Jason's POV

''Well she... she kinda snapped at our teacher,'' Diaro whispers looking around.

I messaged him after I saw Cira. She looked like something happened, something which upset her. The fucked up thing is that I couldn't ask her myself, I have to ask other people to find out stuff about her.

Diaro came directly out of class to meet me.

''What happened?'' I ask him, wanting to know as much as I can.

Did the teacher say something about her accident?

Diaro doesn't look me in the eyes when he speaks.

''She didn't hear the teacher calling for her because she had earphones in.'' I look at me for a second. ''When Jade got her attention she reacted a little irritated than the teacher tried to get her attention again but Cira pressed her hands against her ears.'' he stops for a second.

Pressing her hands against her ears?

When Diaro sees my frown he speaks up again.

''Well her ears hurt, I guess because her music was pretty loud and she looked like she was in pain. The teacher didn't notice that so she said that it was kinda childish of her.''

Wow, good job. She was in pain and the teacher calls her out on being childish.

''Cira didn't get it and the teacher said something about understanding she is having a hard time and than Cira snaped. She smiled kinda creepy and asked why she would have a hard time. After that, she said that people like the teacher are causing her to have a hard time. The teacher got angry and sent her out of class.''

I nod. This is probably the first time she has been sent out of class. She seemed upset about that, she is not the girl who gets sent out of class for being rude. She is not like that and she knows it, that why she is upset. She isn't happy, she is confused and angry.

I close my eyes for a second.

It will be fine,

It will be fine,

She will be fine again.

I walk out of the school without looking at Diaro again.

It almost 5 am when I get home, dinner is almost ready.  I go to my room and leave my school stuff before heading to the main dining room in Jake's house. Everyone is there except for the twins. They are keeping an eye on Cira today. As I said, everyone has their part in this. I will make sure nothing like what happened will ever happen again. 

Cira is probably outside now because if she was at home the boys would be back already.

I sit down at my place in between Jake and Nathan. Liz brings in the last bowl of salad, we all start eating while talking with each other. The table is filled with all different kinds of food. Rise, fries, vegetables and different kinds of meat.

Aiden talks about a meeting with another pack close by. He, Nathan and our fathers started to connect more with them. They all wanted to know about what happened. Apparently, Agus wasn't just a normal wolf. He stopped aging and that was something that attracted a lot of attention. I didn't pay attention to what they had to say about him. Not giving him any more attention.

I feel Jake's eyes on me and when I look up I see that Valentina is also looking at me before looking back at her brother. Of course those two know something happened. They always know when something is up with me which annoys me sometimes. The thing is they never put me in a position I don't wanna be at, like asking me about it here in front of everyone, unlike Aiden.

''So Jays what up? How is Cira doing? Any new?'' he asks as the whole table turns silent.

"Well it's not that I can just ask her,'' I say and take another bit.

I hear Jake making a sound next to me, I know he wants to tell me that I can just ask her.

''Well she is not doing any better, I think things are getting worse.'' My words come out angry, I hate being in this position.

Aiden looks surprised and I see all their sad expressions. ''How come? Did anything happen?'' he asks.

''Well she snapped at a teacher and got send out.'' I feel anger rising in me.

''I feel so bad for her,'' Valentina says and really looks sad. 

She likes Cira, fuck I think everyone here liked her, even Nathen stuck up for her. But with Valentina it was different. She never had a girl to take to and be friends with.

''Yeah well that was the thing, she is getting sick of people treating her like she has a hard time,'' I say staring at my plate. ''But you know she has a hard time because people know more about her life than she does. It's just fucked up.'' I didn't notice my voice getting louder and harsher.

We hear the door open and the twins ender the living room. Everyone looks at them waiting for them to speak up. I know that none of them knows what to say to me.

Justin's eyes meet mine before he starts talking. ''She went to the park, to let her little brother and his friend play on the playground with his friends. I think she has been there for an hour.'' Justin says. Justin is serious he seems to notice the vibe in the room.

Joshua is normally the one speaking up first and being too outgoing. I shift my eyes to him and see that he is about to say something.

''I'm not gonna lie,'' he looks at me, ''She looked really unhappy.''

Justin looks at him with his eyes squeezed together probably saying something in his head. 

I drop my fork on my plate and push away from the table ad all their eyes are on me again.

''I know,'' I hiss and walk to my room.

When I enter my room I fall down on my bed. Pushing my hands to my face.

What the fuck am I suppose to do! 

I hate feeling so powerless, so useless! I hate not being able to do something, to help.

On my bedside table is a picture of the wedding. I grab it and look at it. It was the moment Cira and I had to walk down the aisle. She looked absolutely beautiful. She had her arm around mine and looked up at me with the most beautiful smile on her face. I looked back at her with a grin on my face I remember how proud I felled to have her on my arm.

The next day we would have gone on our first date. But it got all fucked up. 

I haven't seen her smile since the accident.

I know I have to do something.
