"Liz, hey, wake up", I heard Archie whisper quietly, "The movie is over now. Do you want to stay the night? You don't need-"

"Yes, yes please. I just don't want to talk to Betty right now. She's my best friend and I can't believe she lied to me about something that's so important."

"I don't understand why she would do it. You love each other."

"Can we just make some popcorn before we go and sleep?"

"Of course", he smiled at me, stood up walking to the kitchen, "But can I ask you something?"

"Anything, Arch", I replied giving him the popcorn to put it into the microwave.

"Why do you like Jason? I mean.. uh.. why don't we really go out together not just for you parents to believe that?"

"I.. Archie, I don't know to be honest. Of course I like you but I don't know if that's enough to be closer. And since things happened with Jason just today. I'm sorry, Archie, I didn't know you would want us to be more."

"But I do. Ever since we shared that moment together."

"Wow.. uhm.. maybe you can just give me some time for myself so I can figure it out."

"Of course I can and I will. Just make sure that you'll be happy with the decision."

I spent Sunday at Archie's as well. I told Alice that we had a project to work on so she wouldn't be suspicious. After dinner I went home. Betty asked me what happened but I just told her to leave me alone after I found out that she lied to me. Of course she tried to explain herself but after she had realized I wouldn't listen to her that night she stopped trying.

It was another school day on monday. To be honest, I was quite afraid to go there since Cheryl really embarrassed me. I wasn't the kind of girl who tried be the it girl and wanted everyone to like her. But when I stormed out on Saturday I felt embarrassed like I've never been before.

"So you're really into Archie now, hm?", Jason walked up to me standing at his locker which was next to mine.

I didn't want to start a fight so I just ignored what he said. I just couldn't talk to him anymore.

"Do you think it's good to ignore me?"

I still didn't answer. Why would I?

"Okay, stop it!", he screamed at me suddenly slamming his hand against his locker.

"Don't yell at me!"

"So now you're talking to me?"

"No! I don't want to talk to you, I don't want to even see you! You've hurt me, Jason. And all you can think about is if I like Archie or not."

"No, all I can think about is what you did! It's been our first game and you broke up with me just a few minutes before?"

"We weren't even dating yet! I can't believe you. Just leave me alone, please."

"Don't worry, I will do so."

"Fine."

"Fine!"

"Jayjay, why don't you just go and let her stand alone her? She's not worth it", Cheryl interfered.

"Yeah, you could be gone by now", I told him unfriendly regarding the fact that he blames me for ruining his day when it was his fault that he lied to me.

"Is everything okay here?", Archie came standing next to me.

"Save it, Andrews. Everyone knows you're after my girl."

"She's not your girl, Jason. Maybe she was if you weren't an ass like Reggie."

"I told you to stop it", Jason repeated himself becoming angrier with each second.

"Why don't you just let her leave with Archie, dear brother? You're better than that", Cheryl smiled like she usually did.

"You're right. Let's go."

"Are you okay?"

"Of course I am, Archie. We should go and grab some food."
