I scramble up and look up at the God in front of me

He had long black hair to his shoulders with a trimmed black beard. And cold stone eyes as they stare down at me

"You've been causing a lot of trouble. William." He says coldly and I glare at him

"Me? You should look in the mirror. First you break your promise that you swore to Percy about letting the gods be there for your children, then your harassing my Dad. Then to top it all off! You go after my Mom!" I yell and I hear demigods that were coming to watch gasp hearing this and Jason, I watched and I saw his face get angry looking at Zeus

I see Persephone behind Zeus and she disappears. Probably to tell Hades

"Apollo disobeyed a direct order-"

"You broke the most ancient promise, my Dad was following the rules that mattered." I snap and the sky gets dark as thunder clouds rolled in around us

"I would watch your tongue boy" He warned and Jason gets his sword out and I noticed Austin and Tanner ready to jump in and I see Nico running to us in the distance

"Or what? Your gonna put me in a coma like you did to my mom?" I growl and thunder booms

"That's enough!" He shouts and suddenly a lighter bolt comes from the sky coming towards me

I barely had time to register to move before I'm shoved out of the way and someone else gets hit

I'm laying on the ground as I sit up and gasp

My Dad, he was laying on the ground as lightening goes through his body

"Dad!" I yell and grab him which I get shocked but he coughs sitting up.

"I'm okay. Immortal remember?" He says and I notice my siblings stare at him wide eyed and he gives them a weak smile before growing in size and turning in his godly appearance facing Zeus

"This is enough Zeus." He said and Zeus glares at him

"If you would have listened in the first place none of this would have happened!" He shouts and thunder rolls

The Sun rays blast through the clouds as I see my Dad starts shaking with anger

"Why would I listen to you! Just because you have two kids and one doesn't want nothing to do with you and the other barely tolerates you doesn't me we all have to ignore them. I have several kids that I barely get to know because of you. Athena, wants to be apart of her children's education, Aphrodite wants to give her children make overs! Hermes wants to cause mischief with his! Poseidon wants to be in Percy's life and his grandchild! What's wrong with that? Just because you have to be a dead beat parent doesn't me all of us do." Apollo exclaims and half the demigods seem shock at this statement

Jason looked proud at his half brother God but Zeus on the other hand

Looked mad.

"You have no right questioning my authority! I Zeus Ruler Of Olympus hearby strip you of your deity powers!" He yells and suddenly and lightening comes to Apollo

Jason goes to fly towards it but is blocked off by a wall of bones that separates Zeus and Apollo

Apollo catches Jason as he is in giant version and holds him in his hand

I look to the wall and I see Nico with his hands on the ground holding the wall there and I run to him

His eyes were red as he glared toward Zeus and collapse the wall

"You have a lot of nerve arriving in this camp." Nico snaps and Zeus eyes go angry

"You have a lot of nerve to speak to the King Of The God's" He says and Nico laughs which scares me because it sounds insane and his red eyes glow

"You're no king to me. You're a coward, your weak. You pick on innocent mortals, you force demigods to do your dirty work because your too afraid." He says and he makes the ground under him raise to get to Zeus level and stare him in the eyes

"I'm a Child Of Hades, the ghost king. My father is the King Of The Underworld, and everyone hates him. But he actually becomes a father when I need him. I get have dinner with him. I have a room in his palace. He helps me when I need it, he holds me when I'm upset! He is more busy then any deity alive! Because death never stops. Never. Someone somewhere always dies. And yet, he makes time for me. Because he is a father! So your 'I'm the King Of The Gods' excuse is bullshit! Because all you do is sit on your fucking thone and watch as all these demigods lose their lives to do what you want. Your pathetic!" Nico screams as the ground under us shake

A lightening storm brews and I look at Jason who was on my Dad shoulder and as a lightening heads to Nico, Jason catches it with his sword and swings it to Zeus. Which it doesn't effect him but Zeus looked shock as he sees Jason hovering

"Stop this Dad." Jason says but Zeus uses his hand and smacks him away which Nico thrusts his hand out causing the ground to lift and catch Jason so he wasn't hurt

I run to Jason and he looks shock but I snap my hands in front of him

"Get me to Nico" I say and he nods and grabs me flying up

"Zeus knock it off we can't fight right here with all these kids!" Apollo yells trying to protect the demigods around us but Zeus uses the wind and sends Apollo flying backwards

"I don't care. As for you di Angelo. If you like your father so much. I'll send you right to him!" He booms and another lightening bolt is sent to Nico

"Throw me!" I shout and Jason throws me too Nico and as he is about to get hit I tackle him off his stand and we go falling to the ground barely missing the bolt as it hits the piece of ground Nico was standing on

Suddenly we are grabbed by a giant hawk claws and Nico snaps out of his rage and his eyes turn orange

"Frank!" He yells and I hold Nico to me as Frank drops us to the ground gently and Zeus glares at me as I hold Nico by his waist glaring back at him

