"Good morning (Y/N)-ya, how are we feeling today?" - A handsome dark skinned doctor sat across from your seat with some papers in hand, which he laid on the table between you, while you entered the room and sat.

"Good morning Law. The usual." - Void of emotion, you sat calmly and stared at the young doctor's face - "You?"

"I've had my coffee, so I'm good." - His smile hid a dark side few could recognize, by now you were one of them, you had the misfortune of witnessing his cranky morning side a couple of times before, that only made you closer to the doctor - "I see we've dropped the formalities... that's good."

"I thought about what you said, so I stopped." - You shrugged your shoulders absent minded, observing the familiar room in which you met with the devilish handsome doctor every three days - "I'm sorry for making you feel old and unatractive."

Law's left eye twitched as the rest of his face remained impassive...

"How are your parents?" - The question soured your mood, he almost did it on purpose.

"Paranoid." - You only needed one word to describe them.

"Have you thought about confronting them with the truth?" - Law's expression started to darken while yours remained the same cold stone since the beginning.

"I don't know what's true anymore... they might just be right. They're my parents after all, they know me better than anyone..." - Your lonely eyes locked with his burning passionate ones for a duel.

"I'm your doctor, I know you better than you might think." - He took the warm coffee mug with the letters 'best mom' to his lips and sipped, most probably coffee - "And I know the world isn't ready for people like you and I, so let's make them ready... Also, you shouldn't live in hiding."

"I'm not hiding, I'm here."

He glared, displeased with your lack of effort, and lowered his mug to his lap, holding it with both hands.

"You know what I mean, (Y/N)-ya..." - For some reason you felt unconfortable under his dissapointed stare, your emotions were starting to surface... - "If you keep this up... you know the repercussions..."

"I won't see you again..." - Your head slightly lowered, hiding your face in the shadows, gave you a sense of protection.

You two remained in silence for a brief moment, each thinking of how you'd play this game. After a few more pointeless repetitive questions the time came to say goodbye and go on with your morning... you left the building too afraid to think of the future and kept walking, forgeting the last moments.

"You're no longer seeing that doctor, we'll appoint you to a new one in no time!" - Your parents freaked out in front of you, pacing around in the living room, cursing doctor Law for his supposed 'unprofessional way of dealing with your problems'.

Apparently your parents didn't like being contradicted, not even when the doctor was trying to tell them how their daughter was not an emotionless psycopath. Their ego was too big, it blinded them... nothing new there...

You agreed to see another doctor and left to your room to rest.

The next morning you walked to and from school like usual, at lunch you decided to take a longer route, only then a tall slender familiar figure blocked your path.

"Good morning Law." - You weren't even scared when he suddenly pulled you to the side and hugged you, buring you in his warm hard chest, making you unable to see who it was, but you knew him too well, even by touch.

You hugged him back, a new feeling awakening inside of you, one you never admited to feel every time you left his room.

"You've been smocking." - You stated a fact, he smelled like cigarettes, but nonetheless kept hugging the older man.

"I was out of coffee this morning."

"Don't know whether that's good or bad..." - A tiny smile sprout in your delicate lips.

He broke the hug to look you in the eye and you felt the coldness come back, not just physically...

"You just made a joke..." - A bright grin made his face light up as well as your spirit, it was one of the most beautiful thigns you'd seen so far.

"My life is a joke..." - You smiled back and hugged him once more, feeling him chuckle before a dark mood settled in - "They said bad things about you... last night... You were right... they don't know anything, about us... They think we're bad just because we're different. I don't like it... I don't wanna hide anymore..."

"Come with me." - He took you by the hand and you followed.

"T-This is high..." - You tried to keep your cool but with all the screaming it was prooving to be difficult.

"Scared yet?" - Law smirked as he embrassed himself for what was to come.

A few seconds of suspanse allowed your heart to calm down...

"No..."

The ride went down at full speed...

"LAAAAAAAAW!" - You screamed and cursed the man's existence as you clung onto his muscled arm.

He on the other hand didn't know whether to laugh or worry at your expense... He took you on your first ride ever in fifteen years in an amusement park, and so far you were hating it...

You nearly lost your voice from all the screaming, the ride stopped and you had to crawl your way out of it from how shaky your legs were.

