After adjusting in the Abyssal Vortex, the party had gotten comfortable in their new base of operations. Zeffar looked around, and realized that Baglis and Mizgitari's domains were still empty and silenced.

Joshua left the Abyssal Vortex a few minutes later, and he looked around his surroundings. They were in Yggdra now, and he looked around. He found himself in the Land of Sin, and went back through the portal.

He looked for Yuuri, who was looking for their whereabouts, and told him where they were. "Right now, we are in the Land of Sin. Who knows where we could be off to now?"

Light and Alice looked around, and they saw the homes around the Domain. "Is there any empty settlements in this area? I know Cuniali's domain is halfway full, but I don't see any where I can put the entire family in, especially with one on the way."

Skye saw Alice and Light looking around Hizarbin's domain. She also heard Alice say something about another one on the way, and asked her mother what she meant.

"Skye, I know it's been a few months late, but I want to tell you that I'm six months pregnant." Alice told her only daughter. "It may be a fourth brother or another sister, human or Awakener." She continued.

Arius looked around the border of Hizarbin's domain, and saw Mizgitari's domain. He looked though the Black Element with Yuuri's help, and they saw a girl.

They saw a girl from the Land of Sin, and asked her what she was doing here.

"I was told by a prisoner to give this to you. Apparently they saw a woman clad in steel armor terrorizing the Ephemerals!" The woman told Yuuri.

The woman left, and Yuuri got his sword ready.

"Haru, Aster, Night. Let's get ready to slay a Demon terrorizing the Ephemerals. I'll look through Zeffar's domain to see where she is.

"No need for that." Zeffar told Yuuri, and the portal in her Domain opened. "I'm in the Land of Ephemerality right now. Just jump out, and work on looking for Rosabis." She told them, and the portal to the Land of Ephemerality opened.

Haru, Aster, Night, and Yuuri jumped through Zeffar's portal, and immediately, they were surrounded by blackened Ephemerals.

The four of them took out their weapons, and they prepared for battle.

"I'll take in their Black Element once you bring the Ephemerals to a weakened condition. Do not kill them!" Yuuri yelled, as the children took out their weapons, and began fighting.

The Ephemerals did not put up much of a fight, and they managed to injure Haru and Yuuri.

Aster shot all of them in the feet, and Yuuri put his sword in the ground, sucking up all of the Black Element, purifying the Ephemerals and healing them.

The four of them heard steel clanging as Night healed Haru and Yuuri, and they eventually saw a woman clad in armor.

"Rosabis, why are you attacking the Ephemerals? This isn't right!" Yuuri yelled, trying to reason.

Rosabis took out her axe. "No questions. I will not fail again!" She jumped into the air, and prepared to kill Haru, but she was stopped by Night, who kicked her axe out of her hand before she got to Haru.

Rosabis punched Night in the face, making him bleed from his eyes. Night attempted a slash at Rosabis's armor, and failed, her armor only getting scratched.

"Aster, shred her armor!" Haru told him, and Aster began shooting. Haru grabbed her sword, and began to wear out the Demon of Steel's armor.

The four of them began shredding Rosabis's armor, and Night summoned his wings. Night grabbed Rosabis by her foot, and threw her into the air. He started kicking her, slashing her with his scythe, and threw her down.

"Aster! Prepare to shoot!" Yuuri told him, as Aster prepared to snipe Rosabis.

After aiming a few feet below Rosabis, Aster fired the shot. The shot fired at a high speed, aiming towards Rosabis.

The bullet caught fire as Rosabis was unconscious. Night flew to the ground, as Aster's bullet was about to hit.

Rosabis was pierced by the bullet,  and exploded once it hit her skin.

"I saw that, Angel with a Shotgun!" A voice yelled.

Aster looked around, and saw nobody there.

The voice revealed himself, and Aster gasped. He just saw his childhood friend come out of the woods, and the guard became relieved. At least his friend survived Hahab's attack.

Night went back into Zeffar's domain. "You can go hug it out, in going back to base. Peace out."

Aster and his friend hugged it out. "Rukudes, how long has it been since we seen each other?" He asked.

Rukudes shed a tear. "It's been ten years since you went through guard training. I've been in Grand Gaia, waiting for your return. I've also heard that you traveled with a Demon." He told Aster. The guard nodded.

Haru went through the portal, and so did Yuuri. That left Aster and Rukudes alone.

Aster and Rukudes parted ways, and Aster went back into the Abyssal Vortex.
