*3rd POV*

It was a peaceful night, until a spider robot came into view. It was making electronic whirring noises. It watched as two vehicles drove in towards some shipping containers with a weird symbol on it. 

Their engines rumbling before they break. One of them cackled. "Those Autobots are gonna lose their coolant when they find out we stole their stash." One of them said before they both transformed. 

They were Decepticons. "Serves them right for working with humans." The other one said before they walked towards the containers. The green mech opened the doors. Inside was energon, the stuff that powers them. 

"Sweet energon." The green bot said. "Just like my tip said--lots of goods, no guards." The other bot said, before they heard a horn blare. "Huh?" They both asked turning around. They saw a truck driving towards them.

Not just any truck. It was Optimus Prime. He transformed and walked towards them. "Optimus?" The yellow bot asked. "Things aren't always what they seem. That's your cue to surrender." Optimus said as he stood tall.

"Decepticons never go down without a fight!" The yellow bot said, before another vehicle came in. The vehicle transformed and turned out it was Elita-One. She stood beside Optimus. "I was hoping you'd say that. Makes the job so much more fun." Elita-One said holding her fist up ready to fight.

"Hardtop. Swindle. The war is over. We offer you a peaceful life." Optimus said, trying to be friendly. "Yeah, in prison!" Hardtop said holding his blaster. "Sorry, Optimus. We gotta blow!" Swindle said as him and Hardtop began shooting at Elita-One and Optimus.

Optimus summoned his axe, blocking the attacks as Elita-One ran off. Hardtop and Swindle leaped over a train car and transformed before speeding off. As they drove off, Elita-One came out of nowhere and ran on top of the shipping containers after them.

Hardtop drifted around a corner and shot at Elita-One, but she kept jumping on top of the shipping containers. She leaped onto something and leaped into the air and landed in front of where Swindle and Hardtop were driving.

Hardtop and Swindle transformed and before they could land on her, Elita-One used the wheels on her pedes. As shipping containers fell slowly, Hardtop jumped in the air and tried to get Elita-One but she leaped over him and grabbed him before slamming him into the ground.

She kicked him into some more shipping containers while dodging Swindle. Elita-One jumped in the air before Swindle could sweep under her pedes. Elita-One punched Swindle, causing his head to spin around a few times.

Before she punched him multiple times, before sending him into some shipping containers. He groaned and looked up hearing something. He whimpered and ran before the shipping container could hit him. 

Hardtop and Swindle tried to team up against Elita-One, but she held her own against them. She kicked them before leaping into the air and landing on another shipping container. She had them trapped between shipping containers. 

"What? You think I set this trap just to let you get away?" Elita-One asked while chuckling. "That tip was from you?" Hardtop asked angrily. "Here's another one--duck." Elita-One said with a grin on her face.

They looked up. "Aw, scrap." Hardtop said before a shipping container came flying towards them. Hardtop pushed Swindle out of the way. Swindle grunts before shouting and whimpering as Optimus threw away a shipping container.

"I'll never surrender, and you'll never find every Con on this rock!" Swindle yelled at Optimus. "Agree to disagree." Optimus said before the same spider robot from earlier leaped onto Swindle's face causing him to grunt.

He fell to the ground. Optimus grabbed the spider as it made electronic trilling noises. Suddenly a lot more showed up and jumped on Optimus causing him to grunt. He struggled against the spiders. 

"Uh, oh no." Swindle said before getting up and running away while screaming. Optimus threw the spiders to the ground and crushed all of them. He looked around at the spiders confused on where they came from.

Soon enough, Hardtop was in cuffs and the back of a trailer. Elita-One closed the doors and looked at Optimus as he walked over. "What is that thing?" Elita-One asked noticing the thing he's carrying.

"I've never seen technology like it. This isn't Cybertronian, yet we appear to be its target." Optimus said holding the spider up before placing it over his shoulder. "Think it has something to do with those rumors?" Elita-One asked curiously.

"About the Decepticons going missing? Perhaps. I fear what it may portend for all of us. There is more to this than meets the eye." Optimus said. And soon enough the trailer with Hardtop in it was being pulled away and to somewhere secret. Optimus and Elita following. They entered a town called 'Witwicky'.

| Somewhere else |

During the late night, a young boy and young girl were on the roof of their barn. They made a machine that can make a kite fly really easy. Their names were Robby and Mo. Mo gasped as it worked. "It's working! Great invention, Robby." Mo said as Robby looked at her smiling.

"Cross your fingers." Robby said and Mo did just that. Robby held up his phone hoping to get a connection. "Nothing. Try reeling it in some?" Robby asked and Mo did just that. Soon enough, his phone was connected.

"Finally! Hold there. Now I can text--" Robby said before he suddenly got a call from his dad. "Kids, dinner's ready! I couldn't find the aluminum foil, so it looks a little weird. Don't judge. Is that my bike? Where are you?" He asked looking confused.

"Uh, getting foil. We'll be right in." Mo said smiling. "Oh, my lolo gave that to me! Be careful--" He said but was cut off as the connection broke. Robby groans and covered his face. "Ah! Oh, wait, wait! Ah--" A woman named Dorothy said as her and Mo were thumb wrestling.

"Gotcha!" Mo said as they kept going. "Oh, I--oh, okay. All right now." Dorothy said as her and Mo kept going. "What did the petrified boy say about my cooking?" Alex asked as he brought over some plates of food. 

Robby was typing on his food. "It rocks." Alex said causing him to laugh as he placed it in front of Robby. Dorothy laughed as well as she looked away from Mo. "You rock." Dorothy said as her and Alex kiss.

"Especially when you make a hungry park ranger her favorite food." Dorothy said before her and Alex look over to Robby hearing the phone clicking. Robby chuckles while turning his phone off. "Son, put that away. You know we don't do phones at the table." Alex said softly.

"Just one more text?" Robby asked hopefully. "Connect with us, kiddo. This is our special family time." Dorothy said. "One, two, three, and the prize goes to me!" Mo said as she finally beat her mom at the thumb wrestling. 

Mo ate some food really quickly while laughing. Dorothy laughs. "Hey! No fair!" Dorothy said smiling. Robby sighs. "I know the feeling." Robby said softly before they all looked at each other with soft expressions.

"I was thinking, maybe tomorrow we can help you unpack your room and get rid of all those moving boxes?" Dorothy asked softly. "Yeah! You could even pick a color, and we'll paint." Alex said softly.

