Voices
(This is the Yandere Mangle x Female Reader I originally wanted to make into a fully-fledged story. For personal reasons, that didn't pan out, so here's the abridged version.)
Silence.
How long had it been, really? The radio lay on the Parts room table, still crackling faintly. Mangle began to breathe a little heavier, happy. Excited, even! He didn't have the constant static, the garbled voices in his head all day and night!
Silence, and peace, at last.

At least, that was how things were supposed to go. Peace and quiet. Maybe an enjoyable job, even. There was no more risk of death; he had put a stop to that quickly, once it was seen that you were not a threat. It was all thanks to the white fox that, perhaps, you could have a job you enjoyed.
And for perhaps two days, that was how it had gone. Two blissful, happy days. Mangle was by your side ever since you had removed the broken police radio from inside. He was wary at first, of course; loud noises startled the poor guy. But soon he began to enjoy hearing nothing but his own thoughts, and had made it a point to let you know it was greatly appreciated, what you had done for him.
He had even kissed you, albeit shyly.
The white-haired male seemed happy, hanging around the office when you were working the overnight shift. He enjoyed your company, and his wasn't exactly unpleasant. But the kiss...
It wasn't that his kissing was bad. He was new to the idea of love, wasn't he? Real love, anyways. And he had so badly wanted to thank you in a more meaningful manner. But it just seemed like his first kiss was the beginning of everything awful that happened.
The third day after the radio was removed, Mangle was quieter than normal. He wasn't his usual cheery, kind of sassy self that you had grown accustomed to, no. He was quiet in a withdrawn sense, like he was lost in his own thoughts. You relaxed in the office chair that night, simply assuming that he was finally getting used to hearing his thoughts and his alone.
Had you known what would happen thereafter, you would have tried to put a stop to it.

I'm in love with her. Teddy... he talked to me about love. Said that was why I even kissed her. That this is love, what I'm feeling. And it's so intense, it's like my heart is going to burst in my chest.
I need her. I need her in my life every day. Every second!
Mangle was on the ceiling as he often was, dangling and watching you flick through the cameras on the tablet. He watched your every single movement. He loved the way you moved, the way you spoke. He just... loved you.
She's done so much for me. No more migraines. No more awful, awful voices in my head, keeping me awake.
His hand reached out, above you, where you couldn't see. The male reached for you. He needed to touch you. Gently, so gently, he stroked your hair. It was so gentle you didn't flinch; perhaps you hadn't even felt it.
How were you supposed to know that the new voices in Mangle's head were even worse than the old?
◇
That had been two days ago. Now? Things had taken a turn for the worst. The white fox would not leave your side; even from the moment you walked into the building, Mangle walked beside you. The others... stayed away. They avoided you, rather.
Or was it him they were avoiding?
You had set out to question him that night, so the second that the midnight chime rang, you turned to the male, frowning slightly. "All right, what's going on?"
His hands wrung together, nervous. "What do you m-mean?" Mangle stammered, swallowing hard. His heart had begun to race an hour before you stepped through the front door. He just couldn't wait to see you!
She's here for the night, but... she has the weekend off. What am I going to do for two whole days without her?
The very idea was torturous.
"Hello? Mangle? Are you in there?" You laughed a little, warily. He was spacing out again. "Mangle, hon, what's going on? You've been worrying me lately. Have you been able to relax?"
You were worried about him. Worried about him! It was the sweetest gesture he could have hoped for! "I'm fine. You're here, so I'm fine."
That didn't exactly seem normal, and your stomach dropped for reasons unknown. "Hon, if there's something bothering you--"
Mangle took your face into his hands, kissing you with enough fervor and passion that you squealed against it. He pulled you from your seat and whirled you around, backing you against the wall. His throat was making soft noises the longer he kissed you; it wasn't enough! He needed every inch of you!
"Ahem." The clearing of someone's throat was enough to stop the fox, at least, who growled as he turned towards the intruder. Who the fuck had enough balls to interrupt?!
Toy Freddy, apparently, as he stood in the wide threshold with more than a good dose of discomfort. "I need to speak with the guard," he said softly. He didn't seem too keen on meeting anyone else's gaze, and so kept his eyes pointed towards the floor.
So much for being their fearless leader.
Mangle's upper lip curled back. He knew what the bandleader wanted; for him to leave you alone. To hell with that! He had no right to pry you away from him! But the white-haired male smiled, something that made Teddy's insides quake. "Very well," he murmured, almost purring. "If you want to speak to her, then by all means..." Mangle sauntered out of the room, still bearing that grin. But the moment he was away from the both of you the smile dropped, anger taking its place.
He knew what Teddy was doing. He knew all too well.
You, on the other hand, did not, unable to move away from the wall you had been backed up against. Toy Freddy removed his hat, running a hand through his hair before replacing it.
He had let his own frustration take over, he was sorry to admit it. The leader approached you with more force than he intended, prodding you with an accusatory finger in the stomach. His glare silenced you as he spoke, his words dripping with venom. "If you know what's good for you, keep to yourself. Am I clear?"
