Emet was looking at behind a curtain, to look for his brother, Comet. 

"Comet?" He asks. He walks over, to see where his brother could be, but then to his shock , that he saw his lifeless body on a table, and peering over him, was a demon, ready to eat him as if it was waiting for him . 

He panicked , as the boy quickly woken up , as to be revealed that it was a nightmare and was in his bed, alongside his siblings. 

He panted, as he thought, "All of our lives was a big lie. Even Dad was a liar, to be betray us . We're not orphans. We're food." 

Earlier on that morning, Emet still couldn't get over of what he had seen and knowing the hidden truth about Ivey. 

"Hey, Dad. Is this right?" Markell asks. Ivey replied as Emet was shaking in fear , by staring at Ivey of how he act so innocent, but lying to his sibling through his actions. 

Nora was walking with her siblings as she greets Emet , "Good morning, Emet." 

He was unable to reply back, as Nora sees how tense he was as she walks to him as the girl touches his shoulder and whisper, "Smile, Emet. We need to talk about last night." 

The two children went to talk in privacy away from the siblings. Nora grew serious , as she explains the situation to her brother. 

"Listen to me , Emet. We have to act like nothing ever happened. Like that we never went to the Gate and heard and seen anything. Dad would suspect something. " 

Emet points out, "Wait a moment. I just realized something, we left Little Bunny there by mistake, didn't we?"

Nora nods, conuring of her point. 

"Yeah, you may be on to something, Emet. We did left Little Bunny there, but it doesn't mean that Dad wouldn't find the culprit who left it there. " 

Emet changes the subject, "All this time, the warm food , the white clothing, it's all the daily lives we have gotten as merchandise. 

I never imagined that was the lie that Dad warned us about eleven years ago. 

All we can do , is just pretend to live out our lives until we get shipped out randomly. " 

Nora said, "Wait, Emmet. Don't count that out as randomly. Remember what the Demon said that night? Another six year old. It appears that it wasn't random, that's what I think." 

"But what that mean?" He asks curiously. 

"Based on our age , it also mean the age of meat. If I remember correctly, the siblings that been shipped out lately is between 6 and 12. So, basically, the average ones must be 6 years old. And the highest must be.." 

Emet caught up to Nora in shock, "12 years old! But wait a sec. What about our grades then? Meat doesn't go if we good grades doesn't it?"

"Well, it depends on what our scores are, but then it would mean, it's -" 

"The shipping order?!?" Emet gasps as Nora said, "Yeah, it appears that way. We get harvested at the age of 6. Once that we've reached 12, you'll get shipped out, no matter what." 

The children got the duty to get the food, as they continue their discussion, "But it doesn't make any logical sense, Emet. 

I still don't get why that is so important of our grade for the shipping order." 

"And the other thing we're not figured out yet is the age difference. Why does the age 6 and 12 matter to the demons? Was it the size of our bodies? No, it can't be that. It has to be something, something we missed." 

Nora thought for a moment to find the answer to Emet's question, but then she gaps to realized what the demons wanted most . 

"It's the size of our brains!" She stated. 

"Our brains?!? But is that mean-" Emet said. 

"Yeah, the more develop the brain has, the meat would taste better for them. " 

Emet couldn't believe the demons eat children's brains. 

"I can't believe it. They eat brains?!? That's so crazy, Nora. " 

"Well, crazy as it seems to be, I'm afraid that is what makes us precious merchandise. We have to be careful from this point on. 

From what I've seen is the shipping order had to be two months cycle. Meaning we had at least 2 months of planning to do for everyone to escape from this farm. " Nora said. 

The two of them went to the forest to format the escape route. "We'll come with a plan . For starters, we need to envision of the site. " 

"Well, the gate is only opened when they have shipping. We can't wait there , or else, the demons will appear. 

I suggest the forest , during the day. " 

"I agree with you. If that's possible." 

"Well, we should investigate behind the gate, to see what we're up against." 