"I...Hate...You..." - You spoke between deep breaths.

"Now you know what hate feels like. C'mon, let's go on to the next one!" - Law threw you over his shoulder and walked out on the people next in line watching you like it was a show.

"Couldn't we have started on this one?" - You asked as another zombie appeared on screen and you immediately shot it dead.

The letters 'You win' appeared on your side of the screen while the the letters 'You lose' appeared on Law's side of the screen.

"I never expected you to be this good in action games..." - Law admited his awkward defeat and put his gun down.

"There's a lot you don't know about me." - You smirked, your cocky side showing.

"Look who's feel-" - You didn't give him time to finish as you gripped on his shirt and dragged him to the next ride.

You spent the rest of the day going on crazy rides, they turned out to be your favourite, it slightly scared Law but he'd never admit it out loud. And what was supposed to be a gloomy stormy day turned out to be the best day of your life! Until...

"W-What about t-that one?" - Your heart began jumping inside your chest, almost leaving it in the process.

Law looked where you were pointing to go next and almost spit his drink when reading 'Love Tunnel'. His dark skinned cheeks slowly gained a pink color but he avoided taking your hand in his when you tried to touch him...

A quick pang of pain pierced your heart and you resumed your activities to continuing eating on a bench with your cotton candy in hand.

As you ate you felt eyes on you, you caught Law glancing at you every once in a while, it slightly bothered you he'd look at you with loving eyes yet not make a move to touch you, you didn't understand him... Were you moving too fast? Did he even like you at all?

Your head filled itself with more questions than answers, and as time went by you soon understood the reason for his actions...

One moment you were eating a nice peaceful meal, the next you were surrounded by cops and being separated from Law.

"What's going on?!" - You asked, panic settling in.

"Trafalgar D. Water Law, you are under arrest for the kidnapp of underage (Y/N) (L/N), please calmly come with us to the police station so we can question you." - A police nearby spoke.

Law remained calm and agreed to come willingly with the policeman to the car, as for you, you were pratically dragged to another car, the opposite way of his, and only stopped once Law told you to.

The police, of course, were not very happy with that but it did make their job easier to take you to the station so they didn't protest, much...

Arriving there, you were face to face with your 'worried' parents who were quick to yell at you about the dangers of going out with strangers. You tried talking back, but not being used to this new talktative side of yours only made things worse as they began yelling even louder.

Soon a policeman came in to talk to you but your parents made sure to cover it for you, although, to their lack of luck, the policeman didn't come to speak and rather to present new information.

"Mr and Mrs (L/N), we've received new information regarding how you treat your daughter and given the proof we've collected we'll have to keep you under arrest until further notice." - His words caused chaos inside that room.

Your parents freacked out but the policeman was able to take you out, after all you couldn't stay in the same room as the accused. 

Surprisingly the young policeman took you to Law, who stood outside his room waiting for you. When you saw him you ran to his open arms, waiting for you to embrace them, and you stood like that for a while.

"How?" - You didn't really care to ask more as you breathed in his scent.

"I have some friends on the inside, I asked them to search for signs of abuse back at your house while your parents were busy chasing after us."

"So you knew they were watching?!" - For the first time you looked up amazed at the man and he nodded - "Is that why... you didn't... we couldn't..."

Both your cheeks and his turned pink as he nodded once more. A relieved grin spread across your lips before you hugged his tighter.

"So-So what now?..." - You were nervous to ask but you had to.

"You could stay with me, for as long as you want..." - He offered kissing your forehead in the process.

"I'd love to." - You savoured the feeling of his lips on your skin, wishing for more in the future.

"That'll be good. You'll need some place to stay at while we deal with your parents." - The young policeman smiled at the both of you - "I'm Sabo, I'm the older brother of Law's friend, Luffy, nice to meet you!"

"Thanks for everything, Sabo-ya." - Law shook hands with him before saying his goodbyes and walking you to his car to go home and rest.

He got into the driver's seat and you on the passenger's seat.

"What do you feel like eat-" - Law's words were swallowed by your soft lips on his and he was unable to stop himself from answering back.

"Anything, as long as I'm with you." - You broke the kiss to gaze at his longing eyes, the heat of the moment causing you both to be all over each other.

"Likewise."
