After two days, Bam can finally have his classes. Their teacher in the Wave Controller position, Yuga, discusses.

"As its name suggests, Shinsu is a mysterious substance with the power to control all things like a God. So in other to use fixed amount of Shinsu, you must form a contract on each floor" Yuga explained.

"Mr. Lauroe, it seems you formed a contract in your sleep"

"Really?" Lauroe said awoke.

"But the rest of you haven't form contracts yet, so please make your pockets visible and close your eyes" everybody followed his instruction and made their pockets visible. 

"Now speak the command, 'Form contract with administrator'" 

"Form contract with administrator" Bam formed the contract.

"You smell rather appealing, kid" as he opened his eyes. He saw a gigantic animal infront of him.

"You want to form a contract with me?" 

"Y-Yes!!"  

"Very well" a spiral of sea fish surrounds Bam.

"But remember this. For you, this is not a contract. It's a shackle" after that Bam finally formed a contract. He was breathing heavily and tired.

"Forming a a contract have exhausted your stamina than expected. You should rest and prepare for tomorrow" Yuga said and left. Bam saw the red-haired woman leaving. Bam left his seat and ran towards her.

"Excuse me" she halted and turned around.

"I'm sorry. It's my fault your eye is injured" Bam apologized.

"There's no need to apologize. You were injured too" she said and left.

"I look forward to training with you starting tomorrow, Bam" a horned man said.

"Oh, uh.."

"Forgive me. I haven't introduced myself yet. My name is Hoh. This is my teammate, Lauroe" Lauroe yawned.

"You seem totally fine, even though you just formed a contract"

"Yes, I've been training a bit"

"Amazing"

"Let me know if you need any help. We should help each other"

"I don't think I can beat them" Bam said in his thoughts.

"Help each other?" Lauroe said in question heading to their rooms.

"Is it so wrong to extend a helping hand to the weak?" Hoh head inside his room.

"The weak, huh?"

Hoh trembled and breathed heavily in his room. In Bam's room, Khun and Min were there.

"In passing the test, you have to make ten friends in one week?" Bam said in question.

"Scouts get weird homework, huh?" Khun said.

"Yes, I've only made some space for you guys" Min said.

"How thoughtful of you. But I can't make friends with a brat like you" Khun said joking.

"Mr. Khun" Bam said trying to persuade him.

"It's just a joke" Khun gets her paper and signed it.

"By the way, where's Rak?" Bam asked. 

"Oh, the alligator? Apparently you could pass the Spear Bearer test by hitting a target that was really fare away" Khun said.

" 'I'm going back to the wild. Farewell, turtles'. After he said that, he left"

" He's really excited about all of this"

"Of course, Bam. We're doing this to climb the tower" Khun said.

"Then I'm going to train hard too" Bam's doorbell rang.

"Oh, Who is it?" Bam went to the door and opened it."

"Who's here this late at night?" Khun said in his thoughts.

"H-Hey"

"We have a request" Shibisu and Hatz  said.

"A request?" Bam said in question.

"What are you two doing here?" Khun asked.

"Um... This is embarrassing to ask but.." Shibisu and Hatz pulled out a list.

"D-Do you want to be friends with us?" Shibisu asked.

"Huh?"

"What?"

"I already signed your list, Mr. Shibisu, Mr. Hatz"

"Oh, so you two are Scouts just like Min?" Khun asked.

"Yeah. We're the ones who signed her paper" Shibisu answered.

"So you guys are asking me to be friends with you? I don't want to"

"What?! WHY NOT?? I heard you love making friends"

"Who said that?"

"Min!" Min giggled.

"This brat... So first of all, you're in a team with that lizard who took the Black March from Bam! Do you think we'll help you?" Khun said denying their request.

"I also believed that conflicted with the spirit of swordsmanship. I apologize on her behalf. And the teams were disbanded after the Crown Game, so she has nothing to do with me anymore" Hatz said.

"Now that she's not on your team, You have nothing to do with her, huh? Is that your spirit of swordsmanship? To throw away someone who was once your teammate? That's evil"

"I'm just talking about the right path of a swordsman. And by the way, you're narrow-minded" the two were glaring at each other.