The children went past the little gate as they noticed a large wall. Nora and Emet was enchanted by it. 

"Whoa, that's a big wall." Nora said. She went to a tree to investigate as Emet asks, "Wait a sec! Nora, are you sure you can-" But before he can finish his question, she fell from trying to climb it. 

"Nora, you know that is not your natural strength of climbing , especially on a tree. Look, let me do it. It's up to me. " Emet said as Nora dust herself off, as she felt bad about letting her do it. 

Emet looks at the wall, as Nora asks, "Do you see anything?"

"Nothing. It appears the wall is 2 centimeters thick. Everything is pretty high up." He replied .

Nora checked, "There's no guards neither, it's too quiet. How strange. Emet, what you option?"

"Well, if it was you and me, we can make a rope to climb up. It's nothing we can do , right?"

"Yeah, you're right. " Nora said. Their free time was over for the day, as Ivey checked on each of the children. 

One of the siblings wailed, "I lost her. I'm so sorry!" 

Ivey lean into his pocket, to reveal a pocket watch as Nora gasps of it. 

"How does he do it? It's like he knew where she was." Nora asks. 

"Come to think of it, Nora, it seems like Dad always know where he finds us, no matter where we are. " Emet said. 

Nora said, quickly realized what it was. "That's not a pocket watch he's using. It's a tracker. That meant that there's a chip inside us. That's how he knew, where we are, no matter where we hid. 

That's why he did that, to show us that pocket watch, and realized what it was. It's Dad's way of saying, "No matter what you do, I'll always watch you." 

Ivey smirked evilly, past Nora and Emet who was pretending to be happy, as he went past them Nora said, "So, Dad... " 

"Is our enemy." Emet said. 

Nora suggested, "We may need some rope. I know we can get some. We'll meet at the hallway at 10." 

Emet tucked her, "Wait, if there's trackers inside us, what if there are cameras or listening devices to listen to what we're saying?!?"

Nora reassures him, "I already took the liberty of checking the house. There's nothing like that here, so we're safe for now. " 

They walked in the hallway, as Emet was concern about something. "Nora, is it possible that Dad know that we went all the way to the Wall?"

"I doubt it. He didn't suspect a thing when we left Little Bunny . It would make sense if he knew that we did went to the Wall ourselves. " Nora replied. 

Emet sighs, "That's a relief. I was worried for a sec there." 

"Yeah , but it doesn't mean that Dad can know where we are at a given time. It's only knows our location when she checks. 

He doesn't know that other than Comet know the truth about the House." 

"I suppose you're right. " Emet said. 

Donella called to Nora, "Hey, Nora! I know you're chatting with Emet, but can you have a minute? Our clock's going crazy again, and we need someone to help us out. " 

Nora called back to her, "Ok, be right there. Emet, it's going to be ok. Dad wouldn't suspect us at all, you'll see." 

As she leaves the boy, he stares at the empty slot where Comet's drawing used to be, as he thought about the brother he left behind to his death. 

"Comet." He said, as his head touched the wall of the painting. 

Nora came back to greet her brother as to her shock, that Ivey was there with him, as she gasps of the confrontation, as Emet stares at him. 

Nora hid as she could, but she leans slowly to watch what Emet would do in this situation. 

Ivey asks, "What's wrong, Emet? You looked a little pale. " 

Emet didn't reply back as she continues his question, as he touches his ear, "This morning, you weren't your cheerful self. Did something happen?"

Emet finally replied, lying to him, "Oh, I'm fine! It's just I'm thinking, that I have to leave the House pretty soon, and it's just scares me , that's all." 

Ivey asks, "Do you love this House, Emet?"

Emet said, hugging him,  "I love the House and you too! " 

Ivey was concern if he knew, but then Emet drops a bomb on him, "I wonder, what would Comet be doing right about now?"

Nora gasps of what he had said, as Ivey pulled off the embrace. 