But you weren't one of his band members. Not even an animatronic. So you shoved the brunet out of your space, fixing your uniform shirt as you matched his glare. "Or you can mind your own fucking business," you spat out. "Was I protesting? No. So fuck off and go back to the stage, Teddy."
The bear turned on his heel and stormed out of the office again, making you wonder why he was letting jealousy get the best of him. But why was he so jealous? He clearly didn't like you... right?
◇
How were you to have known all of that? How were you supposed to understand how everyone was feeling when Mangle had scared them all into keeping to themselves?
Or he tried to, anyways. Toy Freddy was the only one unaffected by the fox's threats.
"Why can't you just leave the damn girl alone?" Teddy nearly shouted. Toy Chica, nearby, flinched; since when had their bandleader begun to swear? The bear tapped his fingers on the other arm, both arms crossed as he waited for Mangle's answer.
The fox was just as angry, close to snarling at the brunet. "Why are you so jealous? I find someone that makes me happy and you can't stand it? Is that it?"
"Of course not, that's not what I meant," was the leader's softer reply. He wanted all of them to be happy. But why couldn't Mangle see why it was bothering him?
He doesn't know. He's too preoccupied.
So Toy Freddy, frustrated, made a beeline for the fox, jumping off of his stage and grabbing Mangle's face. Much as the white-haired male had done to you the night prior.
But this particular kiss was unwanted to the extreme, and Mangle freaked out, shoving the brunet to the floor with a cry of disgust. "What the actual fuck, Teddy?!" the fox screamed, backing away. "Ugh!! Fuck that!! No!"
To say that the bear was broken was an understatement from that point on.

Now? You were hiding. Hiding from the one mascot you had only wanted to help, all because he had no control over his thought process. He knew he loved you, and that he needed you in his life.
But now you had simply wished you'd left the radio inside him... at least back then he had been... sane. Maybe not happy, but certainly not like this, either.
The clanging noises of pipes against the walls made you flinch as the male searched for you. You couldn't have gone too far; the doors were still sealed shut.
Not too far away lay Toy Bonnie. He hadn't even had the chance to change back to his animatronic form before Mangle had simply snapped his neck. He lie motionless, his eyes blank and unseeing. What had the poor tiny guitarist done to deserve this fate?
He was caught. That was all.
"Sweetheaaart~" Mangle cooed down the hall. The pipe in his hand clanged with a jarring sound. "Where did you go? You know you can't hide from me, right? You're just being silly, now come out before I really get mad."
As if he wasn't mad already.
How the fuck could this have happened? Is this what I get for trying to help?
You pressed your body against the wall even further, trying to melt into it somehow. Whatever it took to avoid the oncoming male, swinging the metal pipe like a baseball bat. Wanting to find you.
He was getting annoyed. He could crawl anywhere he damn well pleased, so what were you getting at, hiding from him? All it was doing was upsetting him.
I need to find her. It's been too long since I've seen her face... touched her skin...
His thoughts had no hindrance, with the broken police radio absent. The static had suppressed his thought process. And now with it gone, his mind was free to think of anything he wanted.
Which meant you, and you alone.
But she's hiding from me. Doesn't she love me? DOESN'T SHE?!
This momentary panic sent a surge of adrenaline through the white-haired male, as he began to sprint around the restaurant. The pipe in his hand went swinging in his rage, cracking and shattering any and everything it came into contact with. Including Toy Chica, who hadn't the chance to get out of his way.
Her skull split wide, and the sound like an egg being broken filled the room, just faintly echoing towards where you hid. You flinched at the wet splattering that followed... you weren't sure who had gotten in Mangle's way, but there was no way they--
A clawed hand squeezed tight on your shoulder. The white fox grinned down at you, his expression crazed and distant. "Sweetheart, don't ever hide from me again," he cooed. The hand continued to squeeze and dig its nails into your skin; he made no effort to release you even as you winced in pain. Trickles of blood began to run down your arm beneath your uniform, blood seeping into the fabric.
Your mouth stumbled over your words, pulse in your throat and ears. You were terrified. If the fox had no qualms about destroying his friends, who was to say he wouldn't do the same to you? "Mangle.... Mangle, listen... I... I don't..."
You were pulled into a hug, one that squeezed the breath from your lungs. He rocked back and forth a little, obviously meaning to be loving despite the pain. "I missed you. Don't ever leave my side again."
Or else.

Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. FUCK!!
Hiding in the vents wasn't the smartest idea, but with the fox distracted, it was his ONLY idea. Teddy huffed raggedly, having run around his entire pizzeria to find his bandmembers dead. Worse than dead, destroyed... Hopefully not beyond repair.
Toy Chica... my God, her skull...
The brunet's stomach churned, and he shut his eyes tightly, trying to will the image of her splattered brains aside.
