It was not until a few weeks later that Grahdens sent the party another letter.

"Two demons, both with green hair, have been terrorizing the towns with their magic, fusing them with animals, turning them into chimeras. Somebody, put a stop to this!" He wrote, with Aster reading.

Haru gasped. "Rem, get your weapon ready. We got a brother to restore or kill."

Rem got her spear ready, and waited for the others to get ready.

Arius and Aster got their weapons ready, and Drake opened the portal.

"Watch out for Demon Zalburis." Amatsu warned.

They went back into Grand Gaia, and they found themselves at the Agni Empire. They had to kill two demons, but Haru and Rem were trying to purify one of them, who was Rem's brother.

Arius walked by, and saw a mutant chimera guarding the shortcut to the alley. "It looks strong, but it might howl for reinforcements. Maybe we should fight it."

They eventually managed to defeat a horde of chimeras and they continued looking for the demons Grahdens sighted.

They saw a sudden sprout of flowers, and they tried to look for the root of the flowers. They saw a man with green hair, and they walked up to him. "Umm, have you seen two people with green hair walk by?" Arius asked.

The man did not look at them directly, and pointed. "They told me they went to the harbor, why?" He asked.

Arius remembered their mission. "We are just investigating why chimeras are everywhere."

The man turned around, and walked away. He went to the direction of the harbor, and they followed him.

Two demons stood at the pier. "Fagal? Was there anybody suspicious?" The girl asked.

"No, Zalburis. I saw four people asking for your location. I think they followed me." Fagal told the female demon.

Haru and Arius stopped, hearing footsteps. "Rem, Aster. Stop. I hear somebody."

More flowers bloomed, as a trail of petals started to come out of the ground. Not knowing the cause, they continued towards the port.

Aster pulled out a rifle, and was prepared to snipe one of the demons. When he fired, Fagal got in the way, and used his shield to destroy the shot.

"I am a knight responsible for guarding Zalburis with my very life."

"You won't cause any more pain!"

Fagal jumped into the sky, and slammed into the ground, destroying Aster's rifle, forcing him to use his pistols.

Haru and Ren made eye contact. "Demon of Rebirth, we will save you."

Zalburis and Ren prepared to attack them with Fagal leading, and then and archer walked into the battle.

"Before you hurt others, I will hurt you!"

She spun her bow, and put an arrow in, and petals fell as she fired the arrow, damaging Aster's arm.

Arius and Haru started attacking Reinritte, trying to break her guard. Reinritte kept shooting Haru and Arius, while Rem and Fagal were fighting. "Fagal! Why can't you see! I'm trying to save my brother who turned into a demon! She yelled. Fagal tried to stop Rem, not seeing that she can't save her brother. "Shut your mouth! Everybody knows, you can't save a person once they turned into a demon!" He yelled.

Aster and Zalburis kept trying to stop each other, and he managed to shred Zalburis' health.

Ren healed Zalburis, restoring half of her missing health. "Heal Fagal and Reinritte!" He yelled.

But it was too late. Haru and Arius managed to end Reinritte's life. Haru and Ren fought, trying to keep Ren from reviving Reinritte, and managed to get Ren's attention.

"Haru, why are you trying to purify me? The path of the Demons is clear. I know what I'm doing!" He yelled, and dashed through Haru, reviving Reinritte.

Aster saw Ren revive Reinritte, and steered his focus from Zalburis to Reinritte, shooting her repeatedly until she died again.

Aster and Arius kept their focus at Fagal, and when he was about to die, four scars started glowing, healing him.

"You won't cause any more pain!"

Fagal jumped, hitting Aster and confusing him, making Aster shoot Haru.

Rem and Ren started fighting, and Rem took out her spellbook, and cast one of her strongest flame spells on Ren, using the Flames of Purification.

Ren slowly burned, the Black Element getting destroyed from within him.

Fagal gasped. He saw the Demon of Rebirth get restored, and smiled. He jumped into the sky once again, and jumped above Haru. Before he made impact, Haru was gone, with her katana still there. Fagal landed head first on the katana, killing him instantly. His scars healed him once again, awakening his potential. He hurled his spear at Haru, who dodged, using a spell to deflect the spear. "Not this time! You will be the one causing pain!" She dashed towards Fagal, killing him instantly with one dash.

"Rem!" A familiar voice yelled.

Rem got trampled by her demon-turned-brother.

Filled with sentiment, Zalburis stopped fighting. Instead, she used healing magic on everyone.

After finding an opening, Zalburis got impaled by Arius.

A portal opened, and they eventually found themselves back at Alisa's penthouse.
