I finally opened my eyes and I expected to see the battled field but instead all I see was a bright white light.

Ace: Wait what I thought I didn't die.

I quickly stood up and looked around before realizing I was in a hospital. I looked around and I saw many flowers and balloons, also a stack go get well soon cards. I had needles stuck to my arm and my mouth was very dry.

Ace: Damn im thirsty.

Then I heard the door open and there I saw my brother carrying flowers, looking sad until he saw me. He quickly walked towards me and put the flowers to the side and gave me a gentle hug.

Will: Ace I though I lost you! I was so worries your heart stopped for a good while.

Ace: Im here and alive Will *Smiles*

Will: You idiot! Do you know how badly I was worried thinking you were gone forever!

I looked at him, his eyes are watery about to cry but then he looked away and laughed then turned towards me again.

Will: Don't ever do stupid shit like that every again, you really scared me Ace, All of us. Ive cameo see you almost everyday.

Ace: Its okay Will im okay now.

Will: I know Ace, I glad your awa-

Ace: Wait! What about Sam? How Long have I been unconscious for?!?

Will: Same if very fine we thought ht died too but Luckily he woke up after a while, and you been out for about a month

Ace: Woah that long

Will: Yes we were so worried

Ace: Is Optimus alive?

Will: *Smiles* Yes your boyfriend is very much alive

Ace: He's not my boyfriend!

Will: Not yet At least

He chuckled and I just rolled my eyes at him. Then he went to go get a doctor which should have been the first thing he should have done instead of talking to me.And after the doctors checked me I was free to leave. Unfortunately tho I had to use crutches cause I ended up breaking my leg.

Ace: So um where are we going?

Will: Home the others going to stop by tomorrow well Sam and bumblebee going to stop by today if that's fine

Ace: Yeah of course

Once I showered and ate I waited outside for Sam and Bee to come, turns out the whole squad ended up coming and I mean everyone. The autobots stayed parked infant of the yard honking at me while Sam, Jason, and Shelby ran towards we happily

Jason: You awake thank God

Shelby: We were so worries!

Sam: Im glad your here now Ace

They all gave hugged me and helped me move towards the autobots who greeted me happily and were happy for me to be alive, almost everyone was there But Optimus.

Ace: Where is Optimus?

Ratchet: He erm well he was behind up but then he disappeared

Ironhide: I don't think he could face you at the moment as of right now

Bumblebee: Yeah...Big boss, was very....angry when.....he saw you on the.....ground not....moving

Sam: Yes he was very angry

Ratchet: He's been very quiet, more than usual and has asked many times about your health status

Ironhide: Yeah, and he is not going ti like the injuries you have right now and that big ol' scar on your face

Bumblebee looked at him and buzzed angrily at Ironhide, and Ironhide mumbled a small apology

Jason: Its not that big I mean its a cut from your eyebrow not to big it looks cool.

Ace: Its fine I don't really care im alive that's what matters

Shelby: Not to Optimus

They all stayed quiet before Ironhide broke the silence

Ironhide: is there human food I can smell it

Ace: Oh yeah come inside Sarah made plenty of food

As the night went on we talked laughed and just kept talking bout old memories. It was fun seeing the Autobots in their holoform again. Although I was a bit sad that Optimus didn't come to visit me. Eventually everyone left and I went to bed getting ready to sleep.

Ace: Mmm now to get some rest

I went under my covers and fell asleep in an instant.

I ended up waking up to slight tapping on my window, at first I though it was the branch of a tree hitting my window but then it got a bit louder and I finally sat up and looked out my window just to see a pair of familiar bright blue eyes. I rubbed my face trying to wake my self up a bit then opened my window

Ace: Optimus?

Optimus: Hello...Ace

Ace: What are you doing here its so late

I looked at my phone and it was like 3 in the morning, I was tired then I looked back at him?

Optimus: May you please pack some clothes for I say 4 days

Ace: 4 days?

Optimus just nodded at me and I agreed, I grabbed my crutches from the side of my bed and started to look for a backpack.

Optimus: Here allow me to help.

I turned around to see his Holoform, he stared down at me it was so good to see him again I felt my heart start beating faster than before. Before I was able to hug him he moved and looked for my backpacking started putting some clothes in there not just random but specific clothing which was good because I didn't wanna wear nothing bad.