"I don't want new paint! I miss my old room in our old house. Can't we please just move back to Philly?" Robby asked his parents. "Robby, we talked about this." Dorothy said looking at him. "But you guys never listen! There's no phone service here, so I can't talk to my friends--" Robby said.

"Robby--" Dorothy said but she was cut off. "And the only Wi-Fi is in this room, where--guess what? I'm not allowed to use it! All so Mom can have her dream job." Robby said holding his fingers up and quoting.

"Son. Family support each other. We all made changes coming here." Alex said to their son. "And we're not leaving. So, that's enough until you're ready to have a respectful conversation." Dorothy said crossing her arms. 

Mo looked between her parents and her brother. Robby threw his fork and he ran off. He walked up the stairs grunting and slammed his door shut. "Maybe I should try talking to Robby? Lumpia is a great icebreaker." Mo said to her parents.

"Take extra." Alex said softly handing her some extra food and letting her go upstairs. "Robby. Bet you didn't know this house comes with free room--service." Mo said walking into her older brother's room only to find out he was nowhere to be seen.

She looked out the window and gasped. Robby rode his bike past the window. He rode down the road, before Mo came into view, riding after him. "We're not supposed to bike alone after dark! Where are you going?" Mo asked her brother as she followed him.

"My real home--Philly!" Robby said as he kept going. "You can't ride your bike all the way to Philly!" Mo yelled before panting. "Slow down!" Mo said before her bike chain popped and rattled. "I don't have turbo legs!" Mo said before grunting as she couldn't go any faster with her bike chain like that.

Robby stopped and turned to his sister. He saw Mo lay her bike down to fix the chain. He rode over to her and got off his bike and walked towards her. "I'll fix this, then you go. Got it?" Robby asked softly and Mo nodded.

Robby began fixing the bike when Mo looked over him, only to see trucks coming. "Uh, Robby?" Mo asked. "Quit shaking the bridge, Mo." Robby said not looking up. "Robby!" Mo yelled before pointing. 

Robby turned to see the vehicles coming. "Run!" Robby said before as they did, they saw the same spider bots that attacked Optimus. "What are those things?" Mo asked her brother as the vehicles got closer.

"Whoa--" They said as they get down, and as the spiders sent attacks at the vehicles. The trailer was sent in the air and the kids got up. "Run, and don't let--" Robby said before the truck hit the bridge and exploded. They yell out as they fell off the bridge.

They let out pained grunts as they were now rolling down a hill and onto flat surfaces. They took their helmets off. "You okay, Mo?" Robby asked his sister concerned. "I'll be better when I'm further away from those spider things." Mo said shivering.

"Yeah. Let's get you back to the house." Robby said and they began walking. "Does this mean you're staying now? Here with me and Mom and Dad?" Mo asked her brother. "Stop doing that." Robby asked turning to her before turning back.

"Doing what?" Mo asked confused. Robby groans. "Trying to control my life!" Robby yelled at her. "What's wrong with you, Robby? The big brother I know would never go on an adventure without me!" Mo yelled at him.

"He disappeared when we left the city. There's nothing here worth staying for." Robby said looking at the ground. "Not even me?" Mo asked hurt. "Well, you're--that's not--I don't--" Robby said before screaming at her.

"I can be loud!" Mo yelled before screaming with him. Suddenly a light shown from a cave. They both gasp and pant. They turned to the cave, before walking towards it curiously. What they didn't notice was one of the spider bots behind them.

They walked into a cave. Mo picked up a rock before they kept walking in. Only to find nothing. "Huh. Just a cool glowy cave." Mo said before dropping the rock she was holding. They saw a crack in the ground.

"Take it easy, John Henry." Robby said teasing his sister. Only to have the ground below them cave in. They scream as they fell through it. They slid down the side of the cave and landed on the ground.

They looked up to see where the glowing was coming from. "Whoa." Robby said as they saw glowing water, and a stone in the middle. "There's nothing like this in Philly." Mo said as they got up. 

"You think anyone's ever been down here before?" Robby asked. "Somebody had to leave that." Mo said as she pointed to the stone. Robby jumped on the steps to get to the center. Mo followed close.

Robby went to touch the stone, but Mo slapped his hand. "That's how scary movies start." Mo said pointing a finger at him. They faced the stone. "It could a mutant lightning bug egg. Or turn your hand into goo! Or maybe it's the cursed eyeball of a dinosaur god!" Mo said causing Robby to chuckle.

Robby touched the stone, and it tipped over and fell off the center. "Ooh. You broke it." Mo taunted her brother. "No, I didn't!" Robby yelled before going over to the stone. "See? It's fine." Robby said before grunting as he tried to pick it up.

"Give me a hand." Robby said and Mo walked over to him. They lifted it together with grunts. And as they put it back in the middle, energy warble noises were heard as the stone began glowing. Suddenly the water began to glow.

"Legacy of hope." A deep male voice said, causing Robby and Mo to look up. Robby yelped as he tried to pull his hand away only to be pulled back in. Mo and Robby were scared. "What's happening?!" Robby yelled.

"Robby, make it let go!" Mo shouted. Robby grunts as he pulled. And when he did, he grunts as he saw the energy on his arm. They both tried to get it off. "I can't get it off!" Robby shouts as sleeves were formed on their hands.

Mo shrieks scared. "Robby!" Mo yelled before gasping. Suddenly two spots of the water, began glowing. Magic happened in those two spots, as figures were formed. A male and female. And soon the glowing stopped.

"What are they?" Robby asked confused. Suddenly the two bots turned to them, and they felt something. Both Robby and Mo gasped, which had the two bots run off and hide. They peaked around the rock at Robby and Mo.

"Are they--" Robby said, before Mo finished. "Afraid of us?" Mo asked softly before facing her brother. "You felt that, too, right?" Mo asked. "Totally. It was like this sleeve thing was sending me feels from someone else." Robby said holding up his arm with the sleeve.

"From Twitch and Thrash." Mo said, gesturing over to the bots. The bots looked at each other before back at the two children. "How do we know their names?" Robby asked confused. "I think we're connected to them?" Mo suggested before looking up at the bots.

"Robby?" Twitch asked. "Mo?" Thrash asked. "They know our names too." Robby said before noticing his sister walking to them. "Mo!" Robby said. "It's okay. You don't have to be scared." Mo said softly.

