although there were few entries, each had their own unique story to present. after being marked accordingly by each of the judges and hosts, one stood taller than the others in terms of marks. to offer better competition, the hosts decided to have only the first place winner in this category and the next.

❝overall, the author did a fantastic job in bringing out a poetic-themed narration, metaphorically writing about a cloud who falls in love with a mere earthen, one he will never meet again.❞

❝i really loved the p.o.v choice and how well the story flowed. clouds was a pretty enjoyable story and by far my favorite read out of all the entries!❞

❝learning that the narrator is a cloud changes how you see each chapter. each sentence has a fluidity that you can compare to clouds and its soft language makes it a peaceful read.❞
