A months passed. It'll be my third week of dance class. I go in as much as possible. Whenever I can, I'll rent the studio for a few hours just to practice too. The instructor's even praised my skill, but I think she's just trying to flatter me. There's always something I can get better at. I also enjoy that the class is small. I feel less insecure about myself and how I move when there's only eight other students. It doesn't stop my second hand embarrassment though. I always cringe when I see someone else screw up, it's only because I know they can do better though. They wouldn't be there if they couldn't.

I actually do keep my safety bag when I go to class though. By the time I get home it's dark out. I mostly take it for my mom's sake, but I do admit that I get jumpy from time to time. I know not everyone's out to hurt me, but I get startled whenever I hear a single sound. Especially since the bus stop isn't right next to the school. I actually have to walk about a block before I reach one. Even if it was closer, I'd still have to wait for it all by myself.

"Jimin?" I heard from behind me.

I jumped a bit since I wasn't expecting that. Turning around, I saw Taehyung doing a bit of a jog over to me. Once he'd caught up, he put his arm over his shoulder. He had a big boxy smile on his face as he patted my shoulder a few times.

"Scared you?" He asked.

I shrugged and stuck my hands inside my coat pockets.

"Did you have dance class? How often is that? I feel like you're always dancing" He commented.

We walked together to the bus stop, and once we reached it, he took his arm off of me. I hated that the streets were practically dead around this time. Although, I am a bit more at ease since he's here. It's both good company and a good distraction.

"It's only wednesdays and thursdays. I rent it out often though. But What are you doing out here? I've never seen you out around this time"

His mouth fell open and he let out an "ah" sound. He did so as he nodded his head. It was adorable. Taehyung is very adorable in a Childish sort of way. He's playful like Jungkook, but in a much more innocent way.

"Night school. I suck at math. Usually my dad picks me up, but he's on a two day business trip. I'm not too afraid to be out alone anyways. Works out tonight though, it looks like we're bus buddies" He smiled as he nudged me with his elbow.

"Yeah."

I shot him a smile back. Once I took one arm out of my pocket and forcefully locked elbows with him. His smile softened at that. It definitely was more so for himself than it was for me. I still noticed it though, and I found it sweet.

We remained like that. Both of us didn't speak, our elbows were locked, and we waited patiently for the bus to come. It was nice. It brought even more ease to the fact that we're the only two out in a high crime district. The only thing that could make this better is if Jungkook was here.

I like going out with him since he seems so tough. I feel safest when out with him. Then again, I just enjoy being around him in general. He's cute when he wants to be. Mostly playful, sometimes it can be embarrassing though. I don't feel too ashamed unless he's purposely trying to stand out as an idiot though.

"Jimin, the bus" Taehyung said.

He pointed down the street. At first all you could see were two bright headlights, but then it pulled in next to us in no time. I quickly pulled out my city pass and waited for the doors to open. When they did we still had to respectfully wait for those on the bus to exit, of course. Once each one was off, I practically dragged Taehyung on since we were still linked together.

"Is your stop the one outside the school as well?" I asked him as we took our seats and unlinked arms.

He nodded his head lazily in response. We went closer to the back. He took the seat closest to the window, and I took the aisle seat. He pulled out his phone and began scrolling through texts with Jungkook. I didn't read any of them, I just saw the name. I didn't want to intrude, so I just stared down at my hands. Neatly folded together and resting on top of my thighs.

I wonder what Jungkook's up to now. Probably studying. We have a unit test in japanese tomorrow. I wish he was here now, I like spending time with him. I think it's fair to say that I have a crush on him. He's on my mind often. He makes me laugh the most. He's cute and tough at the same time. I feel my best when I'm with him.

That's not to say that Taehyung isn't cute and that I don't feel great with him. With Taehyung everything is sweet and adorable. He makes me laugh and I like to spend time with him as well. It's just that with him those things all feel different. It's all much more adorable in a childish way to me. He's really just a close friend in my eyes.