The two bots hid behind the rock more as they got closer. But soon they peaked out more. They felt energy ringing between them. Mo gasped. "Huh. I feel...calm." Mo said softly before facing her brother.

"I think that's them, 'cause it's definitely not me." Robby said before they faced Twitch and Thrash. "Human?" Twitch asked. "Friend?" Thrash asked. "Friend." Mo said softly. Robby walked forward and held his hand up, the one with the sleeve.

Twitch stepped out from behind the rock, and she gently touched his hand. She gasped. Energy wired between them. "My sister and I won't hurt you." Robby said smiling softly. Twitch was smiling as well.

Suddenly the spider bot appeared out of nowhere. It scanned the two children and the two bots. It jumped at them. Mo screamed in fear. Robby held her close as Thrash got in front of them as Twitch transformed her arm into a blaster and blasted the spider.

Twitch's arm turned back to normal. "Wow." Twitch said looking at her arm. "No way! You're a Transformer!" Robby said excited. "Okay. We have to bring them home." Mo said grinning. "100%." Robby said as they held their arms up with the sleeves.

"Twitch, Thrash--real talk. How would you feel about a sleepover at our house? And being best friends?" Mo asked. Thrash and Twitch looked at each other before smiling at Robby and Mo. They looked at their sleeves.

"Warm fuzzies! TF BFF's confirmed!" Mo said happily. "Whoa. Whatever these cyber-sleeves are, they're gonna take some getting used to." Robby said. "We'll figure it out. Together." Mo said as she grabbed Twitch's hand and led them out with Robby. What they didn't see was the spider bot turn back on.

Somewhere else, a man watched the footage of what happened. He watched Twitch blow up his spider. "So, there are more Decepticons in the area. Friends of yours?" The man asked turning around.

Hardtop was strapped to something. "Aw, come on, man. I don't even know those guys. There's an Autobot code against torture, you know." Hardtop said as he couldn't get out. The man chuckled. 

"Oh, I'm no Autobot, or one of their pathetic allies. And you're about to help me become so much more." The man said grinning down at Hardtop. A lot of spider bots were surrounding them.

Back with Mo and Robby. Robby was making sure their parents weren't watching as Mo led Twitch and Thrash. "Coast is clear." Robby said as he looked at them. "Dad fell asleep on his students' essasys again." Mo said.

"Shh!" Robby said as Twitch and Thrash followed after him. "Aww." Twitch said as she looked at Alex. "Who's that?" Thrash asked waving. Mo giggles. "Let's go." Mo said as Robby opened the barn door and let both bots in.

"Just wait till we tell them we adopted two Transformers!" Mo said happily. "Whoa, whoa, whoa. Mo, we can't tell Dad or Mom that." Robby said to his sister. "How come?" Mo asked confused. "Think about it--we're just kids. These are two totally new Transformers born on Earth! They'll take them away." Robby said to her.

She nods. They both walk over to Twitch and Thrash. "You got to hide here for tonight, okay?" Robby asked softly. They felt their feelings. "Aww. You feel frowny." Mo said softly. "You don't want to be with us?" Thrash asked sadly.

"No! We do. Listen, Thrash, I was leaving this place forever when I met you and Twitch. But now, you're the only reasons I might stay." Robby said before grunting in pain as he was punch. "The second reason." Robby added.

"Please just hide till morning." Robby begged. "Then we'll figure out how to make everything A-okay with our parents so you can stay with us forever!" Mo said happily. "I sense hope. You mean what you say." Twitch said softly.

"Absolutely. Tomorrow, we'll show you what it means to be Transformers." Robby said. "Hmm. Till then, check these out." Mo said picking up a Transformers comic. She and Robby handed Twitch and Thrash one. "You'll start to see why you're so special." Mo finished.

Twitch and Thrash looked at each other excitedly. They began reading them as Mo and Robby left the barn. Robby chuckled. "They'd never believe this in Philly." Robby said as he put his arm around his sister as they walked to the house.

| The next day |

"Are you glad we traded in this city for this?" Dorothy asked her husband. "Every day, hon. It's a new beginning for all of us." Alex said to his wife smiling. Dorothy looked out the window while drinking her coffee. 

She smiled softly as she looked outside. Robby was snoring till he heard rhythm tapping. He grunts as he gets up. He looked and saw Mo and Thrash outside his window. "Huh?" Robby said before opening the window.

"Mo says you like to sleep late. Why? That sounds so boring." Twitch said as she came out of nowhere, causing Robby to fall. "We read your history books! Yo, these Transformers guys are bananas!" Thrash said happily.

"Hmm. Strange. They were vehicles in the issues I read." Twitch said grinning. "Uh, glad you liked them. They shouldn't be out here!" Robby said before whispering the last part to Mo. "Working on it." Mo whispered back.

"Who wants to play hide and seek!" Mo said in a sing songy voice. "Oh, a competition! I'm listening." Twitch said happily. "Great! You go hide, and uh, I'll try to find you." Robby said. Thrash stood up and grabbed Mo. 

"Ready, set, go!" Thrash said as he jumped one way while Twitch jumped the other. "Wait! Not where Mom and Dad can see!" Robby yelled. Dorothy walked to the door and opened it. She closed it and began walking towards her vehicle.

What she didn't notice was Thrash and Mo hiding in a tree. Mo gestured for him to hide further up the tree. He climbed up just in time for Dorothy to turn around and see her daughter. She waved at Mo before getting in her car and driving off. 

Turns out, Twitch was hiding on the other side of the vehicle. "Mom saw Mo! New game." Twitch said looking at Mo and Thrash. "Get in the barn and wait for Robby?" Mo suggested. "Nope! Transformer stuff! Ay-yi-yi-yah! Whoa!" Thrash said as he posed on a branch, before falling.

"Whoa!" He yelled and grunts as he hit the ground. "Well, got style points for pain." Thrash said painfully. "Maybe comics weren't the best way to teach them about being bots." Mo said holding the comics.

"Did I change into vehicle mode?" Twitch asked causing them to look up. "I feel so minivan!" Twitch said but she wasn't exactly transformed. "Yeah. Twitch and Thrash need a crash course on Transformer life." Robby said.

Thrash yelps and grunts as he hit the ground. "With less crashing." Robby added. "Maybe we can get Dad to tell the story of how Transformers came to Earth! Twitch and Thrash can listen and learn why they're different from Cybertronians." Mo suggested.