"Where is your father now son of hades!" Zeus yelled and suddenly the ground splits open and skeletons crawl out

Nico smirks his eyes going magenta/golden brown

"Right here" booms a voice as from the ground and Hades appears in armor and Persephone next to him with a smirk on her face

"Also, you mess with my son. You messed with death" Hades says and the campers back away except what's left of the 7 and Athena and Apollo kids

"Hades" Zeus says coldly and Apollo stands next to Hades

"Good timing" He mutters and Hades smirked

"Here's your bow." He says giving Apollo his mighty bow which makes Apollo smirk

"The last time you tried to over throw me it didn't work!" Zeus said and Persephone laughed

"You got trapped until they finally released you" She says and thunder booms over them and she rolls her eyes

"Watch it" He says and the ground shakes as Hades glares at him

"Just let the God's and Goddesses communicate with their kids and put Will's mom back to her normal state and this will end." Apollo said and Nico eyes slowly turn red at the mention of my mother's state

Zeus looks at me and Nico growls and Zeus looks at Hades

"I'll make a deal. If William Solace can locate his mother's body with out help of any deity. In 3 days, And calm the angry spirit of his mother. I will end this. And let the Olympians communicate with their kids." He says and I felt eyes on me

"He won't do a dam thing you as-" Nico starts but I cut him off

"Deal, but on one condition!" I shout and Nico froze looking at me with teal/yellow eyes

Zeus raised an eyebrow and shrunk his form to be the same height as me and Hades and Apollo did and stood next to me

"You promise. But this time you have to promise with your immortality." I say and he looked taken back and thunder boomed

"What does that mean?" He asks curious

"If you break this promise your immortality will be stripped from you forever. And you will no longer be a God." I say and thunder booms and a lightening crashes loudly over us and he contemplates this

"And if you don't finish this in 3 days? What happens to you?" He asks me and I think

"I...I'll take my Mom's place. If I don't find her and save her myself you'll switch us. She'll live and I'll become a restless spirit while my body is in a coma...till I die." I say and Nico freezes at my side and I hear my Dad move to me but Hades stops him

"That's a big risk." He says and I just stick my hand out

"I swear on the River of Styx." I say and thunder booms

"Will no" I hear my Dad but I ignore him

Zeus grabs my hand and shakes it "I swear on the River of Styx" He says and thunder booms and we shake

"3 days, starting tomorrow at dawn. Remember the rules. You can bring only 1 person." He says and glances Nico who eyes were glaring at Zeus dangerously red

"Deal" I say quietly and he disappears suddenly I'm I hear my Dad

"Will-" but Hades grabs him and whispers in his ear and they look at Nico who wouldn't look me in the eye

"Dude what's going on?" Jason asks and I sigh

"Look ask my Dad he'll explain everything...I need to talk to Nico." I say and Nico starts heading to his cabin not waiting for me

I'm in trouble.

Jason sighs "Dude, good luck. You'll need it." He pats my shoulder and heads over to Hades and Apollo who was talking to Chiron

I take a deep breath and slowly make my way to Hades Cabin

I've never been so scared to go into that cabin. It's been a safe haven but tight now I'm very nervous.

I let out a shaky breath and walk in and I see Nico pacing back and forth. Not looking at me when I walk in and i notice he was covering his eyes with his hair

He hasn't hid his eyes from since we got together. He really doesn't want me to see how he is feeling...

"You're a fucking idiot." He finally snaps and I sigh

Was expecting that.

"Nico I-" but he cuts me off still looking away

"Gambling with death is probably the stupidest decision you've ever made since I met you. Did you even consider how people would feel with you gone? How I would feel?! I know you wanna save your Mom but this isn't how you should go about it!" He shouts and I felt anger creep up inside me

"I know it wasn't the smartest decision okay but don't bring my Mom into this. I will do anything to save her even if it means my life!" I say and he growls

"Did you ever consider how it would make her feel knowing her only child died because of her! She will live with that guilt for the rest of her life, it will haunt her!" He said getting closer to me

"How do you know?! She hates me!" I exclaim and he clenches his fist

"I just fucking know Will! I just know!" He said and I shake my head

"You wouldn't know" I say with a bite to my voice he snaps his head at me

"My Mom died because of Bianca and I and Bianca died because of me! And I live with it every single day of my life! Don't tell me what I don't know!" He screams and I finally see his eyes

They were black, white, teal, and gold and I stared at them and realize tears were forming in them

(Black as in depression and anger, white is fear, teal is worry, and you all know gold is romantic love)

"Nico-" I start softly and he grabs my shirt and rest his head on my chest as he bites back a sob

"I lost my Mom and my sister Will...please...I can't lose you too...I can't take it this time." He says and he was shaking as he held his tears back