"Ahahhaah.. There, there. Don't fight! Why don't we get to know each other first?" Shibisu said stopping their conflict.

"That's cool. I'm Khun. I'm a son of the Khun Family, one of the Ten Great Families. Khun Aguero Agnis is my full name. In short, I'm from a noble family unlike you guys" Khun said showing off.

"We asked about you, not your father. That information is as useless as your earrings. Give us some useful information this time" Hatz said rudely and Khun scowled.

"ARGH! THIS BASTARD! THIS IS MY EAR! What is it to you if I have earrings or piercings?!"

"HATZ, STOP IT! Do you know how many people had rejected us because of your rude behavior?!"

"Well, Mr. Khun has a terrible fashion sense too. He doesn't have any sense of sophistication" Min teased.

"YOU DAMN BRAT! WANT ME TO ERASE MY NAME ON YOUR LIST?!" Khun exclaimed.

"MIN! DON'T MESS THIS UP!" Shibisu exclaimed.

"It's just a joke" Min giggled.

"It's not a good joke! Anyway, it's Hatz's turn to introduce himself" Shibisu said and Hatz sighed.

"I apologize for my words. My name is Hatz. I'm 18 years old. My dad was a swordsmith. So I've liked swords since I was young. I grew up with the spirit of swordsmanship.."

"Spirit, spirit. Stop spouting old stories. Does your family still say "seppuku" even today? So old-fashioned..." Khun mocked and Hatz scowled.

"YOU!! ARE YOU MAKING FUN OF OUR SPIRIT OF SWORDSMANSHIP?! Performing seppuku is noble and manly!! What's so funny about that?!"

"Hatz, calm down..."

"Seppuku is manly? That's stupid! I guess if your dad told you to order a medium-sized pizza but instead you order a large, your dad would tell you to seppuku!"

"Of course, seppuku is the only the way if you're a man" 

"Di ya? Really?"Shibisu exclaimed.

"AND YOU!! Didn't people in your town talk behind your back? Because of your silly earrings?"

"Nope, it's the trend in my town. Everybody wears five or six earrings and not only people even animals and objects wear them too!! That's the trend!!"

"Stop bluffing!! Are you a kid?!"Shibisu exclaimed.

"Damn it... We failed in making friends again.." Shibisu said in his thoughts palming his face.

"Let's be friends!" Bam said.

"Huh?"

"My name is The 25th Bam..."

"Don't, Bam! They don't need a friend. They just need to fill in that blank!!" Khun said stopping him. 

"There's nothing to say much about me. I didn't have a family nor a house. The only thing I had is a dirty piece of cloth. So I thought I would die there doing nothing and alone. But now I have friends. Thanks.." Bam said as he introduced himself.

"Bam..."

"Bam was a lonely boy. He was living in a dark cave that's why he's always alone. Before he came up the tower, the only friend Bam had was me"

"Okay, let's be friends..." Khun said and signed their papers. 

"REALLY? THANK YOU, BAM AND EARRINGS!!" Shibisu said happily.

"Why are you calling me earrings?! WANNA DIE?!"

"Mr. Khun, you talk like Mr. Rak" Bam teased. 

"No, he sounded like an old man" Min teased him.

"WHAT? That's the last straw! ARGH! This is all because of you SEPPUKU SWORDSMAN!!"

"I'M NOT A SEPPUKU! I'M HATZ!!"

In Rachel's room, Rachel was sleeping on her bed. She was dreaming herself at the top of the tower. She was running around seeing the beautiful stars at night happily. Bam appeared at the side wearing a piece of cloth and silhouette of other people showed, his friends. Bam and the others ran away with them and became a shining star. Rachel was left in the middle alone seeing the stars. She woke up and stood up from her bed.

The next day, it was their break time before their test. 

"One large special lunch without meat" the girl with a horn ordered.

"Okay" the man from the Da'an clan cooked.

"They're making us using the points we've earned? At least let me eat whatever I want" she complained.

"I promise I'll buy you lunch tomorrow" Shibisu said. The girl took a gaze on the group. 

"Rachel?" Endorsi saw her eating with them.

"You better keep your promise"Lauroe said.

"Lauroe, it took one meal to bribe you?" a woman named Serena asked.

