Jungkook's p.o.v

I ran to the edge my eyes widened more in shock when I saw her body splash on water, a pool down only 3 floors distance. I felt like if I came back to life after dying, the weight on my chest and the sorrow all vanished.

This girl gonna kill me one day

In the mean time the policemen were shocked, the officer demanded 3 of them to go down while the other 2 ran toward me but I think she was right when she said it's fun to run away.

Even though I was scared and I hesitated because of the height but I did it in the end I didn't have the time anyway to think about it I had to jump before they take hold of me, and god that was so terrifying. I felt like my soul left my body before I met the water and it amazes me when I think that she did it without looking down and not only that, she did it backward.

The pool was deep equiped for diving, I swimmed to the surface and looked around trying to spot y/n but she was nowhere to be seen. I ran through the crowd of adults, pushing some of them and bumping to some making my way to the stairs.

I saw the officer in the hallway coming out of the lift, so I turned my heels and ran to the other direction of the hallway in attempt to find somewhere to hide since the stairs weren't a choice anymore. But in the other end of the hallway I spotted another set of stairs.

I turned around to check if they noticed me and at the same time one of the policemen looked at my direction and pointed his finger toward me.

" oh shit " I hissed and ran downstairs the fastest my legs can afford skipping few steps and once I reached the next floor a hand wrapped on my arm and pulled me out of the blue, I almost tripped on my feet, before absorbing what happened I raised my head and saw y/n she pushed me inside a room and closed the door.

We looked at each other for seconds without uttering a word only our heavy breath is heard.

" how did you get here? " I asked between my unstable breath.

" I can see in your eyes that I'm amazing " she smirked and walked past me

I trailed behind her and stopped on my track when I saw a girl on the bed hands and legs tied together and mouth closed with a scarf tied on the back of her head.

" what the hell y/n ? "

" I had no choice " she shrugged " she refused to listen "

" we are not gangsters or something " I scolded her as I walked toward the girl but as I began to untie her hands y/n pulled my hands stopping me from setting the girl free.

" I would have sneeked out by now if you didn't come to distract me again, don't interfere one more time because I'm doing this for you. Don't ruin my plans by acting like you are perfect- " she ranted in one breath which made me lose it and the next thing I knew I yelled in her face " shut up "

Y/n's p.o.v

" shut up! " he raised his voice and my mouth was left open in shock, I haven't seen that side of him before and believe me it's scary- he's scary when he's angry.

He felt guilty right after seeing me jaw dropped, he sighed as he rubbed his eyes trying to calm himself before talking.

" listen y/n, I have thrown my whole career in the trash, risked my life and even jumped from 3 floor height which is something crazy for me to do, just to help you because.. " he pointed at his heart as he continued ".. something here is telling me that I have to stay by your side and trust you, it might turn out to be blindly leading me toward you but I'm still following with my own will so I don't blame you for what my life turned to but at least acknowledge my efforts can you? "

" I can't understand you " I scoffed.

" what do you mean ? "

" first you rejected me then started acting like if you are crazy in love with me, you kidnapped me to turtor me but suddenly you gave me a chance and help, you put a gps tracker on my wrist practically because you don't trust me but that's not what you show. Are you bipolar ? " that's what I wanted to say but I swallowed it back

" stop your efforts and then you won't need my aknowledge " I said coldly rolling my eyes before going to the closet of the girly I tied on bed.

" we have to leave " I yelled inside the narrow room and when he didn't respond I went back to the bedroom. I crossed my arms when I saw him sitting in front of the girl stroking her hair as she was sobbing.

" calm down, we won't hurt you.. I'm sorry we scared you we are not bad we just want to escape we had no choice " he comforted her, getting all sweet with her.

Am I jealous? No.

Not even a bit.

" if you don't move your ass away she will never stop crying " I mumbled as I leaned on the door frame watching them flirting, or at least that's how it looked like for me.

" I have to go now, do you feel better ? " he asked her ignoring me

" she's good I didn't punch her " the drama she was making had me laughing.

She nodded then she burst again in tears sobbing like a baby.

" heey please stop " he said as he grabbed another set of kerchief to dry her cheeks.

" I swear if she cries one more time I will make sure to give her a good reason to cry one week ahead " she was getting on my nerve. I stormed toward them, I pulled jungkook and glared at her " sorry actress I have to take my man now "

I was ready to fight but neither of them protested except her pathetic sobs that became louder than before.

" let's change to something and leave before the party ends and- " before I could finish he passed by me bumping his shoulder to mine as he entered the dressing room first.

He scanned the neatly arranged outfits for seconds " there is nothing here I can wear "

" me neither, too girly for me " I said as I picked up some dresses, the longest she has but still so short and revealing " but do I have a choice " I added

jungkook in the other hand removed¹ his soaked wet hoodie and stayed with a tank top.