Optimus: I think that is all, hmm

Ace: Ill bring other things that are necessary for me

Optimus nodded understanding and then disappeared, then I wondered about how Worried Will and Sarah will be if they see am gone, so after I got the rest of my stuff I wrote them a note saying I left with Optimus for a few days. Then I saw Optimus holding his hand out for me to climb on and I did so. He put me down then transformed into his vehicle mode and I got in.

Ace: Hey Optimus where are we going?

Optimus: You will see

I nodded and then his Holoform appeared in the drivers seat. I slightly smiled and then I heard him let out a small sigh.

Optimus: Ace, I apologize for not being to protect you, I am your guardian I am suppose to protect you...I am sorry I have failed in that I did not want you to get injured in anyway way but I was not able to stop that

He looked at my leg then at me most likely looking at my scar I had, then I looked at him and smiled slightly

Ace: Optimus, Im a stubborn person. Me getting hurt is going to happen no matter what. Im glad that I was able to help to get you back

I started to tear up but tried to hold it in

Ace: I thought I lost you, when I saw you die it hurt a lot, you died protecting me, you died so I would live. Don't say you didn't protect me because you did. These injuries were because of me, not you. You did your part and it was my part to help you come back to us.

He stayed quiet and his grip on the steering wheel got tighter

Optimus: When I saw you on the ground unresponsive, and Captain Lennox holding you tightly as if his whole life was taken away, I felt like that as well, I was...enraged I wasn't there to protect you from hard but I promise you know that I will forever protect you even if it means me losing my life again.

He had a serious look on his face and he faced the road and then let out a sigh and looked at me.

Optimus: I am very glad you are alive I would have not forgiven myself if you have passed under my guardianship.

I gave him a small smile and for the rest of the ride we just talked about how the whole month was with out me. eventually we made a stop and I saw that the sunrise was coming up. Optimus helped me to our destination. It was beautiful my hearted started to be very fast and I felt my face heat up

Ace: Is this why you didn't come earlier?

Optimus: Yes

Ace: It is really beautiful!

Optimus: I also got this

He went behind a tree and came back with a picnic basket and some beautiful roses. He out down the picnic basket down and gave me the flowers

Optimus: I hope you like them

Ace: I love it!

He helped me sit down onto the blanket and we ate the food that was in the picnic basket as we watched the sunset rise.

Optimus: I have one more thing I would like to show you later on as well it is over there but we have to wait till it gets dark again

He pointed somewhere in the far distance, we it wasn't far it was visible. I simple nodded at him with a smile. It was quiet then my heart started to beat and I thought this was my chance to finally tell him.

Optimus: Ace I would like to talk to you about something?

He looked serious and then he touched his hair as he was thinking on what to say before he turned to look at me.

Optimus: There have been this feeling within me that I do not know how to describe. They are good feelings. But I feel like they may have consequences. My spark tends to beat faster than it should, I feel uneasy but it is a good uneasy feeling, I feel comfort, Safe, trust. I feel many good things. I only feel all of that when...I am around you. Hearing your laughter and seeing your smile brightens up my spark. 

My eyes widen, I didn't expect that at all he looked at me with a bit of worry and then kept going.

Optimus: I know what these feelings are and it is love although I am afraid 

Ace: I have those same feelings for you as well Optimus, there is no need to be afraid of them

Optimus smiled at me and put his hand on my cheek and lightly stroked it.

Optimus: I am very glad you feel the same way Ace...but that is not what I fear of. I fear that I may put you in danger, if the deceptions every find out these feelings that we have together 

Ace: Optimus we can do this together, I know you want to be together other wise you wouldn't tell me how you felt other wise.

A small smile appeared on his laugh and then he looked at me.

Optimus: Ace you are very admirable, you know me very well. But yes you are correct. Ace would you like to be as humans say it girlfriend?

Ace: I would love to Optimus

Optimus: I am glad to call you mine

Ace: I am glad to call you mine as well Optimus 

Both went in closer towards each other and shared a gentle kiss and just kept looking at the sunrise.

Ace: I love you Optimus

Optimus: I love you as well Ace

Ace: Also Optimus, you don't have to worry about me being in danger all the time I have the power of a cybertrionian

Optimus: The power of a cybertronian?
