Within a few weeks, everything settled back down from talks about Kas's fights. Within that period, a Battle of the Classes was announced. The theme given was "Desire," which allowed students to come out about something they want to tell, but couldn't. The only requirement was that the students had to sing three different songs. This time, the teachers were not competing.

About an hour passed since the end of the performances and the end of class. Terry, the headmaster, Emma, and Gloria were in the room, waiting for Kayla. After she arrived, the teachers and headmaster began talking about who they thought did the best. As soon as they came to a consensus, Terry said that he will declare the winner when he has the time. The meeting ended, and the teachers saw Kas and Mudae comparing wingspan.

Ren and the Chandlers were on their way to the entrance, but stopped once they saw Kas and Mudae comparing wingspan. Soon, the hallway was crowded with people wanting to see the teachers and people who wanted to leave campus.

Eventually, the hallway cleared up, and students began to leave the school, aside from those who were going to a club. Terry went and announced the winners, the seniors, to everyone still at school.

Late at night, Kas arrived at the imperial castle, meeting Zen at the gates. When the latter arrived, the two made their way to the port.

"Are you ready for the concert?"

When Zen and Kas left for the port, the two stoped by their homes to pick up their instruments, before going to the concert venue.
