YES IT'S TRUE, PETERICK LANE EXSISTS.

FOR ALL OF YOU WHO BELIEVE IN SUMMER OF LIKE, DON'T WORRY YOU DON'T NEED TO COME SIGHT-SEE ON PETERICK LANE. YOU CAN JUST LISTEN TO ALL OF INFINITY ON HIGH BACK IN THE BUS ON CHANNEL 7 ON THE TVS. 

But for the shippers (not me, but you bet I'll come to Peterick Lane!) come on out! This is a small street in Darien Connecticut. I'm sure the residents are extreme Fall Out Boy fans who would love to come join our tour. So feel free to go knock on any windows or doors or just enter their homes  completely uninvited to tell them about Tour de Emo. We will show up in the middle of the night and recruit them to our tour bus, Polar Express style. Pajamas are encouraged.

OKAY, EVERYBODY BACK ON THE BUS, BACK ON THE BUS, WE HAVE TO GET AWAY BEFORE THE POLICE GET HERE, HURRY HURRY, I HATE RUNNING TOO BUT LET'S MOVE IT!

So apparently I was wrong and Peterick Lane was NOT full of emos just waiting for a bus full of more emos to show up and whisk them away from reality. It was actually a normal street with families and angry people who did not like intruders 

or people wearing American flag face paint 

or the song Uma Thurman blaring on speakers 

or huge fedoras

or people lighting torches up up up on fiiiiiire

or people pouring granulated sugar into the street

or llamas on leashes

or people in giant bear costumes offering to give piggy back rides onto the bus 

or people wearing layers of eye make up.

We are now leaving Peterick Lane, I hope you enjoyed your short stay.