"I heard from Comet that he wants to become a father like you, when he grows up. Is that great news?"

Nora pants as Ivey said, "Yeah, I suppose that Comet would be a good father. " 

Both of them were staring at each other until Rei rang the bell. "Dinner's ready . Time to wash up." 

Nora felt relieve that Rei was there to ease the tension atmosphere. 

"Let's go, Emet." She said as both children went to join their siblings, as Ivey asks, "Did both of you go to the Gate last night?"

Nora and Emet gulp in freight, of hoping to not be suspected, as Nora lied, "To the Gate? That's against the rules. We were tired from playing tag. Right, Emet?"

"Yeah. That's about right. " Emet concurs with her as Nora asks, "Why you ask?"

Ivey said, "Never mind. You should go. " 

Both of them walked down the stairs as Emet collapse on the floor from what he had gone through, as Nora pants in sweat. 

"Can you get up?" She asks as Emet took her shaking hand. 

Both were determined. 

The next morning, Emet comment, of how smart Nora was with the separate bed sheets, "Good thinking, Nora. 

We can used them as a rope. " 

They tied the sheets and Emet hid it inside the tree. 

"Now we have a rope to investigate the wall with. Now we have other issues to get through. " Emet said. 

"The tracking devices , and everyone on how to escape. " 

"You know, I have been thinking. Let's have Rei's option. She is the smartest in our group and we need her expertise. " 

Nora chuckled, "I was about to say the same thing, Emet. Go back to the House. Let me deal with Rei and talk to her there. " 

"How about now?" Rei said, as both children were shocked to see her. 

"What the- Rei!" Emet exclaimed of seeing her as she waves, "Yo." 

Rei said, "Sorry I startled you. I followed you both here and I had notice both of you were acting strange. 

So cough up! What's really going on between the two of you? You went to the Gate with Little Bunny, and said that you didn't make it. Something must've happened, so, tell me!" Rei said as she chocks both of them. 

Emet said, "Ow! You're the clever one!" 

So, Rei was able to get up to speed as she said, "This is absolutely bad news indeed." 

Emet said, pointing at her, "I'm amazed that you would actually caught up fast and believe us so easily like this. " 

Rei said, putting her hands on her hips, "Huh? Of course I would believe it! Nora wouldn't make a dumb lie, she's not you, Emet. You know that." 

Emet sighs in defeat, knowing that what Rei said was true. 

Rei said, "It's not going to be easy decision. We have to leave some of our siblings behind. The little ones can't be able to travel, which includes the babies. " 

Emet said, "No." 

Rei was stunned , as Emet said, "Thanks a lot, Rei. You gave me the inspiration we needed for our escape. 

For once, I want Comet to be the last one. I never want anyone to die. Let's change the world, together!" 

Rei looks at Nora, "Can you please make an explanation for this idiot?!? C'mon, back me up here, Nora!" 

Nora chuckles, "I'm just glad that Emet is back to his usual self. You know... when we found out the truth, he was crying. I thought that he was crying because of the situation, but, I think he's way worried about his family dying. 

Isn't he incredible? Having to deal with the situation so calmly like that. I am in awe of him." 

"You haven't realize this?!? You're both going to die!" 

Rei realize this, "You knew about this outcome, haven't you? You planned this from the start! Why?!?"

Nora looks at Emet, "It's because I love him. Besides, I have done what I wanted to do, so this is great news! 

Besides, with you, you wouldn't want us to do this alone, am I right?" 

Rei seems to chuckle at her, as she said, "Damn. You know me too well, Nora." 

Suddenly, the bell rings as Emet rejoins the boys, "That's strange, we should have still free time left. I wonder why we're summoned back to the house?"

The children were shocked to see another adult, a male and another new sibling. 

"Another Adult?" Emet asks. 

"Another enemy." Nora gasps. 

Ivey said, "This is Kelly, he's going to help me in this house, also this is your newest sibling, Colten." 

Nora said, "What we do now?"
