Night remembered Kira's Appearance from the past, and his appearance from the day before. "Kira looks different, does he, Quaid?"

Quaid nodded. "We were on a quest to increase our power since Kira had learned about your battle with the Demon of the End. Kira seems to be showing abnormally high growth rates lately, and I believe he is on the right path to reach his goal of being able to sustain power even an Ultima can handle. He gained his horns and large black wings from his training, but I think it's a bit too much power even a Demon could handle."

Zeffar walked to them with a report. "They seem to be preparing themselves to withstand lethal blows. We can use this time to relax, take time off, or keep training.

Night took Kira with him.

"Kira, I don't think you know this yet..."

Kira waited for the prince to finish his sentence.

"...I'm an Awakener now. A hybrid of an Alpha and an Ultima. Anyway, we should go out with Quaid and go shopping with Haru."

Kira nodded, and went with Night, Quaid, Phoena, and Haru to Bareahard.

Quaid went with Phoena into the shops, ready to shop.

"She's always like this. She even made me carry all the bags as Camilla tried to kill us."

Haru went to get some reservations for a restaurant.

Phoena and Quaid came out with twelve bags, on their hands and on their weapons. "Okay boys, we shop till we drop! Hold our bags," Quaid said with a happy tone.

Night grabbed some of the bags, and Kira let Quaid put some of the bags on his horns.

Kira sat down with Night, and rested his head on the wall. "Did Quaid tell you everything?"

Night nodded. "He told me that you began to gain power after the battle against Camilla. How much power can you handle?"

Kira brought Night to the stores. He sensed something coming, and kept his axe in his hand.

A meteor flew throughout the town. Kira was able to warp it and cause it to fly into the sky, eventually going into outer space.

Phoebe was being repaired by Agmel, as Leo kept turning into the required tools it took.

Quaid found a box of snacks. "Hm? Bocky? A snack with chocolate coating which many play games with?"

Quaid bought six boxes of Bocky to try it out.

Kira looked around the town, flying on his wings. He eventually saw Camilla retreating. Instead of battling, Kira went back to report to Night. "Your Majesty, Camilla tried to destroy the town in one strike, but I managed to warp it away. She ended up retreating."

Night sat on Kira's arms. "Kira, I'm tired. Do you mind carrying me around?"

Kira nodded, and began carrying Night with the bags on his horns.

"No need for the formalities, just call me by my name. I honestly don't care."

Kira chuckled. "What a carefree heir to the throne you are."

Zviad was with Anzu and Lutum, as Anzu had been finding a way for Ezra to battle in the day without the risk of dying to the sun.

"How about we have him fight in the shade?"

Aki and Agmel had flashbacks of Cuphea.

Night fell asleep while being held by Kira, and then Kira decided to zip tie themselves together so it would be easier to travel.

The citizens kept looking at Kira in shock.

"Is he one of the Demons?"

"What are those horns?"

"Did he kidnap one of the saviors?"

Arius and Oriphiel were in one of the open areas of Zeffar's domain.

"Oriphiel, one day you will have to defend yourself against the Gods or Demons if they ever attack. We need to get you training. Your brothers and sister all started combat training around your age, I believe. However, they were all human. You can also embrace your Awakener side to help your mobility."

Oriphiel sat down, and Arius opened a crate of weapons. He laid them down on the ground, letting his young sister take a look at the weapons.

Elza came to the two, and almost slapped Arius. "Arius, why do you think it's a good time to let a SEVEN year old girl to start training for battle?" Elza asked in shock.

Zephu and Sergio walked towards the three. "The entire royal family started combat training young, even Alice. They never know when self defense will come in handy. Skye's training was a bit complicated, as we knew that the axe she uses controls her bloodlust," answered Sergio.

Oriphiel put her hand on a cross spear. "This seems interesting enough."

Arius picked up the spear. "I'll go get the spear cleaned and polished. Go play with Elza and the guards."

The young Oriphiel eventually ran towards Sergio, Zephu, and Elza, and started to play children games.

Phoena and Quaid finally came out of the store with Haru, who was ready to go to the diner.

"Night, you can wake up now. I didn't do the zip ties on your wrists and ankles quite as tight, so you should be able to get out."

Night slipped his hands and ankles out, and Kira cut the tie.

The five of them put their stuff in the Abyssal Vortex, and walked to the diner. Eventually, they arrived, and Haru got their table ready.

"Wait, we have to COOK our own meals?"

Haru nodded. "You're going to have to depend on yourself one day. You can't always rely on your brothers and Joshua to cook everything for you. Kira and Quaid can help you with the recipe, won't you?"

The two lovers nodded, and went to the frozen drawers, where all the meat laid.

Everybody began cooking, except Kira and Quaid, who were busy making sure Night didn't burn the place down.

A light flashed, signaling a picture was taken of them.

As soon as Night finished a successful cooking of teriyaki chicken, Quaid began to continue helping with the noodles as Kira got the picture.

Soon later, the five of them walked back to the Abyssal Vortex, and put heir respective stuff in their rooms.

Aster kept teaching Geysis about shooting. "Your gunswords are your alternative source of battle. Don't waste the ammo. Make sure you still have at least ten knives left, as you can tie a string to them and swing off of something."

Arius returned with the same spear, polished and everything. "Now we can begin."