"And why they need to stay hidden." Robby said. "Tell me your secrets!" Twitch yelled shaking the minivan, causing its alarms to go off. Mo and Robby quickly dragged the two bots away from the blaring minivan.

Alex came outside and turned the alarm off, confused. He looked around only to see nothing and he went back inside. Soon enough, Twitch and Thrash were listening to them through the barn doors. 

"A breakfast burrito picnic? I was going to insist on lecturing inside, but son! Hand-held food and history is the way to my heart." Alex said before hugging Robby. "Ow! You're standing on my servos!" Twitch whispered to Thrash.

"Yeah, well, I can't hear!" Thrash whispered to her as Mo shut the door. Mo tapped on the door rhythmically. Mo smiled. "Uh, come on, Dad! Tell us about the Transformers war." Robby said as him and Alex sat down as Mo followed shortly after.

"My favorite story?" Alex asked before chuckling. "Okay! Okay, okay. On September 17, 1984, everything on Earth changed. But we begin on Cybertron." Alex explained as he didn't see Twitch and Thrash open the barn door.

The scene showed a destroyed planet. "A planet light years away populated by heroic Autobots and dastardly Decepticons." Alex explained as it showed Optimus, Elita-One and Grimlock on the Autobot side, and Megatron, Starscream and Soundwave.

"Dad, isn't that oversimplifying things a little?" Mo asked but it looked like Grimlock said it in the flashback. "Hey, who's telling this story?" Alex asked but it looked like Optimus did in the flashback.

"An epic battle raged between both sides--the mighty Optimus Prime versus the cruel Megatron." Alex said as the flashback showed Optimus and Megatron on opposite sides. "One shall stand. One shall fall." Alex said in a deep voice mimicking Optimus.

"Ooh! Can I do Megatron?" Robby asked but, in the flashback, it looked like Megatron said it. Alex agreed. "Why throw away your life so recklessly?" Robby asked in a deep voice mimicking Megatron.

"Enter Bumblebee, the most daring, most brave--" Alex said but was cut off. "We get it, Dad. He's your favorite." Mo said. Alex chuckled. "You know it! And of course, there's one of the most important femmes of this story." Alex said.

"Izzy!" Mo and Robby said excitedly. "Exactly. The sister of Optimus and Megatron." Alex said causing Twitch and Thrash to be more interested. "Bumblebee and Izzy held the line on Cybertron." Alex explained.

"We got this, you guys!" Mo said mimicking Bumblebee. "Okay, bye-bye, thanks." Alex said mimicking Optimus. It showed the rest of them being transported to Earth. "On Earth, incredibly brave humans joined forces with Optimus Prime--" Alex explained.

"Like Mom!" Mo said happily. "There's nobody braver, kiddo. And if you can Bumblebee-lieve it, Bee showed up again too! Along with Izzy." Alex explained. "Hey, guys!" Mo mimicked Bumblebee.

"But Megatron and his Decepticons threatened to crush everything in their path. So, to protect the universe, Optimus destroyed his only way home--the Spacebridge--" Alex said as the flashback showed them destroying the Spacebridge and the connection to Earth and Cybertron destroyed.

"With the hope that humans and Cybertronians could live together in peace." Alex said. "Huh. Maybe this Optimus guy has a point." Robby said in a deep voice mimicking Megatron. "The Transformers war was finally over." Alex said.

"Dad, what happened to Bumblebee and Izzy?" Mo asked concerned. "They were never heard from again. Some say they believe Izzy was lost or taken offline. But Bee might still be alive somewhere! Like I always say, Bee an Optimist! Prime, not a Negatron." Alex said.

Mo giggled. Mo and Robby looked to see Twitch and Thrash. "Uh, thanks for the story, Dad." Robby said as him and Mo ran into the barn. Alex sniffles. "Oh. I'm gonna need another burrito." Alex said picking up another burrito.

Robby closed the door as Twitch and Thrash were thinking. "Well? Wasn't that epic?" Robby asked, when they felt a feeling from them. "I'm getting confusion?" Mo asked confused. "It's just that even if we are Transformers, we don't feel like part of their story. Or fight." Twitch said sadly.

"Yeah. I mean we can be warriors later. Right now, I want to learn about this place!" Thrash said happily as he stomped his foot. Twitch caught a pitchfork before it could hit Mo and Robby. They looked at him, seeing that he didn't notice.

While that was going on, Dorothy was simply driving to work, when suddenly she saw what happened on the bridge last night. "What in the world of what?" Dorothy asked before she stopped.

She got out of her vehicle and began setting up traffic cones, when she heard engines rumbling. She turned around and she immediately knew who it was. She held her hand up, telling them to stop. 

Elita-One and Optimus transformed and walked towards her. They knocked her cones over. Elita-One and Optimus stared down at her. "You messed up my cones." Dorothy said casually. "Sorry, Dot. OP's having...a day." Elita-One told her. 

Optimus tried to pick up one of the cones, but it didn't work out so well. "Which continues. This city may be in danger, Lieutenant Malto." Optimus said to her. "It's Ranger Malto, OP. I work for Park Services now, not Autobots. The war is over, and so is our association." Dorothy said turning her back to them while holding her cones.

"Think of it as working for GHOST." Optimus said. "I don't believe in ghosts." Dorothy said. "GHOST is a secret military agency, the one we work with to ensure safe Cybertronian-Earth relations." Elita-One explained to her.

"GHOST created your job to relocate you to their headquarters here." Optimus told her, causing Dorothy to look at him shocked. "So, all this is a lie." Dorothy said looking down. "We needed the best. A mysterious new enemy is threatening this town, one that attacks our convoys and abducts our prisoners." Optimus said as Elita-One showed the spider bot.

"You're telling me Decepticons and more of whatever this is, are right here in Witwicky?" Dorothy asked before they heard the sound of distant rotors whirring. Dorothy just stared as did Optimus and Elita-One.

Turns out, it was Megatron. Megatron stood tall. He picked up Dorothy. She stared at him. Megatron growled. "You always knew how to make an entrance, Megs." Dorothy said causing Megatron to laugh.

Megatron set Dorothy down. "Terror in the skies." Megatron said. "Honor in the streets." Dorothy said. "Platoon Cyber Strike reunited. I heard GHOST wanted you on the team." Megatron said to her. 

