The door was unlocked by someone. Sidd walked inside his apartment and kept his keys on the table infront of his bed. He exhaled sharply laying straight on the bed. His eyes went on ceiling. He was tired already after a long day. Actually, the day wasn't long but his job was tough for which he wasn't habitual of. He was still staring the ceiling when he remembered something. He sat straight dragging his phone out of his pocket. He wondered if he should call Avneet or not. He finally dialed her number. He dragged his phone near ear while her phone was continuously ringing but she wasn't picking it up. He dropped the call, disappointed by it. He stood up, pacing till his kitchen. He was preparing coffee for himself when he heard his phone ringing. He quickly left everything and rushed to pick the phone. He got so excited seeing her caller id but then suddenly nervousness and anxiety took over him. The phone was continuously ringing. He finally picked it up.

Avu: Hello!

Sidd (confused of what to say): H-Hi! H-How are you?

Avu: I'm good and what about you?

Avu was standing in her balcony, talking to Sidd while smiling continuously. Her hairs were flying in the air highlighting her beauty.

Sidd: I-I'm also fine.

There came a pin drop silence. Avu raised her eyebrow.

Avu: Someone can so disparate to talk and now he is not talking.

Sidd started biting his nails in nervousness, not knowing what to say. Avneet wanted but then decided to play with him.

Avu: Alright! If you don't want to talk, I should drop the call.

She was about to drop the call when she heard Sidd objecting and saying her not to cut the call. She smirked as her mission passed.

Avu (sarcastic tone): Yes, now what?

Sidd (nervous): I-I wanted to give our relationship a chance.

As soon as Avneet heard this, she stood straight and froze on her spot. She was so happy from inside hearing this.

Avu (out of words, in happiness): Are you serious?

Sidd thought before speaking.

Sidd: Um, yeah yeah!

Avu (in excitement): I'm so happy. I'll visit your cafe tomorrow and let's celebrate it.

Sidd smiled hearing her excitement.

Sidd: Sure!

Avu (loudly): See ya then! Good Night!

Saying this she dropped the call. Sidd chuckled at her cute excited voice. A picture appeared at the home screen of his phone. His smile faded seeing his home screen.

Sidd's pov

From today, I will not remember you, my brother who didn't trusted me. I am going to start my new life and all I want is happiness in my life. I won't look back now. You are my last family member but unfortunately you lost me that day only when you didn't believed me.

A tear fell from his eye which he wiped quickly, leaving for the kitchen.

Abhi was laying on bed resting his head on his hand, supported by pillow. As it was night so, Sam was asleep and Abhi was laying beside her patting her chest. He was lost in his own thoughts. Aarush's words rang in his mind.

Aarush: Don't you think they both are pretty close to each other. I can't say anything about Siddharth but Vaishu never allowed me to get attached to her like this as he is. Don't you think it's weird?

Aarush said eyeing Sidd and Vaishu, who were working together in kitchen laughing and working. Inbetween pulling each other's legs too.

Abhi (in mind): They were close but is it possible that they both might be betraying me? Is it possible that the Vaishnavi I saw today is not my hallucination. She might really be there. I wish I could touch her to confirm if she was really there but I couldn't. She might be there but if she was there uncle and aunty would have told me. I am imaging her again and again. Oh god! What to do? It's all messed up. How can I find any amongst them and ask them? But their closeness say it all. Why should I ask them? They will be happy together whereever they might be.

He was still thinking when his phone rang. He silently got up from bed and went out the the room, closing the door. He attended the call as soon as he came in his lawn.

Abhi: Hello? Who is it?

His manager: Hello Sir, I have confirmed your tickets for seminar.

Abhi: Good, when is the seminar?

Manager: it's after 4 days and many big companies will be gathered there. Nandra's empire, Sharma's empire from India and many others are invited there.

Abhi: OK! I'll be there. Bye!

Abhi looked around when his eyes caught Sam's photo handing on the wall.

Abhi (in mind): If I will go then who will stay with Sam? She isn't big to live alone. What to do?

He was rubbing his temples and sat on the couch near him.

Sidd was laying on his bed, holding Avneet's bracelet and smiling as it was swinging. Her picture played in his mind.

Sidd (smiling, in mind): Am I really falling for her? How weird it is, a business woman falling for a normal poor guy no a poor guy falling for a business woman. How cute it sounds?

He was smiling from ear to ear. There Avneet was standing in her balcony still feeling the cold breeze on her face. She was enjoying the new change in her life.

Avu (smiling, in mind): Tomorrow, I am going to propose you Siddharth. Tomorrow, you have to be mine, I would be the one who will have right on you. I will be the one who will erase every pain from your life. I promise!

She was still smiling to herself when Jai arrived there. He noticed her smiling. He looked at her suspiciously.

Jai (mumbling): Is it the end day of our lives? The one who is always involved in business is smiling like a maniac today. Something is totally wrong.

He fake coughed which lead Avneet come out of her imaginations. She glanced at him.

Jai (smirking): Is everything fine? You are standing here smiling, thinking about someone. Isn't it?

Avu smiled again and placed her elbow on his shoulder.

Avu (smiling, looking up): Today I am so happy that you can't imagine.

Jai :Let me think. Did Siddharth accepted your love?

Avu: That day will also come but he wants to give our relationship a chance.

Jai (smirking): I see! But see I won't let you go anywhere. You will stay with us only even after your marriage.

Avu's looked at him with wide eyes open. She smashed his head.

Avu (shocked): are you crazy? How far have you thought of?

Jai: Ya ya! Siblings are the ones who should think about each other. I will select themes for your engagement but for now, dad is calling you for dinner.

Avu again smashed his head and walked away.

Avu: Idiot!

Jai: Ouch! She is so violent. God save Siddharth bhai from her.

Avu (shouting from inside): Jai, lock the balcony and come fast.

Jai rolled his eyes and left from there, locking the balcony.