I wrap my arms around him and hold him to me

"I'm sorry Nico...I just wanted...if I lost the bet for my mom to be okay...I wasn't thinking about how it would affect anyone I just wanted her safe. I'm so sorry" I whisper and he sniffles and takes a shaky breath

"I understand...I would be like this too. That's why I was mad. I don't want you like me. Your smarter." He says with a s9mall laugh and I smile

"We will get through this Nico. I know we will." I say and make him look at me and his eyes slowly turn to teal and gold now

"You have a lot more optimistim than I do." He huffs and I chuckle and kiss his head

"Its my job." I say and he sighs and looks around

"I guess we better pack and go to bed. We have a quest tomorrow." He says and I raise an eyebrow

"Funny to assume your the one coming." I smirk and he shoots me a playful glare

"Funny to assume I'm not." He snaps with a smirk and I chuckle and we go to pack our stuff

"Grateful I'm off my period." I mutter and he laughs

"That would have sucked." He said and I elbow him playfully and he rolls his eyes

"Even if you were I would have helped you in any possible way." He adds on and I smile at him

"I know who I'm taking with me on quests when I'm on my period." I joke and he looks at me

"You are taking me on quests whether you like it or not." He says and I raise an eyebrow

"Even if the prophecy doesn't mention me?" I smirk and he turns to look at me. His eyes  mixed golden brown and yellow

"If Percy can sneak on quests he isn't apart of then so can I." Nico says certainly and laugh

"Good to know." I say as we finish packing our bags and adding some snacks for the road

"I'll need to stop by my cabin and grab some money." I say and he nods

"Sadly I won't be able to get anything from my Dad because of the 'no deity help' rule." He says and I smile at him

"Poor rich boy. No money from Daddy" I tease and he scrunches up his nose

"Don't call him him that. It's weird." He says and we change into our pajamas

"Guess I'll just leave that to you calling me that." I say and Nico freezes as he takes his shirt off and his eyes turned bright blue with pink flecks appearing in it and his skin turns red

Wait does he actually have a daddy kink?

I smirk at the thought and he doesn't comment and goes back to getting dressed

"You got awfully quiet." I tease and he rolls his eyes which were still blue with pink flakes

"Even though you're a sex positive Ace I still find it mind boggling you initiate the sexual stuff" He says and I shrug

"I like teasing you so it comes into the actions. And like I said I like you feeling good and messing with you. I just don't want anything sexual done to me." I explain and he nods at that

His eyes turned gold which to me shows he is listening and taking what I say to heart

"Would it uh...make you uncomfortable if I ever called you sexy or any sexual related stuff?..." he mumbles shyly and I smile at him

"No it wouldn't. It's like a part of you that makes you feel good on calling me that. Now there are probably sex positive Ace people at there that would be but I'm the type that doesn't mind. As I said just don't touch me in a sexual way and we're fine Kitten" I say and he nods and he is in his sweats with no shirt on

"I'm gonna wear a sports bra tonight. It's not a tight one I promise." I say and he nods at me with a smile and I finish changing and I'm now in a sports bra and sweats

Nico and I climb into his bed and he snuggles close to and I hold to me and he tucks his head under my chin

"I feel stupid.." he mumbles and I pull away slightly to look at him

"Why?" I ask curiously and he blushed and his eyes were blue

"I know little to nothing about acesexuality and I have all these stupid questions." He mumbles and I chuckle

"You can ask me anything. It's not talked about much for some reason so i understand why you don't know much but I'm not gonna judge you for asking questions. I'd rather you know than assume." I say and he huffs

"You said it's a spectrum...what other kinds are there." He asks and I think

"Well there is the one where you want to be in a romantic relationship but no sex at all, which you knew that one. There are some where they aren't romantically or sexually attracted to anyone and want to be single. There are the sex positive ones like me where you want to give your partner pleasure but none in return. There are some who want to receive pleasure but don't wish to give it because they are uncomfortable. It just varies really which is a cool thing about being ace! It doesn't single people out." I explain and he nods

"That's really cool" He says with a small smile and kisses me softly and I kiss him back

Nico relaxes against me and tucks his face in my chest and arms wrapped tightly around my torso and I chuckle at this

"Your so cute." I mumble and he hums but doesn't say anything

We lay there in silence for a bit and and I almost fell asleep before I heard Nico say something

"Aren't you scared...?" he asks softly and I look at him and he is hiding his eyes from me with his bangs

I decide to let him be and respect his wishes but I sigh looking up at the ceiling

"I'm terrified." I whisper and he holds onto me tightly

"I'm going to help you and protect you Will." He says and I kiss the top of his head

"I know Kitten. I know. Get some sleep okay? We have a long day tomorrow." I say quietly and he goes back into his position

"I love you Will." I hear Nico mumble as he then finally falls asleep

I lay there in silence as I think about the days to come

I need to protect Nico. He can't hurt himself again.

I turn slowly and pull Nico's sleeping body closer to me

"I love you too."