"Well, if it means working with you, maybe it's not all bad." Dorothy said smiling as she had her arms crossed. But she frowned while looking at him. "Any sign of your sister?" She asked. Megatron sighed.

"Sadly not. But we're still looking." Megatron said causing Dorothy to nod, before she looked at Optimus. "So, Optimus, what's our game plan?" Dorothy asked him. "I'm investigating several theories. Meanwhile, these drones will do a sweep to collect intel." Optimus said. Six drones flew in the air and began flying off. 

"Come on, Twitch!" Robby said as him and Twitch were in the woods. "There's loads of games we can play." Robby said as Twitch leaped over a log and landed on the ground. "Like--" Robby said but was cut off. 

"Bet I can name more birds than you!" Twitch said. "That's more Mom's thing." Robby said. "Ready, go! Leslie. Mike. Kerri with an I. Kerry with a Y. Spizwig." Twitch said. Robby chuckled. "Pretty sure Spizwig isn't a name." Robby said smiling.

"Shh! You'll hurt his feelings." Twitch whispered to him. Robby chuckles. "Well, I bet I can hit more targets than you." Robby said pointing to a rock that was sitting on another giant rock. Robby threw a rock at it with a grunt.

It didn't even move. "Nice, Robby. My turn." Twitch said before she got ready and she tried to blast it, but it wouldn't work. She grunts. "Aww, how'd my lasers work yesterday? Maybe my arm is at the wrong angle, or maybe target practice requires different weaponry. Or maybe it--" Twitch said before she was cut off.

"Think fast!" Robby yelled throwing a rock at her. Suddenly Twitch's arm worked, and she blasted the rock, sending it flying into the rock, and it fell over. "Whoa! I knew I was good, but I didn't know I was the best! I wonder what else I can do." Twitch said happily.

Meanwhile, Thrash was juggling Mo, and some rocks. Thrash laughs. "Yo! This is the single greatest feat of my entire life! I am a master--Mo?" Thrash asked as he noticed he wasn't juggling Mo anymore. 

Mo giggles as she was now in a tree. Thrash grunts as one of the rocks landed on him. Mo giggled more. Thrash whirs as he felt Mo's emotions. "Hey. You're not upset anymore." Thrash said looking at her.

"I was upset?" Mo asked confused. "You just felt sad. Everything you did was touched by it." Thrash explained softly. "I guess I've been worrying about my family. This move was hard, and I--" Mo said but she sighed softly.

"Just want us all to be happy." Mo finished as she looked down. "They probably want that for you, too." Thrash said as he reached up to Mo, who gladly jumped into his servos. "So, to make them happy, be happy!" Thrash said happily. Mo smiled at him. 

Robby and Twitch were doing their own thing. One of the drones were in the air. Twitch climbed up a tree. She looked at the drone. "What's that bird's name?" Twitch asked, thinking it was a bird.

"Interior circuitry. Unknown power source. Come on, eyes, look closer!" Twitch said before her eyes suddenly scanned the drone. Twitch yelped. "Weird feels. Really weird feels!" Twitch shouted before she suddenly transformed into the drone, but a red one.

"Huh. It looked bigger from far away." Twitch said not realizing what she did. "Twitch! You transformed! You have a vehicle mode!" Robby said happily. Suddenly the other drone came over and flew down to Robby.

The drone scanned Robby, but more specifically the arm on his sleeve. Suddenly the drone was shot down by Twitch. Thrash and Mo walked over. "Uh, I feel like we missed a lot." Mo said as they saw the destroyed drone.

"Twitch is a drone now!" Robby said happily. "Aw, I wanna change into something!" Thrash said jealous of his sister. "It happened by accident, but I kinda like this. First, you have to stare at something really hard." Twitch said as she pressed against Thrash.

"Okay. Stand still, future Thrash mode!" Thrash said as he stared at a squirrel but ended up with a pebble thrown at him. "Ow! It's cool. I dig the weaponry." Thrash said frowning before looking down.

"We should go into town. You'll have way more stuff to pick from there. You guys want to come?" Mo asked Robby and Twitch. "Nah. If I can fix this, Twitch and I are on for some ultimate sky racing." Robby said as he wanted to fix the destroyed drone. "Suit yourself." Mo said.

Five of the drones went back to Optimus and the others. "Missing one. Tell Wheeljack his tech has bugs--the explode-y kind." Elita-One said as Megatron was moving stuff out of the way. He walked to Dorothy.

"I'm glad you're here, Dorothy. GHOST isn't a perfect ally, but Optimus believes they'll help our kind make a home on Earth." Megatron told her. Dorothy scoffed. "Optimus always sees the bright side, even when there isn't one." Dorothy said as she walked on the flipped over truck.

"Don't be so hard on him, Dorothy. Clearly, we've had disagreements, but when I joined the Autobots to the end the war, I saw that Optimus always does what he believes is right, no matter the personal cost." Megatron explained to her softly.

Dorothy looked at the symbol on the side of the truck. She sighed. "GHOST." She said before turning to face Optimus and Elita-One. "The drones didn't find anything. We'll need to search the town ourselves. Autobots, roll out!" Optimus said as he and Elita-One transformed and sped off. Dorothy and Megatron watched. "I can never tell if he means me." Megatron told her. Dorothy laughed. 

| Meanwhile |

The man who had Hardtop captured was doing something to him. Hardtop groans. "Stop struggling, Hardtop." The man said as Hardtop was struggling. "When my brother gets here, he's gonna squash you like a spider! No offense." Hardtop said to the spider bot that was now on his chest. 

The spider bot shrugged. "Oh, I hope he does. Get here, I mean. I'd love to keep my makeover in the family. Have you pinpointed the location of your destroyed colleague's intel?" The man asked his bot.

The spider nodded and showed him. "Witwicky. Your brother can wait his turn. I have more tantalizing quarry, ripe for the picking. Arachnamechs, to the hunt." The man said and the spiders were prepared.

| With Thrash and Mo |

Both of them are on a building to help Thrash scan for a vehicle mode. "People might freak out if they see a new kind of bot. We could still find you a cool vehicle." Mo said as Thrash scanned a few vehicles but none of them felt right.

"I don't want to turn into any of these, Mo." Thrash said sadly. "That's okay. The fight set of wheels is a huge choice. You know when you find it." Mo said to him softly. Mo sighs. "Like my bike. Rocinante. I sure miss her." Mo said softly.