"Here's your special lunch" the chef gave the girl her lunch.

"You guys are so narrow-minded. You should be more like Bam" Shibisu said rubbing his cheeks to Bam.

"Mr. Shibisu, your stubble is prickly" Bam said.

"Is that seat free?"

"Huh?"

"What's with these guys? They really are friendly for enemies. Rachel is also with them. She's already that close to boys?"  the girl said in her mind.

"Hey, old hag. Scoot down make some space" Shibisu said and Serena is irrtated.

"You're such a lecherous creep. Gross" Serena moved.

"Come on, let's try to get along" Hoh said.

"Endorsi" Rachel saw Endorsi as she sits beside her. 

"You have a charm for boys, huh?" Endorsi said.

"No, I don't have" Rachel smiled wryly.

"What are you guys talking about?" Endorsi asked.

"In the Scouts position, you have to make a lot of friends" Shibisu answered.

"Friends?" Shibisu showed a list of friends and talked about what happened last night. 

"Oh, so they're friends even though they hate each other" Endorsi said.

"They say the more you get close, the more you fight" Shibisu said lovestrucked by Endorsi's beauty.

"DON'T BE RIDICULOUS!" Khun and Hatz denied and glared each other.

"See? Totally in sync" Hoh laughed and eat. 

"I know, Endorsi, will you be friends with them?" Bam asked.

"Well, I think I'd like getting closer to this handsome one" Endorsi said. 

"Mister Number One Handsome Heart is right here!" Shibisu said raising his hand.

"I'm sorry but I can't" Endorsi said putting her finger on his forehead.

"Huh?"

"My family is forbidden to love" she pushes Shibisu to Bam using her finger.

"I'm just talking about friendship" Bam said.

"I don't believe men and women can really be friends. How about Rachel?" Endorsi eats.

"No, I'm not interested in love" Rachel said.

"Rachel, may not be the most beautiful woman in the world, but she's a really kind person" Bam said

"Uh, Bam.." Rachel smiled wryly. 

"I see" Endorsi smirked and took a spoon full of rice.

"Hey, what are you doing there?" Anaak asked and Endorsi sighed.

"You're fraternizing with this lot? How the Princess of Jahad had fallen" Anaak glared and Endorsi just kept eating. 

"What? P-PRINCESS OF JAHAD?!" Shibisu exclaimed. 

"So there are two princesses in our testing area?!" Serena exclaimed in surprised. 

"All people are controlled by rules" Khun mumbled. 

"You're chatty, aren't you?" Endorsi said as she kept eating. Bam stared at the Black March which Anaak was holding.

"Stare all you want. I'm not returning the Black March" Anaak said.

"It's not that. I'm the one who accepted your bet. I'll apologize to Yuri when I see her. I'm not sure if she can forgive me though" Bam said.

"Don't stand there. Why don't you take a seat?" Endorsi said as she kept on eating.

"Huh? Does that mean you two are Yuri's sisters?" Bam asked as Anaak left. 

"We're not really her sister" Endorsi answered.

"Huh?" 

"The Princesses of Jahad are recruited to represent certain tribes and families" Khun said.

"That's right. We're sort of brand name shoes that are put on display in Jahad's showcase" Endorsi said using a simile.

"I sort of get it and I sort of don't" Shibisu said.

"They are a group of troublesome women" Lauroe added.

"Hey, Lauroe" Hoh exclaimed and Endorsi giggled.

"It's annoying but you're right" Endorsi said and Rachel stood up.

"Where are you going?" Bam asked Rachel.

"I'm going to the restroom. I'll be back" Rachel went to the restroom and fixed her hair. Min entered the restroom and saw her. 

"Ms. Rachel"

"Oh, hello" Rachel smiled. 

"Can you sign this? Please" Min asked lending her a list and pen. Rachel signed her paper.

"Thank you very much" Min said. 

"Your welcome" Rachel said and opened the water tap. 

"I can see you are having a hard time, Ms. Rachel"

"Huh?" Rachel took a gaze from her.

"I hope... you choose wisely" Min left and Rachel looked herself in the mirror. She washed her face and look herself again. 

"What does she know?" she said in her thoughts while staring on the mirror seriously.