" that's not enough " I left the bathroom after changing to her pink short dress holding a razor on my hand " shall we? "

" No " he jolted and hid his hair with his veiny hands " not in a million years "

" in military sweetheart " I threw the razor on the ground and smirked

" you always find a way to annoy me " he went to the closet again and cameback with something in his hand.

" the results say that I'm the culprit? " I asked when he stood up few inches away from me.

" not here " he whispered giving a glance to the girl who suddenly stopped sobbing and eyed us with curiosity. He put a black beanie on my head pushing every strands of hair inside hiding the remarkable hair color, I let him do that and watched his features his doe eyes, the little frown he has whenever he's focusing on something, his plump bottom lip and his wet hair. He's perfect, being with me is his only flaw.

He wore a black hat and grabbed my wrist dragging me toward the door.
He cautiously peeked outside before he stepped out of the room.

" jungkook I think we have to split up "

" no we can do it together "

" what if they are waiting in the entry ? "

" that's why I parked my car in the back door "

" ooh you are getting better in this " I chanted

" we gonna use the emergency door the alarm sirens will go off once we open it so keep in mind to run the fastest you can toward the car " he instructed me and I beamed " you sound like someone who has experience "

3 floors, we couldn't use the elevator so we ran downstairs ceaselessly till we stopped catching our breath in front of the emergency door, luckily I was wearing comfortable sneakers.

" they might be outside so stay cautious, the car is straight ahead "

I nodded indicating that I'm ready
" in 3 .. 2 .. 1 " he counted and just in time he rolled the knob and the door was opened, the same time the whistles echoed in every corner in the hotel.
I did as we agreed, I ran after him his car wasn't so far.

" catch them " I heard someone screamed and I saw the 5 clowns few meters away. We both jumped on his convertible car and he started the engine in no time.

The rush of the adrenaline and the image of them running after us made me burst in laugher my sneakers still sticking out of the car.

I sat up and turned around to watch them, they got on their car and started chasing us I stuck out my tongue for them.

" Faster faster " I shouted out and he pressed down more on the accelerator.

We were meters ahead already hard to catch up but I just wanted more, I wanted him to increase the speed so we can lose them completely. I felt the freedom the joy and the power when the wind was hitting my face, I took off the beanie to let the wind play with my hair and let it make a lullaby against my ears " more baby more !"

" god damn it y/n ! Are you trying to get us killed? " he yelled as he tightened his grip on the handle, eyes focusing on the road

" I trust you " I yelled back and with that he sped up

I put my hand over his hand which was grabbing the gear, he stole a quick glance at me and saw my smirk he knew what I wanted to do so he decided to beat me on it. He moved his hand above mine changing position and my hand was the one grabbing the gear now, he smirked then tightened his grip on my hand and changed the gear- the car started moving in lightening speed. He kept using my hand as a gear.

" lose em " I chanted and ruffled his hair with my other hand.

" get back to your seat " he glanced at me quickly to check if I lied my back before he changed the gear again and stepped on the gas deeper, when I jolted I noticed the trailer crossing the road with the same speed coming right toward us. He tilted the wheel to fit the gap and stepped on the gas completely.

I watched the trailer coming toward me but I wasn't scared not even a bit, maybe that's how much I trust him or just that I didn't care if that was the end.
We made it in a split of a second I felt the wind coming from the trailer's speed as it passed behind us.

We lost them

I was so excited, subconsciously I cupped jungkook's cheeks and kissed his cheek then went back to my seat and yelled " yes we made it they're blocked " I smiled widely I was proud of him

" the things you make me do " he mumbled smiling secretly.

After few minutes of celebrating our victory we noticed that we lost our way and we were running out of gas in the middle of the night outside the towns.

We spotted a small house so we parked beside it to ask for help since they had a car parked outside.

I waited in the car as jungkook knocked on the door, it sounds like something happens in horror movies.

The door cracked open and a granny peeked from behind it, her husband joined when he heard jungkook explaining our situation.

" I'm really sorry young man, it's my grandson's car I don't have the keys. he is in the city now he'll be here by the sunrise he's around your age. You can stay here tonight the house is empty anyway we feel lonely " the granny welcomed us with a warm heart and made dinner for us. They are just the sweetest I couldn't help but watch them in admiration and wished to have a relationship that strong with someone and grow up with him to become a sweet loving couple like them.

They allowed us to use the 2nd floor saying that it's free most of the time till their grandson decides to visit them.

Once we were alone I grabbed jungkook's wrist and dragged him to the bedroom " tell me everything "

He sighed declaring that whatever he's going to say isn't on my side. I became nervous and the seconds felt like hours I held his forefinger like a kid.

" jimin suicided " jungkook started and my heart stopped for a second.

" what? No I'm pretty sure he was stabbed on the back "

" yes, they say that he took an overdose of sleeping pills there was no chance to save him but still ... they found out that he was stabbed before he died that's making out of it an attempt of killing and they can't prove if he drunk the pills or someone put them on his drink " jungkook explained " unfortunately up to date all the proofs are leading to you "