"What made her so special?" Thrash asked interested. "She was sure the fastest on our block! Sleek lines, all-terrain tread. When I rode Rocinante, I felt like a warrior goddess!" Mo said and they felt emotions between each other. 

"There will never be another one like her." Mo said, and Thrash looked like he had an idea. They didn't notice the arachnamech behind them. "Let's go find you an alt-mode." Mo said before gasping as she saw the arachnamech.

"Finally! I was hoping to get my turn with one of you guys!" Thrash said before he was suddenly tackled by the spider. Thrash yelped as he tried to get it off. He tipped over and fell onto the ground. 

The arachnamech tried stabbing him, but Thrash dodged with grunts. "It looked easier when Twitch did this!" Thrash said with a high-pitched voice. The arachnamech squeals. But as the spider was about to blast Thrash, Mo hit it with something. "Buzz off, bucko!" Mo said to the spider. "Dig the trash talking, Mo!" Thrash said before the spider got back up. 

| With Twitch and Robby |

"This...is...epic! Whoo-hoo!" Robby said as he was riding on top of Twitch as she sped through the woods. Suddenly they felt something, causing Twitch to stop, which caused Robby to go flying off. 

"Whoa!" He yelled before he landed in a bush. He looked at his sleeve. "Mo and Thrash! They need us." Robby said looking at Twitch who landed beside him back in her normal form. "I feel it too! How can we find them? Should we get help? They feel so freaked out! What do we do?" Twitch asked. 

"They were going to town. We'll start there and come up with a strategy once we find out what's wrong." Robby said and Twitch nodded before they began running off but stopped to look at the destroyed drone.

| Back with Thrash and Mo |

The spider began making its way towards Mo, who quickly climbed up the ladder. The spider jumped up to get her. Mo gasped. "Oh no, you don't!" Thrash said as he grabbed the spider and threw it away from Mo.

He began hitting it with things, but it soon jumped at them, but it was shot down. "Thrash, it's time you learned the art of the victory dance." Mo said before she began dancing. "Whoop, whoop!" Mo said before her and Thrash began dancing.

"Technically, that was our win." Twitch said as Robby put his foot on the now dead spider bot. "My win." Robby said showing the now fixed drone. "What--come on! I can't even get on the scoreboard?" Thrash asked.

"To be fair, I was button mashing." Robby said before, the drone he fixed was grabbed by another spider bot. "Good news, Thrash. Here's a chance for you to do some mashing." Mo said before more appeared.

"Lots of chances." Mo said as the four of them were cornered together. Suddenly they were blasted. The spider bot that wasn't blasted, turned to see Elita-One with a blaster. More was grabbed and destroyed by Optimus.

"Whoa, Optimus Prime?" Mo asked surprised. "He sure showed those ro-bozos who's boss, right Mo?" Thrash asked holding up his hand for a high-five. "Eh?" Thrash said before they looked up to see Dorothy in the back of Megatron's alt-mode.

Suddenly emotions were sent through the sleeves. "I don't understand. You feel happy and sad at the same time?" Twitch asked confused. "Well, we're glad to be safe, but--" Mo said and Robby finished. "There's gonna be consequences." He said as they looked at Dorothy.

They walked out of the alley with Thrash and Twitch following them towards Dorothy, Elita-One, Optimus and Megatron. Optimus, Elita-One, and Megatron looked at Thrash and Twitch confused on where they came from. 

Dorothy walked towards her children and bent down. She hugged them. "Oh, if I wasn't so glad to see you safe, I'd be furious! What are you doing out here? And where'd you find these bots?" Dorothy asked looking at Twitch and Thrash.

"They're brand new, Mom!" Mo said as Thrash and Twitch waved. Optimus cleared his throat. "I'll contact GHOST. They can take these two bots to HQ for safety." Optimus said. "Twitch and Thrash." Robby suddenly said.

"Excuse me?" Optimus asked confused. "They have names. And they should stay with us! We can protect them." Robby said. "Where did you say they are from?" Megatron asked. But horns and engines were heard. 

They saw a GHOST van pull up. "Quick response! This is your ride." Optimus said softly. "Wait! We don't want to go anywhere without Robby and Mo." Twitch said quickly. "You won't." Robby said determined.

"Please, Mom! You can't let them take Twitch and Thrash!" Mo said worried. "I know you're worried about your friends." Dorothy said softly. "You don't get it! They're more important than just friends." Robby said.

"Which is why we'll keep them very safe." Optimus added. "We have to trust Optimus right now. As soon as we sort things out, you can visit them. I promise." Dorothy said to her children. Mo gently grabbed Thrash's hand. 

"It's gonna be okay. Mom always keeps her promises." Mo said as she led Thrash towards the vehicle. Twitch followed after sadly with Robby. Twitch got in first, then Thrash after he slowly let go of Mo's hand.

Mo backed away from them. "We'll see you as soon as we can." Robby said. Dorothy placed her hand on his shoulder. Robby got out her hold. Twitch and Thrash looked at them sadly before the doors shut. 

They watched as the vehicle drove off. But instead of a GHOST soldier, it was the same man who had Hardtop driving the vehicle. He grinned as he drove away. Dorothy, Mo and Robby were sitting in the van as Alex was getting stuff from the back.

"So, let me get this straight. You were chased by robot spiders into a glowing cave, two new Transformers were born from sludge, you brought them home to adopt them, and didn't tell your Mom and me?" Alex asked them.

"We were going to tell you, honest! We were just...waiting for the right time." Mo said to her parents. "Immediately is the right time! You could have been hurt back there." Dorothy said to her children.

"You kids can always talk to Mom and me about anything." Alex said softly. "Like you'd listen. Nobody ever asked Mo and me if we wanted to leave Philly, and now that we finally found friends here, you took them away. Why would we tell you anything?" Robby asked them.

"We're not the only ones keeping secrets, Mom. I thought you were done working with Transformers. And who's GHOST?" Mo asked her mother. "I was kinda wondering that too, Dottie." Alex said to his wife.

"Turns out GHOST is my new boss. I'll be helping Autobots bring in the bad guys and protect the good ones. Lotta surprises for everyone today." Dorothy said. "Like us meeting Twitch and Thrash! They're family now." Robby said. 

