Create a planet and everything for an alien species

>Keep Robots and AI emotionless

>Aliens/Robots/Cyborgs/Mythical Entities/AI/Fantasy OCs are not an excuse for perfect Mary Sues. This is not Winx Club or Barbie