Despite both boys being similar in personality, my heart still leans towards Jungkook. I don't know why, it just does. The biggest difference between the two isn't how they talk or act, but simply just the vibes they give off while performing those things. With Taehyung everything brings up this warm feeling. It's like that warm feeling when you suddenly reminisce on an old happy memory and it puts you in a good mood all day. Jungkook brings in a much more intense feeling. Like how accomplished you feel after winning a competition. Both bring in these good feelings that leave you set for the whole day, but ultimately they're just not comparable.

I glanced back over at Taehyung. He was watching a video now. He had one earbud in, in his ear farthest from me. He wore his usual box smile. I laid my head on his shoulder. He turned his head a bit and looked down at me.

"Jungkook sent me this, it's funny, watch"

He held the phone closer to me. At a place where we both could watch. With his free hand he handed me the other earbud. I placed it in my ear and continued to rest my head on his shoulder. I locked our arms again at that point to get comfortable. He was watching SNL Korea, last week's episode. They had a popular boy group on the show, I enjoyed this groups music a lot actually. They were one of the idols I'd seen busking when I was young. I was so excited when I'd seen them on music banks not long after. Now they're a big deal. They even guest appear on shows like this.

"Do you like this group?" I asked.

At this point they were just starting to do skits. They split the night's skits into five, since there's five members. Each one get's a skit of their own. I actually watched this saturday night when I got home from dancing. I usually watch the show while stretching.

"A little. Jungkook's a bigger fan than I am. I prefer western music honestly." He admitted.

I hummed in response. I like western music too, but I prefer korean music. I love dancing to western music though.

We spent the entire bus ride like this. Both of our eyes locked on his phone screen. Cuddled up next to him. Laughing randomly and loudly. Watching banners that read "Jungkook". I only read the one that had my name. It read "Are you still with Jimin? Tell him I said hi", but Taehyung never told me. He most likely figured that I'd already read it. We'd also glance outside the window each time the bus stopped, just to make sure we didn't miss ours. I things like this. Simple things that make me feel closer to someone. My only hope is to have more time like this with Jungkook too.

The bus came to a stop again. This time it was ours. We both were quick to stand. He turned his phone screen off and tucked it away. We made our exit.

"Which way? I'll walk you home."

"Down this way" I said, pointing in the direction, as I'd done with Jungkook a month ago.

"Oh, Jungkook lives down that road. I live the opposite direction actually. The other side of the block." He explained.

Without hesitation, he began down my street. I felt bad to make him walk so much, but I was also thankful that he offered. It meant that I didn't have to be alone.

He pulled out his phone and unlocked it. Then unpaused the show and stuck his earbud back in. I went to grab the other bud that just dangled against his chest. Walking closer to him as I placed it in my ear. It wasn't recommended to distract yourself while out, especially with anything requiring earbuds. It makes you vulnerable and an easy target since you wouldn't hear or see someone coming up to you. All teens seem to neglect that recommendation though. We're so close to home, what's the point.

By the time we'd reached my doorstep, we only got to watch around five more minutes in the episode. He clicked pause yet again. This time clicking out of the video completely. I glanced at his wallpaper to see it was his friend group at a restaurant. His phone screen turned off before I could get a good look at the unfamiliar face, but I figured it was that Namjoon guy.

"Ni-" I began to say "night" as I'd gone to unlock the door.

I cut myself of though since we began to speak at the same time.

"Hey, so- are you busy after school tomorrow? We should hang out if you aren't. Also sorry for talking over you"

I got the door unlocked, but let my hand fall from the knob.

"Is Jungkook going to be with us too?" I questioned.

His facial expression fell a bit at my question. I felt bad for asking instantly. I only wanted to know. Most of the time we hang out as 6, 3, or just us two, but it's usually always a surprise. I don't mind that though, I was just hoping that this would be one of the times where it's the three of us.

"No? Just us. Why?" His tone was just curious, not upset like I thought it would be.

"I was just wondering is all. Um, ok, sure." I shot him an eye smile.

He gave me one too. Despite it being dark, I swear I saw his cheeks tint red too.

"Ok cool. See you tomorrow then" The excitement in his voice was adorable.

"See you, goodnight. Please get home safely!"

I opened the door to my house and stepped inside. Waving to him as I shut the door. He waved back as well.

"Goodnight, Park Jiminie" I heard just before the door shut.