"We're connected! When they're sad, we're sad. When we're happy, they are too. Thrash and Twitch are a part of us." Mo said as her and Robby held up their arms that had the sleeves on them. 

Dorothy and Alex looked at them. "Those come off, right?" Dorothy asked hopefully. They looked up as Optimus walked over. "Ranger Malto, GHOST has no record of the truck or driver. The young bots could be anywhere by now." Optimus told them.

"What?!" Robby said shocked. "You lost our brother and sister?!" Mo yelled. "Excuse me, Mr. Optimus? Big fan." Alex said but Dorothy looked at him with her hand on her hip. "Don't worry, young Maltos--my team will track down your friends." Optimus said to the kids.

"Not alone, you won't. I made a promise. Twitch and Thrash are my responsibility." Dorothy said, causing Mo and Robby to smile. Alex slurped his drink.

| Meanwhile |

The man that took Twitch and Thrash held his hand out. "Come in. Welcome. I'm so excited to meet you. Please, sit." He said to Twitch and Thrash who walked over and sat down. They looked at each other before doing just that.

They gasped as they saw one of the spider bots. "Watch out! Those things are dangerous. They've attacked us twice." Twitch said getting ready to blast it. The spider looked at the man before looking back at them.

"What? No. It must have been a misunderstanding. Don't just my friends by a few bad apples. These spiders are fun-loving little bots. Show them." The man said and the spiders went towards them and made a tower.

Thrash clapped believing it. Twitch looked at him unimpressed. Thrash and Twitch sat down as the man stood in front of them. "Now, tell me about yourselves. Where are you from?" The man asked them.

"Here! Uh, well, not here-here. See, there was this creepy cave, and then there were, like, all these lights--" Thrash said as they both were scanned. The man read over the scans. "Fascinating. Organic-energonic hybridization." The man said not listening to Thrash.

"I'm like, ha-hah, what's that?" Thrash asked. "Not unlike myself. What are you?" The man asked facing them. "Transformers?" Twitch asked as her and her brother looked at each other before facing the man. "We think." She finished.

"Not Cybertronus cybertronii. A new species, entirely from this planet. You are Cybertronus terrans!" The man said. "Whatever you say, Mandroid." Thrash said. "What did you call me?" Mandroid asked.

"Oh, well, if you're gonna name us, we get to name you, right? Half human, half android. Mandroid?" Thrash asked. "Mandroid--is a gross oversimplification of--" Mandroid said before grunting as he stopped himself.

"Tell me more about this creepy cave." Mandroid said. Twitch and Thrash looked between each other, and they felt feelings. They had bad feelings.

| Meanwhile |

Robby and Mo felt Twitch and Thrash's emotions through their sleeves. "I can feel Thrash and Twitch! Their emotions are this way!" Mo said causing Alex to drive quickly. Dorothy grunts. "Dad, left!" Robby said feeling it.

"Whoa!" Mo said. "Oh." Dorothy said. "Thank you for sharing your lane!" Alex said to the other car. "I'm texting Optimus and Megatron our coordinates. Hopefully our route isn't too confusing." Dorothy said before she answered a message.

It showed the messages. "Someone's got to stop his emoji abuse." Dorothy said before Megatron called her. She immediately accepted it. "The robot gets me every time." Megatron said before laughing. Dorothy smiled as everyone else did. "Good to be on a mission with you again. Like old times." Megatron said, really glad he can do this again.

| Meanwhile |

Mandroid was talking to Twitch and Thrash more. "We have much in common, you and I--part of two different worlds, neither of which accept us for who we are." Mandroid said before clenching his metal arm. The metal clanks loudly.

"So, we much be more." Mandroid finished. "I'm reading lots of Robby and Mo feels, and they're pinging closer!" Twitch told her brother. "Yeah. Well, it's been weird, Mandroid. Our friends will pick us up." Thrash said trying to get up, but he was stopped.

"Oh, but I was counting on a much longer stay." Mandroid said as he put Thrash back in his seat. He pressed a button, and they were strapped to their seats. They grunt as they tried to get out. "For parts, at least." Mandroid finished.

"What the--" Thrash said. "Hey!" Twitch yelled angrily. Soon, Mandroid's machine came towards them. "Let us go, creep!" Twitch shouted. "Not cool, Mandroid!" Thrash shouted as they grunt still trying to get free.

Suddenly the door exploded. Optimus, Megatron and Dorothy were seen. Optimus walked in. "I believe you're holding our young friends against their will." Optimus said. "This is Robby and Mo?" Mandroid asked.

"Stand down, mister..." Optimus said not knowing what to call him. "Mandroid." Thrash told Optimus. "Mr. Mandroid." Optimus finished. "That's not my--" Mandroid said before growling. "Arachnamechs, tear them limb from limb!" Mandroid said as the spider bots raced towards them.

Megatron immediately blasted them. "By all means, resist! It's my favorite part." Megatron said happily. The spiders powered up and blasted towards them. Megatron shot at their blasts. Optimus made his axe appear and he began sending the blast back.

He tried to shoot the thing above Twitch and Thrash, but one of the spider bots jumped in front of the shot. Optimus noticed this and he blasted at it before hiding behind something. Megatron did the same with Dorothy on his shoulder.

As that was going on, Mandroid powered up his machine and it went towards Twitch and Thrash who began whimpering in fear. Optimus grunts as the explosions kept going off. Soon enough, Elita-One came through the roof.

She blasted the spiders. "Elita-One. How about a little Decepticon-Autobot tango?" Mandroid asked before pressing a button. Suddenly bots appeared. Elita-One glanced behind her. "For old time's sake." Mandroid said and he ran off. 

Elita-One tried to go after him, but she was stopped. Mandroid laughed. Elita-One grunts. Mandroid punched a door and ran through it. His way was blocked. Elita-One fought the two Decepticons.

Alex, Mo and Robby were outside. Alex was reading a comic. Robby and Mo were watching the blasts. "Don't worry. You're Mom's got this." Alex said, not looking up from his comic, believing in his wife.

"Megatron, cover me." Dorothy said as she got off his shoulder. "Mm. Just like the Battle of Burbank." Megatron said letting her down. "I'm going for Twitch and Thrash." Dorothy said and Megatron did like she asked, covering her.

Optimus did the favor and covering her as well. Dorothy kept going before pointing her gun at the machine and destroying a part of it so it could stop the machine. "Yay!" Twitch and Thrash before screaming as one of the spider bots came to them.