No such luck. Teddy vomited in the vent, forcing him to back off and out of the enclosed space. Surely Mangle would have heard it, either way... if the fox didn't already know where he was.
But why isn't he trying to hunt me down?
The answer sent a stabbing sort of pain in his heart. Mangle would want nothing to do with the Toy leader. Not after being so violently rejected. So why try to find the bear? If he wasn't going to steal you away from the fox, then he was no threat.
Yes, Teddy knew exactly what Mangle must have been thinking. Unless he'd already found you, and was now...
His face darkened. It couldn't end this way. It wasn't fair, not at all! He had had no chance to try and explain his feelings for the white-haired male, so why should he be pushed aside?!
Would it perhaps snap the fox out of whatever terrible mindset he was in?
◇
Kids Cove had little in the way of privacy, but Mangle didn't seem to care. His mind was on a high, finally having you in his grasp again. He could be happy! More than that, he was elated!
He had forced you into his lap, facing him, the fox's head resting against your shoulder. He was all but purring. It would have been a sweet image, had his grip on you not been so tight. Like your shoulder, his claws were digging into your thighs, almost like a warning. A threat of what he was capable of, just in case you decided to try and run again. Blood trickled and stained your clothing like before.
He's snapped completely. Why the fuck did I remove that fucking radio in the first place?!
"I know what you're thinking. It's what they all think about me," Mangle spoke softly. He didn't need to raise his voice; your nervousness gave him all your attention. Which was just how he wanted it. "But I feel fine. You all think I'm sick, but I'm fine."
No, no he wasn't fine. His grip squeezed ever tighter, making you cry out softly, almost smacking him. But he was too unhinged for such a gesture to have been taken lightly, so you did nothing against the pain.
"Don't go. You've got nowhere to run, and no reason to run from me. Sweetie, stay with me," the white-haired male purred to you. His tongue slid out from his mouth and licked your cheek.
This time you did flinch away, ignoring the biting pain in your thighs from his hands. "What the actual fuck, Mangle?! Ew!"
He didn't like that. Wasn't he showing how much he needed you there with him? Every waking moment he needed you; not having you around during the day was slowly killing him. The voices....
They spoke a lot. Told him that what he was doing was perfectly fine. He was in love, and what better way to prove his love than by this? Without the static of the police radio he could think freely, at long last.
When he shoved you to the tiled floor, your wrists pinned down, that was when the panic really began to set in.
◇
He was the last chance any of them had in keeping Mangle at bay. With both of his bandmembers destroyed, Toy Freddy realized with a heavy heart that he would have to be the one to take Mangle down.
The thing was... jealousy was getting better of him. It was a trait that the bandleader was sorry to even have, but it welled up inside of him at the mere thought of his rejection. It had hurt so badly, didn't either of you understand that?
Teddy peered down at what remained of his pizzeria. Mangle had gone on a rampage, indeed; but where was the offending mascot?
Probably with you. Someplace quiet.
The jealousy struck the bear again, making him flinch and wince. It hurt physically, not just emotionally.
The metal pipe lay beside the body, still glistening with fresh blood. The Toy leader picked it up delicately, watching the blood dripping down.
Perhaps now he understood what the fox was feeling. The overwhelming need. The brunet could not survive without Mangle.... he knew that now.
◇
He was reckless and entirely ignorant to anything else but his own pleasure. The white-haired male thrust with an abandon that he might not have even realized. One hand had lifted your leg up and onto his shoulder, the other covered your mouth from the screams.
Weren't you supposed to be screaming the good way? Weren't you enjoying this? Enjoying how he handled you, showed you how much he needed you? Being human let the fox show you things he couldn't as a mascot. But your expression was one of agony, and for good reason: your body did not want the intrusion inside you, so every thrust was painful, bringing blood.
That wouldn't do. He was showing you love, so why were you crying? There were tears running down your face, as your hands tried to shove him away.
No, no, this was all wrong! Why couldn't you love him the way he loved you?!
He was so caught up in the moment that he didn't see the bandleader in the doorway to Kids Cove. Pipe in his hand and a broken expression on his tanned face. It was rape, obviously so. But you were suffering, so maybe Teddy didn't mind it as much.
The only thing that stopped Mangle's abuse was the pipe, crashing down onto your face. You felt your nose shatter, blood pouring as you were struck over and over. Despite the cruelty at the hands of the bear, your rapist continued. He didn't seem to notice. Or care.
It's fine. I can fix her, like she did me. And if that's what it takes to make Teddy content, it's fine too.
Your body was limp as he climaxed hard, still pumping like crazy. He could have gone on for hours, but you had already lost so much blood...
Panting, Teddy dropped the pipe with a clanging sound, tears beginning to fall. "Why won't you love me?"
Mangle ignored the question. He knew how things would go now, but he was losing time. "Get the suit."
"No. I'll kill her again."
"And I'll keep fixing her, like she did me. Get the suit, Teddy."
I'll always fix you, so you can stay with me forever. I love you sweetheart.
