Luna entered the cafe, immediately catching the attention of the vibrant blonde that everyone seemed to love. Along with the attention of all of their other friends, which wasn't really her intention. She was only there to get some food and then leave but JJ had practically dragged her by the arm over to their table.
"Yo!" JJ loudly yelled. "Have you ever seen her play basketball? Girl's got an arm on her!"
Luna cockily dusted her shoulders off, grinning up at the blonde. "Just call me the next Lebron."
Jordan glanced over at the two, her words from the other night about JJ being hot had replayed in his mind as he spotted their close encounter. For some reason, his jealousy got the best of him and he couldn't help but slip his arm around Luna's waist and kiss her cheek.
"Hey."
"Woah," she giggled, getting caught off-guard by his actions. "Hey, Jordan."
Jordan cleared his throat, sending her a soft smile. "So, look, um—"
"Hold that thought," Luna cut him off. "My favorite Baker just walked in."
Jordan frowned, watching her run over to Liv and practically jump into his sister's arms. But, it's not like he could've said don't go over there and talk to your best friend because he knew that there was no Luna without Liv and vice versa.
"Oh, my favorite girl!" Luna cooed, embracing her in a hug. "I've missed you, we need to hang out."
"Maybe we could," Liv rolled her eyes playfully. "If my brother wasn't spending time in your bedroom."
"Okay, ew, why'd he tell you that?" she grimaced. "It's not at all what it sounds like, okay?"
"I'm just saying..." Liv held her hands up. "Jordan would not stop talking about how he's been in your bedroom. The Luna Ramirez's bedroom. And now that I've embarrassed my brother, I'm gonna go, see you soon, lover."
Liv kissed her friend on the cheek, picking her bag off of the counter, and walked away. While Luna attempted to do the same thing, grabbing her own to-go bag off of the counter but was stopped by a very excited JJ Parker.
"How could you not tell me your uncle was out of town?"
"Who the hell's my uncle?" she questioned.
"Asher's dad!" JJ threw his hands up, walking away. "God does know one talk around here!"
"You can deny it all you want," Asher crept up behind Luna, tugging on her hair like they were children. "But we're related."
"Ow!" she hissed in pain. "Asher, go away! I don't like you!"
As she attempted to walk away, Jordan stopped her. "So...this party, huh?"
"I'm sure it'll be fun," Luna shrugged. "Guess I'll see you there."
"Of course you will," Jordan guaranteed with a grin. "I...I will see you there."
"Oh...Jordan?" Luna turned around, raising her eyebrow at him. "Next time you're in my bedroom, maybe don't go around telling people how you've been in there? Thanks."
Jordan nodded, watching her walk out of the cafe before his face turned into a look of realization. "She said next time."

"Try to keep your clothes on, tonight."
Maria shot her only daughter a knowing look once she spotted the girl in party attire. It was no surprise for Luna to be going to a party on nights where there weren't any football games and it's not like her mom and Peter minded considering the girl rarely ever got in trouble and was extremely smart. So they allowed her to do pretty much whatever she wanted but on occasion, there were times when Luna had come home in little to nothing after an intense game of poker.
She cringed, flattening the bottom of her mini-skirt out and shooting her mom an uncomfortable smile. "Ha! No promises, mami."
"I'm working late tonight at the hospital so Peter will be here," Maria rolled her eyes. "Don't do anything stupid."
"I never do!" Luna yelled out, walking straight for the door. "Love you!"
After taking an Uber, Luna had arrived at Asher's house which was filled with what seemed to be the entire junior class and more. Drinks were being poured everywhere, people were dancing all over the place, and there was a DJ set up outside. And as always, Luna Ramirez ended up right at the poker table next to a naked JJ.
Luna eyed her bad batch of cards and despite playing poker all the time she had the worst poker face which earned a very wide smile from JJ. "I fold."
"Royal flush," JJ laid out his cards. "You know what that means, moon?"
"I'm not taking off any clothes, tonight!" she argued. "Deal?"
"Deal," he smirked. "Makeout with me."
Horror was splashed all over not only Luna's but Asher's face as well, not wanting to see her and JJ makeout.
"Hell no!"
"A dare is a dare," JJ winked, leaning back in his chair and causing everyone to groan in disgust. "Pay up."
"If I feel your hands anywhere they shouldn't be, I'm allowed to slap you," Luna threatened.
JJ nodded understandingly, puckering his lips for the girl who leaned in and pecked them softly, trying her best to avoid a full-blown makeout session.
"That's it?" Layla scoffed. "Come on, Luna. He said makeout, not a peck."
She threw her hands up in defeat, sagging her shoulders a bit before reaching for the back of JJ's neck and drawing him in for a longer kiss, allowing for their lips to mesh with each other's for a while. But, she pulled away before he could even attempt to slip in his tongue.
"Now, that..." JJ breathlessly pointed at her. "Was a kiss. You are a great kisser."
"JJ..." she widened her eyes at his lap. "Oh, my God! You need a cold shower."
The blonde awkwardly crossed his legs, placing his hands over his lap, and tried his best to avoid her eyes. "Sorry..."
"I'm out." She threw her hands up and pushed the chair back, walking away from the poker table and spotting Liv and Spencer standing right beside each other. "Liv...wow, you're here."
"Don't look too surprised," Liv rolled her eyes, slinging her arm around her friend's shoulder. Asher had eventually roped Spencer into joining their game of poker which probably wasn't the best idea.
"Hey...did your brother mention whether he was coming or not?" Luna wondered, twirling a strand of hair around her finger boredly. "Not that I care or anything."
"I haven't talked to him, sorry," Liv shrugged. "You and Jordan seem to be getting close. Should I be worried that he's stealing my best friend?"
"Only if I start calling him lover," she joked.
"I know you're joking," Liv clamped her hand down onto her shoulder. "But, if that ever happens, I'll kill you."
Luna gasped, clutching her hand to her chest and held an offended expression on her face. They stared at each other for a minute before busting out into a fit of laughter. Their laughter soon died down once Liv's name had left Layla's mouth roping her into a dare that involved her and Spencer alone in a hot tub.
Olivia's recent venture into the hot tub room had ultimately left Luna all alone considering she didn't really want to socialize with Layla or any of the other people at the party. And it's not like she was expecting for Jordan to come to the party but not having him there was definitely causing the girl's mood to drastically change which resulted in her leaving.