But it was blasted off of them. The console was shot, and they were let free. Dorothy came over. "Okay, kids, move out, now!" Dorothy said to them. Elita-One blocked punches from one of the Decepticon bots. 

"Your heart's not in this, is it?" Elita-One asked before punching the bot and dodging his punch. "Brain either." She said before punching the bot into the air and kicking him through the wall. She transformed before coming out of her alt-mode to fight more.

She kicked the bot. Alex gasped. "Elita-One is using Ariel's Gambit! Pinch me!" Alex said. "Uh, Dad? Which Decepticon is that?" Mo asked gesturing to another bot. Alex gasped as a bot came through the wall.

"That's, um--Skullcruncher." Alex said nervously. "How'd he get his name?" Robby asked. Skullcruncher transformed into his alt-mode which was a freaking crocodile. "Some things are better left in the history books. Seat belts!" Alex shouted as Skullcruncher was heading towards them.

He bit into the van before flinging it around. When he realized it wasn't working. He transformed out of his alt-mode and went to smash the van, but he was shot at. Suddenly Twitch came flying over, blasting Skullcruncher. 

As he tried to punch Twitch, he missed and got the ground, causing the van to go flying. Everyone screams as they went flying, but Thrash caught them just in time. He put them down. Skullcruncher went to blast him, and Thrash threw away the van, taking the blast.

He rolled into somewhere they couldn't see. "Thrash!" Mo yelled worried for him. Thrash laid on the ground, before grunting and looked up. "Rocinante." He said weakly as he saw a horse symbol on a bike. 

He touched it, and suddenly everything felt just right. Suddenly he leaped out of where he landed in his alt-mode. His engine roaring. He knocked Skullcruncher off his servos. Alex, Robby and Mo watched.

"Rocinante rides again!" Thrash yelled before speeding in a circle and he transformed out of his alt-mode. "Whoo, whoo! Whoo, whoo!" Thrash said as he was dancing. "What are you doing?" Twitch asked her brother.

"Victory dance. Mo taught me." Thrash told his sister. Mo and Robby ran to them. "What happened to you guys? Are you okay?" Robby asked worried. "Short answer, yes. Long answer is gonna have to wait because we're in the middle of a battlefield!" Twitch yelled before Skullcruncher stood back up.

Twitch quickly got Robby while Thrash transformed into his alt-mode, and he got Mo. "Whoo! Yeah!" Mo yelled happily. "Whoo-hoo!" Robby said as they were a part of the battle. "Oh, babies grow up so fast. Seems like just yesterday I was teaching them to say--Decepticon?" Alex said noticing a Decepticon appear in front of him.

"Okay, minivan, if you're secretly an Autobot, now would be the time to let me know!" Alex said a little panicked. The bot stood up and went to hit the van, but he was blasted. "I know that sound!" Alex said looking up. 

He took his comic down, and it was...Bumblebee! "Bumblebee?" Alex asked surprised. "Pretty brave to face down a Con by yourself. Guess that makes you an honorary Autobot, huh?" Bumblebee asked Alex before they heard something.

Bumblebee immediately took care of the Con. After everything was finished, they were all gathered together. "Honest, I don't know what came over me! I'd never fight you, Megatron, no matter what side you're on." Hardtop said but he grunts as he was pushed forward a bit.

Dorothy jumped down gently and Megatron let her down. She hugged Robby and Mo tightly and kissed their heads. Elita-One sighed. "Ahh. Plenty of prisoners--just not the one we need." Elita-One told Optimus.

"Something tells me we haven't seen the last of this Mandroid." Optimus said. "Aww, is it already over? I was just getting warmed up." Bumblebee said as he punched the air. Optimus chuckled. "Bumblebee, I didn't call you out of hiding for one fight. I have a new mission for you. To train our youngest members, the first of Cybertronian kind to be part of our world and this one. They'll stay with me at--" Optimus said but he was cut off.

"No. I'm sorry, Optimus. I respect your concern for Twitch and Thrash, but these bots are bonded to my children. That makes them family, and nobody--not you, GHOST, or any army of Decepticons--is taking them away." Dorothy said firmly.

Robby, Mo and Alex ran towards her and hugged her tightly. Twitch and Thrash joined them as they had a real family now. "Ranger Malto." Optimus said bending down before he laughs. "I was hoping you'd say that. These young bots--" Optimus said but was cut off.

"Terrans. That's the name Mandroid gave us." Twitch said. "The only thing we like about him, by the way." Thrash added. "These Terrans deserve to learn about both of their worlds, and I can think of no better human protectors than you and your family." Optimus said.

Alex cheers while running happily. "Does this mean Bumblebee is coming to live with us?" Alex asked happily. "Ugh." Bumblebee said softly. Thrash looked into a grill and blew into it, causing it to heat up more.

He yelped and backed away, bumping into Alex. He apologized. But Alex chuckled smiling. "Over here!" Robby yelled. "Twitch, Twitch!" Mo said. "I'm open, I'm open!" Robby yelled. "Here, here!" Mo said happily.

"Pass the ball!" Robby said. Twitch jumped in the air, grabbing Mo and flying over to the goal, letting Mo drop the ball inside. "Whoa! Drip drop!" Mo said happily. "Okay, my turn to be on Twitch's team." Robby said.

An engine roars as wheels squeal. "Hi, hon. Hey, Bee! How was work?" Alex asked as Dorothy got out of Bumblebee letting him transform. "Definitely new territory." Bumblebee said as he poured water out of his blaster.

Alex and Dorothy kissed softly. "We rescued an egret tangled in fishing line. Good day." Dorothy said before the flames could be heard. "Oops." Alex said closing the grill before facing Robby and Mo. 

"Kids, have you seen that foil?" Alex asked. "We'll get it, Dad!" Mo yelled as her and Robby went to the roof of the barn to get the foil. Twitch joined them. "Robby?" Mo asked. "Hmm?" Robby asked. "I think I like it here." Mo said smiling. "I think I do too." Robby said as him, Mo, Twitch and Thrash looked into the night sky. Twitch pointed to the moon.

*???'s POV*

I watched from the trees as the family, Bee and the Terrans had a good night. I smiled softly and leaned against the tree. "One day, we'll meet again, Optimus, Megatron...then we can be a family again." I said before walking off.
